Hula Bob didn' know much about it. "Yeah, I guess. I think it just depends. And I think they know what you can handle or they wouldn't give it to you. I don't think they want us to fail. Shaw." Hula Bob tossed the hair from his face. He knew what his weakness was and didn't know if he could pass it either.
Maui mimiced, "Shaw." And told Hula bob, "I think you could do it."

"Yeah, but it would be cool to try at least, if we did it we could be popular and strong, I heard elders have powerful abilities that help the world" He sighed and waved his tail around "But I guess no one wants a salamander to be an elder"

Hula Bob just nodded his head. "I wouldn't say that. You never know." Hula Bob was never comfortable talking about elders. He wanted to be one once as well. When he had the most beautiful elder as his wife. She was gone now. Hula Bob still liked the thought of becomine an elder, as Jazz was one, but he didn't think too often or hard about it.

He sighed and looked down "Not many people even notice my power, unless my hands are slimy" He played around with a slime ball as his fingers went skinny and round on the tips, looking similar to lizard's "Um, can I ask you something about how you were born?"

Hula Bob only nodded. "Yes, well it isn't all about power..." He knew that as Jazz was the elder of Entertaiment not her power.

"Well Do you think there's such a thing as just being created out of nowhere, I'm not like other Pae'il, I don't remember being a baby, only a child?" He looked down, he wasn't sure why he didn't remember being a baby, but he knew he never was, it was a blank hole in his mind

Hula Bob nodded. "Well, I was born from an egg. Eggs aren't even around any more. Though, the new Naiads are from eggs." Hula Bob shurgged. "The guardians are very interestings. You must have needed to be a child first."

Hula Bob smiled widely. "Of course. I know of others that weren't born as eggs or babies. Some even as adults. At least I've heard of it, may not have met them." Hula Bob smiled.

"Adult, woah, I guess the saying some people were born as adults isn't a joke after all" He wondered what if his mind would really be blank if he was born as an adult "Do you think they wonder about it too, or maybe I'm just too worried all the time..."

"But there's too much things to forget about, I can't, not worry" He sighed and looked down "I don't know why, but when I was a child I still felt different from the otherss, worry was always on my mind and I couldn't find many friends, I just remember hiding away from the island until I was this size" He let go of his tail and closed his eyes "Family, I never had anything like that, there was this one female pae I thought was kind of like a mother too me, but I don't even know her name or her face anymore, all I remember was calling her sand lady?"
