Hiro saw the jutsu being prepared,and had enough time to grab Anima's scroll and throw it down.The large puppet stood and took the blast of the water.It trembled slightly and Hiro sighed."Kusari,please!" He pleaded.Kusari could do anything he wanted right about now,because Hiro had no free hands.He tried to support the Oto shinobi's healing bones and control Anima at the same time.Hiro's armor faded into the deep blue color it was before.Of all the emotions that fueled the Tanku armor,sadness and desperation were not one of them.Hiro's face burned from Kusari's punch earlier,and he was hoping no one found out about it anytime soon.Within his helmet,the outside world was dark,except for the fact that there was a small display showing Anima's camera view.He moved his hand a little bit and made the camera zoom in on Kusari's sword,and he began taking a mental note of its proportions.He looked at the blades density and then took silent pictures for later extraction.Hiro was greatly interested in the sword,and by the way things looked,he would not ever be taught to craft one.

Raine gasped as the he saw water near him freeze. The water became cold on his broken body, but Hiro's blue strings kept him warm. He couldn't reposition himself to see anything that was going on, but he felt the water rumble as something epic happened just out of his sight. Raine felt his shoulder ease a little and tried nudging, a shot of pain went down his arm, and he gulped breaths in through the gauntlet trying to stay still.

Hikaru only watched Nakamura to show respect to her, it wasn't like he was interested in anything she was saying at the moment. Not with a voice like that. The only thing that crossed his mind was why she was being so disgruntled against Oto. Had there been something in its past, or more...HER past? His head shot to Kusari as he began to speak, "Respect?! You attack my sibling and expect me to RESPECT you at all?! Just because you Kage doesn't seem to have an actual MIND about how relations between damn villages ruled by the same organization works, you shouldn't be angry at me!"

It was then that Kusari had assaulted another attack and Hiro protected him. A growl erupted in his throat as Hiro pleaded. He shouldn't be pleading to a monster such as Kusari...that was just disgusting...To be forced to do such a thing was humiliating... "Both you and that wench need to learn manners before you can say anything about it to me-" Hikaru's words were cut short by a fist coming into contact with his face.

Hikaru was dropped into the water as Kaoru straightened himself at the water's edge. He'd come at a very good time. He'd heard most of what Hikaru had said. To say such a thing to or about a woman was dispicable. "I'm ashamed to call you a sibling, Hikaru. Learn to respect others before you wish them to respect you. Calling people by such names is not one of those." Kaoru's eyes were surging with a hint of hatred towards his brother, but even more so towards the man who tried to hurt his brother and the kid. As much as he thought that Nakamura and Kusari were wrong for doing such a thing to a child, he had enough sense not to go against them in such a manner...

Turning to Nakamura, he bowed in oppology for his brother's actions and meaningless words. "Please, forgive him. He is merely as thoughtful of his words as a rock. And just as stupid." A hint of teasing could be heard as he let a smile tug at the corners of his lips ever so slightly. Only enough for Nakamura to see anyway. "If you may, may I speak with you," his eyes turned to look at Kusari for a split moment before returning to the white haired maiden, "in private? I want to see if there is some way I can repay you for my brother's actions. Also, I have a few more questions I'm curious about."

It was rather shocking to note that his brother had come to defend her as well. I would never have expected that from him. she wasn't expecting to see Kaoru react the way he did. What was even more shocking, was the way he seemed to show her that he was insulted by his brother's actions.

"You do know his offences could bring about his death if I make a report on it... " she paused, thinking of her next words carefully. "but I'm willing to over-look it. It's not like any REAL damage was done to the village, and we got lucky with this situation... so I think that if he washes his mouth, that we can overlook it." she spoke softly, but a light smile was beginning to spread. She looked at Kusari, knowing that he wouldn't mind if he spoke to her. Especially now that Kaoru just showed that he was different that his brother.

"Of course. If nothing else, it is owed to you from the interuption earlier this evening." she added, rising up from the water's edge. The tip of her hair managed to slide into the water as she stood up. With her right hand, she threw her ponytail over her shoulder, sending droplets of the silvery water into the air. "You don't have to repay me for his actions. He has his own opinions, he just needs to make sure that he doesn't let the world know about them." she concluded with a slight nod.

Looking at Kaoru, she gave another nod, and stepped back, as if allowing him to lead the way.

There's that title again... I'd rather just be Nakamura... she thought to herself as she walked silently behind him. He is a very caring person. He shows compassion for his brother, and he has respect for the village. she thought more to Zenjin than herself. Silently, she walked swiftly behind him, allowing him to lead her away from the Silver Springs. "You... don't have to call me that. Nakamura is just fine with me." she said in a whisper, her voice was quiet, as if she didn't really want him to hear her.

Hiro pulled Anima's scroll from the ground after he was sealed away again.He put it away and spoke to Hikaru, "This is insane.What is her problem with Oto?" He cursed as he focused the chakra strings in his hand to wrap around Raine to keep him still.He seemed to struggle,but there was no water in the gauntlet.He was most likely scared,having so much stuff going,then being forced underwater and have so much noise intrigue him.He made sure the threads were wrapped tightly enough to restrict any and all movement and lifted Raine out of the water, "Are you feeling any better?" He said with a smile."Tell me when you feel better,would you like me to loosen the threads?" He asked kindly.The boy's shoulder was still submerged,but his face was just above the water.He pulled the gauntlet off and slipped it back on,awaiting the young boy's response.

Bubbles pooled at the top of the water where Hikaru was beneath. He got a little idea when he was under the water and heard that Nakamura and Kusari had left. He held his breath long enough so that he didn't have to pop up when Kusari was there talking. He had a bit more than needed and got a sly look on his face when he saw how close he was to Hiro. He got a naughty thought and squeezed Hiro's a** before letting his head pop up slowly from the top of the water. All you could see was his devilish little eyes watching Hiro as his red hair lay flat on his face. Hikaru lifted the rest of his body out of the water and stuck his tongue out playfully. The only one to know about it was going to be him. "Her problem with Oto is she's a cranky litle girl who can't get over herself."

Shif mindlessly walked into the springs humming a slow tune he had heard from one of hatchi's harmonica sessions."Now i wonder where raine could be....if he is here then i wouldnt be suprised...we've been wandering the world for days and i dont think we've had anything to drink."Shif said finding some form of a thing to sit on. He then sat upon it noticing a few people standing in the water nearby.
