Race: Half demon, half angel.

Character Looks: She looks 17, though is really much older, with very pale, almost white, skin. She has short, slightly wavy yellowish white blonde hair that comes to about her shoulders. The natural parting of her hair hangs to hide the right side of her face and she does not move it so she can keep her face hidden. Behind the wave of this pure black hair is an eye of crimson color with a black slit down the middle, the demonic eye, and on the cheek beneath is a black marking similar to a question mark, natural that she was born with. The left is a pure crystal blue, the angelic one. This is the more human appearing half of her face so she allows it to show. She was born with one huge feathery white wing protruding from the right side of her back. From the left side is a massive black leathery demonic wing. Over the years she has learned to withdraw them to better blend in with surrounding humans and other races. She has long, pointed ears as well.
If taken over by her demonic side, her already abnormally long nails grow pointed and curved into claws and the pointy canine teeth grow even longer and sharper. If completely taken over, the black patch of hair will fall back, revealing the hidden side of her face. The black tipped tail that is usually wrapped securely around her waist swings free to take on a life of its own, never staying still.
She often wears large, full dresses fit for a princess, mainly because when she woke up, she'd been brought to a castle and stayed there. With no knowledge of what she wore previously, she's grown accostomed to these.
Allignment: Neutral.
Personality: She is shy, withdrawn and rather distant now, especially with what just happened to her. [read history to find out. xD] She tries to be polite but is very quiet. It takes a bit for her to warm up to people, especially now that her trust has been abused.
History: Because of her parents, father a demon and mother an angel, she was born mixed with both aspects and thus banished from both sides. She was exiled to wander the earths surface for her long life, alone, and has so far done just that. I wrote a story! Here's a summary of it:
A sixteen year old girl awoke in the middle of a desert, starved, injured, and worn to exhaustion with no recollection of her memory besides her name. That she only found on a locket she wore. The locket was silver, two wings on it, one leathery and one of feathers, both intertwined. Where the two met, her name was enscribed: Ashori. Just when she was ready to give up, a young man of around eighteen came riding across on his horse and brought her to his home, which just happened to be a castle since he just happened to be the Lord of the land. His name's Taski, Lord Taski actually. The two quickly befriended each other and it gradually became love.
Ashori is not your average teenager. She had dreams of her parents and found from them that she cannot join them until she had proved her worth. Aparently, she is not even of this world. Her appearance will tell you that much.
One night Ashori and Taski were sitting outside by the garden under a full moon. He asked her to be his queen, assured her everything would be fine and people would accept her despite her appearance. Ashori accepted. Suddenly, the moon shone a bright red and a beam shot out, colliding with the locket Ashori always wore. She went insane. By the time she returned to normal, she had horribly wounded Taski and, unable to forgive herself, left the castle.
The gaurds somehow saw her injure their Lord, so now she is on the run. Her servant, and best friend, Rin packed her a bag and quickly sent her away, promising to watch over Taski and make sure he gets well. Before leaving, Ashori discovered she gained a strange new talent. The locket could not be pulled from her neck to be left to Taski as a gift, for he bid her keep their wedding ring, so instead she made a duplicate made of some strange energy. The feather wing was white and the leather was black, both surfaces unstable. They kept shaking slightly as if made of electricity, with harmless sparks leaping off oscassionally.
Ashori left Rin and Taski's side to make her escape into the full moon night.
She returned about a month later, to check and make sure Taski had fully healed. But, she arrived on the day of his wedding. He had already moved one and decided to marry Rin instead. Ashori was horrified and flew up to his balcony, leaving the wedding ring she'd kept sitting on the stone railing. Then she flew off, never to return again.
About a year has passed, and she still hasn't let herself get close to anyone. She's wandered to Ria High and decided to enrol, maybe read a bit about her family, and how she can return to hell, since she's already decided she'd much rather go there than heaven.

