::As we traveled through various places we encounted the poison. During a total of 3 hours, 23 men died, and 6 more are almost there::
Vain: Damn, what is with this poison? We should head for higher ground, hopefully the poison hasn't spread to far up.
::AS we looked for higher ground I spotted Ral. I decided to see exactly who Ral was so I went check it out with two soldiers::
Vain: you there, are you the one they call Ral?

At this point its better to not let them know who I am and to keep a level head...

He turned away from the two soldiers and walked away.
How o they know me?... Their are to many of them to fight...

Soldier: Sir, what now?
Vain: Send 50 of our troops to look for a girl named kasumi. We need her asistance.
Soldier: SIR YES SIR!
::The soldier grabbed 50 troops and marched into the directions I had given them to look for her. I orderd 20 of my remaining troops to follow the unkown bieng ::
Vain: Ok, that put us a few mineuts behind schedgule and are numbers are lower, let spend more time marching and keep a sharp eye!

After entering the Cavern, Catalyxe sealed the portal on that side as well, finishing the process. He looked around for Kane and his brother, but found nobody at all nearby "Um, Cyrus, where are Kane and Jeremiah?"
Cyrus nearly dropped Catalyxe as he was asked the one question he did not want to hear "Um, well, you see, uh, Tallie......" He sighed, closing his eyes in remorse "Kane is dead, he was killed this morning right in front of my eyes"
Catalyxe's jaw dropped "WHAT!? WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN HE IS DEAD!!!" His face was flushed, as he was obviously upset
Cyrus sighed again "This morning, I came here to check up on them, and found him possessed by som,ething, and trying to kill Jeremiah. I tried to intervene but Kane just blasted me aside with no difficulty. All I could do was watch on as Jeremiah was forced to kill his own brother." He reached into his pocket and grabbed the jewel "This thing he had in his head pooped otu when he died, I remember hearing him saying something about this thing being the source of what happened. I as well feel horribly immense power emitting from it" He handed the Jewel of Ages to Catalyxe
Catalyxe was horribly upset. Tears were runnign down his face, and he sighed heavily as he took the Jewel. He felt the power inside, and automatically recognized it as being the same aura signal as the Master's "I think this may have ties to the Master...." He took it and looked at it, then placed it against his forehead Hmmmm, so it was some sort of charm, or something perhaps? Suddenly he felt a surge of power, and the jewel fused with the flesh of his forehead, completely imbedded in his flesh Damnit, it looks like this thing has chosen me as it's next host.......I will not allow it to take over me, I must overcome whatever it may do to me, for Kane's sake!
He looked up at Cyrus "Well, I suppose all we can do is hope Jeremiah is okay, it must have been horribly traumatizing to have to kill his own brother. Now, I suppose we shoudl stay here for a whiel and await the others....also, a group of people called orligonians are due to arrive in a few hours, they are a group of Saurian creatures who live in the poisonous wastelands of Parleur, and they are interested in allying themselves to our cause"

*slowly looms near the entrancve to the cave with a glare on his face and quietly says to himself*when i find him, i'll show him who is stronger, i won't lose again

Cyrus put Catalyxe down and went through the portal to earth to buy supplies and stuff to stuck the base. Catalyxe then walked through the path and out of the cave. HE immediately noticed a strange man with an aura similar to Kane's yet much more erratic. He approached the man with caution "Excuse me, dude, but this is nto exactly a safe place to be wandering aroudn alone.....do you have some business here?"

Takara and Kana arrived in Auro from Makai near Catalyxe's base. She jumped into a tree, it's breanches shielding her from view as she searched for Travis' aura. Kana disappeared into the underbrush.

SOldiers: Mam, are you the one named Kasumi?
kasumi: Yes, and what is it you want?
::She put her hand on the handle of her dagger::
Soldier: My commanding officer Vain, requests your presence.
::Kasumi just nodded and took her hand of the dagger. She told the soldier that she'd follow him to Vain. During their walk she started to think to herself::
Kasumi: Why is Vain commanding an ENIEMY army? what happened to him when they captured him? Should I get some help somehow?

