Karite sat patiently and did not say a word. Both were things he was fairly good at. It was controlling his anger and blood lust that was the problem. He already was to weak with his attacks, but he still wasn't fast enough either. he couldn't help it. He just wanted to find the reason why he was here. In all the training he had forgotten his purpose.

Ugu sighed as he watched the three shinigami ready for 'the next step'. "You three.. sit." On 'sit' the aged shinigami let loose a heavy dosage of his reiatsu. The breeze that had shifted through the clearing only a moment then paused as it felt the strength of Ugu's spirit pressure. The grass around Ugu's folded legs twisted upon themselves as they felt the shinigami's reiatsu. The small bugs on the far side of the clearing felt the shinigami's presence, too, and were thrown to the grown from the magnitude of let out reiatsu.

"In order to fight and to dodge you must realize how to fight. Such a thing should be learned with the mind-when you are calm-rather than in the heat of combat. Learning to fight without grace or thought will simply lead you to being hit, harmed, and killed." A frown kept on the shinigami's face as he continued to ply his spirit pressure on the three. "Do you understand?"

Karite tried to stand he was moving slowly and soon he began to be pushed back. He slowly breathed flaring his nostrils and widening his eyes. He began pouring out his reiatsu to counter Ugu's. He soon remembered that a leaf floats on water not by fighting the current but going with it. While a salmon strong and fierce disrupts the water to achieve his goal.

Karite sucked back in his Reiatsu. His eyes still wide and his nostrils now blowing air faster under the pressure. Fighting his way done trying to resist the pressure. He resumed the position he was in before closing his eyes trying to meditate and ignore the pressure closing down on him.


"Ugu, what is the point of crushing us with your spirit pressure, I don't see how this is going to make any of us faster. We cant move we cant fight, we cant fight, we don't live." Karite said this knowing he was trying to keep his composure and control the blood lust within him.

Ugu let his reiatsu fall back to its original level and removed its pressure from squishing the three shinigam in front of him. The elder shinigami was silent for a moment as he recalled how he learned how to fight. He had jumped into battle without any formal training and always got away by the skin of his teeth. Hollows, peers, teachers; they all defeated his buttox early on in his training. 'Maybe these three should learn the way I had?.. But learning how I did would hurt them, and possible harm their growth..'

'Kaosu has already tasted some of it, though, and these other two have probably done so, too.' A visible frown kept on his lips as he looked on at the students. 'In the end, though, isn't it their choice on how they learn? They could easily just ignore what I said and just rush into fighting and learn the way I did..' he thought, continuing with his current line of thinking.

Finally, after pondering for another moment, the shinigami posed a question. "Meditation and thinking, or fighting and pain? Which way do you guys want to learn?"

"Ugu-sempai.I would like to learn in both ways. I have been told the pain is only for the weak minded and I'm as strong mind-ed as the get. Why don't we go into the feild sensei to test all our combat knowledge."Said ryoushi his sword was placed back on his back.

"Kaosu every moment I tend to like you more and more, lets hope we never have to fight each other. It would be a interesting fight, unlike the last."

Kaosu grinned as he spoke back to Karite. "Another day." With that, he unsheathed his zanpaku-to and ran at Ugu. When he was close enough, he crouched low, bent his knees until they about touched his chin, and launched straight at Ugu's collosal frame.