She carries a small animal with her, a dog with three purple eyes, the third being on his forehead. His name is [Shiro]. He can speak to people telepathically.
Any battle skills/magical powers you have: She has the ability to shoot off powerful blasts of dark energy, but only when in tune with her demonic side. Normally she's more with her angelic nature, and able to heal others with its power. This side also enables her to shoot of blasts of pure, light energy but it's not as destructive and she rarely does so. She also has discovered a way to withdraw her wings to enable herself to blend in with humans and others easier.
Character Flaws: The strong scent of blood causes her to lose herself to her demonic side and thus lose all control of herself. She will often stab her claws into her arm to stop herself, which causes even more damage to herself.

Character Looks:
Rin is small for a 16 year-old. She stands at only 5'2" and her hands and feet are dainty. Her skin is quite fair and always cold because she keeps it that way with her powers. Rin's eyes are an icy blue and her hair is a light reddish-pink. Her hair is especially long; it reaches her knees when it's down. She usually wears it in two ponytails, leaving two strands out to fall over her shoulders and across her chest.
As for her attire, Rin always dresses warmly. Her favourite outfit is her long-sleeve, turtleneck sweater-shirt and short ruffly skirt. She has both of these items in a variety of colors since she's so fond of them. With it, she wears long white socks that come up past her knees and feel almost like stockings. For shoes, she wears snow boots (these also come in a few colors and she matches them with what she's wearing). The boots are made of suede and the ties have little wool pompoms on the end. When she stays in the house, she doesn't wear shoes because of her culture, so instead she has a pair of thick white socks with a pink tip that she folds at the ankle and wears over her long stocking-like socks. A lot of times you'll see her wear her favourite jacket. It's a bulky wool red coat with no zipper or buttons. It has a blue trim and pockets. No matter what outfit she wears, she only has the one coat and she always matches her hair ribbons with the dark blue trim of the coat.

Rin is very shy around new people. She's naturally soft-spoken as well. When she gets to know someone very well, she'll be open with that person and share all her hopes, dreams, and fears with them. She prefers to confide in others rather that keep it all in, but she has to find someone to trust first. She keeps a journal to pour her soul into when there's no one to confide in. Rin is easy to please, as she is usually a happy person. But, she isn't very confident in herself - a trait that's led to to her timid nature.
History:
Rin grew up with her mother and father in Hokkaido, Japan. Up there it's pretty cold and the winters were harsh. But Rin always loved the cold and the snow. They lived in a cabin in the woods just outside of the city. Rin was an only child and very close to her parents.
They sent her to school in the city when she was old enough to attend. After she graduated elementary school, she began walking to the city and to school herself. Since she was so shy and nervous around so many new people, she kept to herself. Rin didn't make many friends that way, but the other kids were surprisingly nice to her either way. She made enough aquaintances to talk to in school and sit with at lunch, but she never hung out afterwards or joined any clubs.
In ninth grade, her last year of middle school in Japan, Rin noticed strange things started to happen to her. She would be sitting with her friends and something embarassing would happen to her or some boy would be talking to her and she'd suddenly disappear. Rin didn't realize it herself, but her friends started questioning her more often about where she'd disappear to so fast. Her parents realized what was going on right away. They'd seen her disappear right in front of their eyes. Rin could become invisible.
After that, it was decided that Rin shouldn't take the entrance exams for High School. Her parents let her finish up middle school then kept her at home away from the city. That suited Rin just fine. During that time, she spent a lot of time outside in the woods. One summer, although it wasn't that warm, she was sitting near a spring in the woods wearing her usual winter outfit. For some reason, Rin always felt cold. Even in the summer she'd dress warmly. As beautiful as the woods were in the summer, she longed for the blanket of snow and frozen spring. She wanted it so badly that she closed her eyes and pictured a winter wonderland in her mind. When she opened her eyes, she found the whole area had transformed into what she saw.
Rin told her parents about it, and they began to worry about their daughter. First invisibility, and now this? But Rin was excited about it. She started experimenting with her powers by freezing water and creating beautiful ice sculptures as presents for her parents. She practiced for a whole year on her own. By the end, she could successfully create ice from her body instead of from water.
Rin's parents suggested that she go someplace where she could be around other people like herself and sent her to Ria High School. She needed to get away from the cabin and test her abilities instead of hiding from the world.

