I thnik my Dad would be ok. Like he knows I have a boyfriend and stuff, but he doesn't know I have sex with him ( whee ), so I think he would be fine with the hole "Look! its guy on guy!" but with the hole "Look! its guy on guy having hot sex!" he'll kill me.

My mother knows i love shounen ai with my posters and my mangas and animes XD and she doesnt really care...she haves other things to do than destroy my likes ^^ and i dont watch 18+ yaoi ... i dont like it .///.

Usually my dad/mom/little brother thinks that in the yaoi pairing, one's a girl.
If my parents/little brother actually knew I liked yaoi, they'd pass out... or something drastic...

ah well, it's not really getting caught, but my mom bought me a I heart yaoi bag, never asked what it ment, so I"m either guessing she doesn't care or just doesn't know

Never been caught before, but I've come pretty close. I nearly had a panic attack when my aunt started flipping through my Gravitation manga. It was the second volume, too. Luckly, my brother said something to her before she saw anyone kissing and put it down so I could stash it away in my bag...

.//I haven't gotten caught, although I just recently got into the 'hardcore' stuff so there haven't been many situations were I could have been. I'm still really paranoid about watching anything without very femme looking guys when other people are around. Although I do buy manga that has some iffy content, I make sure to buy it online, so my parents can't really look through it before I see it first. I hide anything that might come close to innapropriet in my dresser, under a lot of junk. So no one really thinks to look there. >.<

Haha, funny story.
Okay, so I was watching the last Yami no Matsuei DVD in the basement, and my mum would come downstairs every once and a while to get stuff in the storage room or to ask me questions and stuff. So anyway, I paused it every time she came downstairs, because I didn't want to miss anything when she was talking to me.
So anyway, around the middle of the last episode, she comes downstairs and sits down, saying that she didn't feel like watching boxing, which my dad was watching upstairs, and tells me that I can hit play, and she'll watch my anime with me.
Well... I have no problem with my mum watching anime, but I was in the middle of the very last episode of the series. So, I ask her if she wants me to put the first DVD in so that she'll understand what's going on better. She said no, that she wouldn't really understand anything anyway, so I just gave her a quick summary of the series, then hit play and continued watching it.
Now, this was around the part where Muraki was molesting Tsuzuki quite a bit, so I was kind of cringing and waiting for her to comment on that... But she didn't...
At the end of the episode, she instead asks if the characters worship Satan, since Tsuzuki summoned a flame serpent.
At which point I'm all like confused "THAT'S what she notices?!"
Of course, it turned out that she'd asked my sister before coming down why I kept pausing it, and my sis told her it was because there was some guy/guy stuff in the series and I probably just didn't want her thinking I was weird. Turns out my mum thought I was watching porn or something. sweatdrop So she was already expecting the guy/guy stuff.

Nope. Pretty much 5 years and no one has even come that close. The closest incident was when I was drawing a rather naked picture and my brother came into my room. My chair has a really high back though, so spinning around in it hid the picture easily.
No one really comes up here, because I live in the attic and no one pays me much attention. I get away with leaving pictures out all the time. I doubt much would happen if the family found out though- they can't do anything about it. If they ask, I'll tell them willingly. But I'm happy to have some secrets. biggrin

My mom knows I read it, I have yaoi and yuri posters all over in my room, plus tons of it downloaded and pleanty on manga, oh not to forgot my paddle from yaoi-con <3

My both parents know that I'm bi and have most likely noticed my übercool posters, so...
I wouldn't like them to walk into the room when I'm watching hardcore yaoi, though. XD It's not like they'd do anything (Mom would probably be like "My son is a healthy teenager since he's watching porn." and dad would probably just look at me and say some joke about the subject. XD), but it'd be extremely embarrassing for me! XDDDDD
