I was under the empression that Organization XIII chose the name because of the 13 members that made it up. But if it was a character from FFVII, then who? I ponder to think.... lol that didn't make sense. [ xd ]

I highly doubt that it was from FF because I know that there were thirteen members at the time of Castle Oblivion.