She can become invisible, for one. Also, she can control ice and form it into weapons for battle and such. Once she covered her entire surroundings in snow and ice, but she hasn't been able to control her powers enough to allow her to do that again.

Rin hardly has any confidence in herself and her abilities. This alone makes her weaker. Also, because she is shy and easily scared, she sometimes turns invisible without knowing or controlling it.

She ran away from home to come to Ria when she heard her younger cousin was there.

Sheik loves to express the fact that she's human, but also the fact that she's a half Devil. She controls

Character Looks:
Sheik loves herself, as much as any other person should. She has long red-pink hair, in which she keeps
tied up in a fancy hair style, tied with a long ribbon. White ribbon. She has dark purple eyes, and two
earings peirced on one side of her ears, which she keeps usually hidden under her hair. But she doesn't
care if people see's them. She's the size of an average 16 year old, but she's a newbie at the 16 stuff, she
just turned it. So you could say she looks abit more 15.
Skeik likes to wear average stuff, like a school uniform, or maybe a tanktop with jeans. Anything that
would go. And she would wear the hot sexy stuff when going to partys or dances. But she's the smart one

ready to party, she's an all out devil. Sheik could have fun when she wants, but also knows when to be
serious. She's the one to get all the good grades in the family. Sheik is just like her father.
Although she is a half devil, she barily shows it too much. Sheik knows what's best for her and her sister
and likes to keep it that way.
History:
Sheik has a sort of normal History. She calls herself normal, when Annie says that she knows it isn't.
Sheik's Father was a demon, a rich one in the underworld indeed. As too Annie's mother was a normal
Angel. One day during a small inside war between the too races Sheik's Father met Annie's mother and
the mushy stuff began. But because of the fact that they were two races, it was forbidden. The two were
found out and were punished, by having the two kids turned into half humans. The two teens still wonder
how that's really a curse, but they think of it not to badly.

It didn't really make any sense to him, but he had to have her. Melanie Demarco.
Ed was rich, and this made him really full of himself. His obsession with Melanie went until he was 12 when she finally said she'd go out with him. He felt happy, and tried to do everything for her. And that pissed her off. 2 more years of going out until Melanie confessed that she had to move away. And when he asked if he could go, she started crying and said even her mom couldn't. Mel went off to Ria, leaving Edward in shock and pain. And then he realized; Why doesn't he just go to Ria?

Character Looks: Ruroku has long legs and a full figure, standing quite tall at five feet and seven inches. Her weight easily reflects this at 130 pounds and she has a graceful and elegant walk. Though, her eyes are always filled with a distant cold and a hint of loneliness, making her difficult to approach. Her common expression when in engagement with others is a sneer and a look of disgust as if the person is filthy and low. Her regular mask of her eyes color is unveiled when she dances, leaving her with a look of complete isolation and rejection throughout the graceful and unflawed routine.
Her hair is regularly a shade of blue, varying in shade and length depending on her form. In truth, her eyes are crimson, even though she masks them as a hazy blue. Her outfits usually consist of shorts and a halter top, with or without connected sleeves, that reveals a good four or five inches of her flat stomach. She also enjoys wearing tall boots and longs gloves. The color of her clothing is often brown and black with the occasional bit of gentle white cloth. Her accessories usually include various belts that wrap around her body. Like her enemy, she dislikes wearing skirts, but is fine with shorts under a dancing kimono, simply because of her hobby.

