Funny story on this:
One day after some heavy rain, we had practice in the parking lot. While we were practicing some kids rode their bikes across the "field" and our director said that anyone who rode past again was getting knocked off their bike. So wouldn't you know it, some middle school kid ride his bike right across the lot. Our director grabbed him, got his name and school, and then let him go. Then as he rode away he cussed out our director and the one of the senior trumpets ran after him. It was hilarious.

iOggy Purple_Rain Nope. Everyone loves our band. We get money cheers and hugs. ^^ God, how I wish. All too often, we get shouts of "Band is teh stupidzorz!" and the like. Except when we march down the main hallway before the Homecoming game... smile Avon Lake High School does that. Everyone's trying to get to class and the band is walking through the hallways in this big massive block-thing. It's pretty funny and awesome. I think they did it every Friday but I'm not completely sure.

Yes, that used to be a huge problem at LMHS 6 years ago but when the current BD showed up things slowing down on the antigonization level. But this year when we where hosting our show me and my friend Matt were guideing a band and taking them to the stadium and we had to walk by the feild where JV football was practicing. All their carp was thrown in the way so me and Matt jogged over and started to move and the guys yelled junk at us and we just moved it so the block could walk through and not step on it. Then these tards were standing in the way throwing a football and we asked them to move and they did, after throwing the ball in the way, so Matt picked it up and threw it back at them (his younger bro plays football). We asked them to stay to one side and one of the guys said to one of the other guys "I dare you to run through them." And the idiot was going to do it too!!! Matt left them to me cause I'm the girl and I can make people see my point even in uniform (no violence in uniform), I got to put on mean face and use angry voice, "You do that, and you die." stare They were unnerved by it cause you could see it in their faces...Short Band Midget: 1 Uber tall football tards:0

They honk their horn at us, but my BD says they need to check their lights to make sure that they are also working.

Of course, as an afterthought, we always get back at the cheerleaders who try it by informing them that we have started a "Pants Drive" for them. They must get so cold standing out there in those minis. biggrin

One day we were practicing for a parade on the track around our football field. Our school is on two main roads, and one of the roads is seperated from the school by some tall hedges and a fence. As we're marching around, we hear some rustling accompanied by something along the lines of "Lol, band sucks, [insert team for the night] rocks your socks." They were so silly we laughed at them and they left.
