Odin and Knights of the Round are my favourite. Though I reserve my summons for boss battles and battles I seriously don't feel like fighting.

My favs are Choco cause it stuns, Bahamut zero cause he is strong, Odin cause he kills regular monsters in 1 hit, and knights of the round cause he owns =D