Cyrus entered back through the portal with a large sack over his shoulder. He walked into the the main chamber, through the secodn corridor to what appeared to be the eating area, a large, oblong chamber with many stone tables, a bar, and what appeared to be a large storage cell. I wonder if it is stil powered? He walked over and opened the Cell cautiously, and saw to his joy that is was still powered by the glowing Crystal of Icy Water still keeping the cell in working condition. Furthermore, he noticed the cell still had food and water inside. He set down his bag and put everythign away, then got up and explored the room a bit more. He entered a second room and stumbled upon what appeared to be shelves of Alcohol "It looks like I just hit the jackpot!" He grabbed a bottle of Whiskey that smelled strongly of peppermint and headed back into the main chamber, then plopped down onto the floor and began guzzlign down the bottle.
Meanwhile Noodle sat on a stone platform nearby munching happily on the box of Giant Pocky Cyrus had bought for him

After she had conversed with the man, Megami had walked over to her stuffed animal pile, picked up a Magic Knight Rayearth Mokona plushie, and went and laid down in the bed. She felt extremely tired after the food, and fell asleep forgetting he was still in the room, the Mokona plushie cradled in her arms

Soldier: SIr, Kasumi has arrived. Shall I let her in?
Vain: Yes, and while your at it, make sure that everyone treats her with RESPECT. If I see ANYONE messing with her, making rude comments, or anything else of the sort, I will kill them.
Soldier: Yyyyee Yes sir!
::The soldier let Kasumi in and started to warn everyone of what I had told him. She walked into my chambers and I closed the door::
Vain: How have you been?
Kasumi: What do you mean how have I been, what about you!
Vain: Yes, I'm sure you have many questions to ask. But lets forget that now. Is there anything I can get for you?
::Kasumi just remained calm and nodded::
Kasumi: The truth.

His frown lessened "Now, why don't you come with me, as it is not exactly safe out here and my base is. Perhaps then I can see what it is you are here for and possibly assist you"

Vain: What do you mean, "the truth"?"
Kasumi: Just tell me why your with them.
::I looked at her, my normally calm, gental, bright purple eyes, grew a ferice dark violet::
Vain: A chance. A chance to show my freinds my power. Back when i was regular old Armblast, I was a weak human. All I had was my mind and breif case. Then I met Scorpion, and later he helped me obtain powers equal to his. We grew power hungry and lost track of our goal. We faught everyone, but he was in control. Later I learned to stay in this form, and changed my name, to Vain Ziler. Anceint history says that Vain Ziler was the strongest being alive. It also says that he was killed, by a teenaged girl. Well, they killed eachother. When they died, they almost took everything in existance with them. But, it also says that the two were deeply in love. Anyway, he went down in history for being the ultimate being. He was a darkness elemental. The Elder Gods changed me into the same thing. So I took his name. Now that I have this power, i want just this one chance to fight my freinds, and beat them all.
::Kasumi was shocked from his reason. She just shook her head and tried to ignore it::
Vain: Whats the matter?
Kasumi: I don't beleive you.
Vain: Why?
Kasumi: Becuase from what I know, your not that kind of person.
Vain: You hardly even know me, how can you say that?
Kasumi: Becuase....
::Vain started to luagh at her. Kasumi just back away and started to cry a bit::
Vain: Could it be that you have feelings for me? Then join me!
Kasumi: No, I can't do that! As a shinobi of the wind tribe and protecter of good, I cannot.
Vain: I see...
::I walked over to my bed and knelt down, grabbing a kitana and a throwing dagger out from undernith it. I stood up and positioned my self so she couldn't see them::
Vain: Tiss a pity then, I could use your skills.
Kasumi: Vain, please, just forget this and help us win. I'm sure your freinds wouldnt mind having a match with you after this war.
Vain: That just wont do.
::I spun around and threw the dagger at her, hitting her in the heart::
Kasumi: Wha! ow..... why...
Vain: Sorry, those are the breaks.
::I walked up to her and drilled the katana threw her skull, finishing her off::

Vain: Guards, clean up this mess, I need some sleep.
P.S. The whole part about Vain Ziler (the one from anceint history) that is a part in the book series im writting smile
