She turned around her eyes wet from tears. She pulled herself together though and trotted back to them smiling she nuzzled them both smiling. The smile looked real though it took alot for her to keep it there. "I am happy for you both." She couldn't say much more she didn't know what to say.

The small golden juvenile nuzzled her friend, sighing. "Bakhti, do you want to talk?" She said, getting right to the point, as she could see through the mask that was a fake smile... Her eyes looked at her in a kind manner, trying to hand her some happiness.

Amari sat back, deciding to keep quiet, it wouldn't do to get involved in girl things, especially when it involved his two favourite lionesses. He curled his tail around one hand leg and regarded his friends both with a look of sadness and affection. He hoped they could sort out everything before farewells were spoken.

She smiled, "I am fine. What have I got to talk about?" She lied and she hated it. They were her friends but she didn't want them knowing she was upset.

She smiled again, trying to urge her to talk. "I know what its like, if you keep it bottled up its grows. Just speak..." She said, not really knowing what else she should say, or what else she could say. She sighed to herself a little, looking up to her older friend.

She shook her head, "I am fine honestly!" She wasn't being honest but again she just didn't want her friends knowing this. It was Maawio and Amaris day now according to her anyway.

Amari huffed, the male not being blessed with impatience and he got up, padding over to the older lioness and nudging her side with his head. "Listen, if you can't tell your friends what is upsetting you, who can you tell?" He wanted her to speak her mind just as he would.

Bakhti smiled, "I know your going soon." She looked to Amari, "You going with her?" She expected him to go. She would stay here. She had seen no other lion and thought it safe to stay here and be alone.

As much as Amari would have loved to say he was going with the femme he loved, he shook his head sadly. "We've decided that it's best if I continue travelling with you, just for a little bit." He gave Bakhti a genuine smile and moved to stand beside her, glancing at Maawio and hoping she would understand.
One day they would be together, but right now he needed to help his 'big sister' get through this rough patch.

She smiled at Amari, "If you want to be with Maawio be with her. I aint gonna stop you. You deserve each other." She nuzzled him and then walked towards Maawio and nuzzled her. "Look after yourself yeah?"

She nuzzled the female with a smile. "He isnt going to leave you by yourself you know." She nuzzled Amari with a smile. "Ill see you again. Look after Bakhti." She said, licking his nose and getting ready to pad back to her home in a minute...

She looked at Maawio and then Amari, "You sure you dont want to be together?" She didn't mind to much. She would miss them and probably get annoyed being alone but then again she would like Amari round for company.

No, big mean Amari was not going to break down.
Not in front of his two friends!
He cleared his throat and not trusting his words to remain steady simply nodded and bounded forwards to nuzzle at her, another purr emanating from his throat. "Stay safe, I'll come v-vist soon." He cursed the stutter and forced himself to take a step back.
He wanted to say that he loved her again but for some reason the words were difficult when said in front of someone else, instead he gave a look which said just that. A wordless confession of his heart that only she - his beautiful gold femme - could see.
"Yes Bakhti, I'll stay with you until you find your place. I think I've already found mine and after searching all this time I think I can live to wait a little longer." He gave Maawio a smirk and stood his ground, fighting the urge to go up to her again.

She smiled warmly, her eyes clouded slightly with tears of happiness, and sadness. She gave him a look which said exactly the same as his. "Ill miss you... Look after each other." She said, watching them still as she turned and padded back to the pridelands. Her beautiful orbs shedding happy tears. She felt that she had found him, the person that she would love forever, yes, she was young. But she knew her feelings. She knew.
