Someone somewhere finally learned to swim this weekend! Thus, conquoering a deep-seated fear she's been carrying around since she was 4. 3nodding
Granted, she damn near had a panic attack for the first 45 minutes or so in the pool, but her wonmderful, understanding, supportive husband was there to get her through it and teach her.
She loves him... alot. Doesn't deserve him, but loves him and is glad he thinks she does. biggrin 3nodding

Someone somwehere was a water baby and learned to swim before she learned to walk. Because her parents thought it would be amusing to see what would happen if they just tossed the baby in the pool 3nodding

Someone somewhere had her intense fear of water because her Dad was taught to swim with the "sink or swim" method, and decided to use the same thing on his daughter. But he decided to do it off my Aunt's boat while we were in the middle of Lake Michigan. She sank. Her Mom threatened to divorce her Dad if he didn't get in there and get her baby girl, who was obviously not coming back up.

Someone somewhere loves to swim, even alone. Unfortunately that someone doesnt have a pool, so she just compromises and runs the hose over her trampoline xd heart
