((They both have large red eyes and no nose. Lucas (or someone on the Ep. I crew) took the Duros masks from the cantina scene and based the Neimoidians off of those, changing them from blue to green, and making them more wrinkly. In-universe, some of the earliest Duros colonists settled on Neimoidia and got cut off from the rest of the universe for a few thousand years.))