Personality: Far from out-going, she tends to be silent and solitary, opening up only for the occasional party in which she drinks the night away and violently treats those her dare interrupt her fun of throwing darts or other activities the utilize her poor throwing skills. Often, she gets out of control, drinking or not. She is violent by nature, lashing out at anyone her even begins to irk her.
Her solutions to problems usually range from a severe beating of her annoyance or the possible death of the person. When she is talkative, she talks about various weapons, martial arts, and war eras. On occasion she will mention her past or a happy memory. Though, she is more one to make people feel uneasy, frightened, or even worthless by the simple, unforgiving and merciless look in her eyes.
History: When Ruroku was young, she was abandoned by her angel parents in a forest, being found and raised by wolves. This is wear her violent nature sprouted and she soon grew a resentment to humans and others who hurt what she considered her friends and family. While hunting one night, a group of hunters targeted them and shot her pack dead, taking her into custody and sending her to an orphanage. She was given a home as soon as possible as she wasn't able to refrain from harming other children. Though, her behavior only worsened at her home.
Regretting her adoption, her foster parent s abused her and she learned to simply keep smiling to live as she was too small to do anything about it. As she grew, she stayed out more and more, not even coming home some night. At the age of ten, she returned home only to begin a long beating by her parents that would never be completed. Crying tears of blood, she first turned into her angel form, killing them in hatred for her suffering. Realizing what she'd done, she began laughing, liking the feeling.
It wasn't long before she was a full-fledged fallen angel, mutating as she searched the streets for food. It wasn't long before she found herself accepting a charity meal from a temple. This was when she met Myra, talking with the girl for a while. She'd by now learned to control her forms, so she didn't seem strange at all, mistaking Myra for a human as well. Once the younger girl began to speak of god, she sneered, slapping her, but it didn't connect, a golden light protecting the frail child. At this, she swore to cause her misery for her foolishness one day, secretly following her throughout the years. Now that Myra has joined Ria high school, Ruroku catches her trail again, following suit to get closer to the familiar angel.
Equipment: Her equipment is not very limited. She possesses a basic understanding of almost all weapons, always able to make due with what is at hand. Though she prefers close range kunai, katanas, or even heavy gauntlets. Far range weapons aren't her specialty, but she still manages to utilize some of them, he favorite being poisoned throwing needles.
Any Items You Have: Other than clothing, her belonging simply range from a few small weapons, her main possession being a five foot katana that she often carries on her back, being quite possessive over it. Otherwise, she carries around kunai, shuriken, or other small weapons, every poisoned needles.
Battle And Magic Skills: Her magic is simple darkness magic, used more for bonding than actual attacks. If anything, she leans more towards direct combat, being quick on her feet and with her attacks. Having a great knowledge of various weapons, she makes due with just about anything she can get her hands on. Though, being a lightweight, her attacks don't pack much of a punch without some sort of bladed weapon, being more based of speed and multiple hits. She prefers close range endurance fights.
Character Flaws: She is often to quick to judge and rushes into things over her head. She is indecisive and often switches to the winning side, though, in combat, she goes at her opponent without second thought. Her attacks are fast, but they aren't that powerful, making her bad at fights of strength compared to those of endurance.

Character Looks:
Laurel is slightly taller than Micha, at 5'1" and 5' respectively. Laurel's hair is longer, and she wears it loose down her back. Micha wears her hair shoulder length with bows. Their eyes are large and dark, and their hair is almost black. They tend to dress in opposite colors, but since they're twins it would be impossible to tell them apart if they were to cut their hair the same and dress the same.

Laurel is the quieter twin, prefering to let Micha speak for her (although she seems to be opening up more since coming to Ria), and tends to be a worrier. Micha is very bubbly and cheerful, tends to be forgetful, and she rarely stops talking.
History:
Most twins seem to have some sort of 'twin telepathy', but Laurel and Micha have been able to hear the thoughts of other people, and talk in their heads, since they started talking. Their parents didn't know how to deal with their budding powers, and have sent them to Ria at a young age, even though their mother didn't want to make the girls leave. Their father thinks of them as 'freaks'. The girls taught themselves to fight a little, and have been sneaking out at night to take lessons for five years now, which their parents used as an excuse to send them to Ria.

A set of arm pads to protect themselfs when fighting someone with a weapon.

The two use hand-to-hand skills, and use their mental link to work together.

Laurel doesn't talk to people, and she has very little self-confidence, especially when she's away from her sister (although she seems to be opening up slightly since coming to Ria). Micha rarely listens to anyone, is very forgetful, and she often has epileptic seizures that she has to carry medicine for all the time--but usually forgets to take it.
