1. My most recent experience was probably with my finals from the Spring semester.
2. I'm not sure what my comfort level is, I haven't written about a piece of literature in a long time, though I don't think I would have too much issue with it.
3. I'm not reading anything at the moment, although I have been eyeing DeadEndia for a while now, along with some Cloak & Dagger comics.
4. I think that would have to go to the Sailor Moon manga. I read it over a decade ago and I still haven't found something that I enjoyed nearly as much!

My most recent experience with critical analysis was in a sociology class, where I had to examine how media influences public perception during elections. It really made me slow down and question the way information is presented and how biases are built in. As for writing, I feel fairly comfortable with essays, but I know there’s always room to improve—especially when it comes to analyzing literature more deeply. Right now, I’m reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, and I love how immersive and imaginative the writing is. One of my all-time favorite creative texts is The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. I was really drawn to the raw storytelling and how the author reflected on her past without sounding bitter—it struck a good balance between vulnerability and strength. I’m looking forward to reading and writing more this semester!

I finished ENG101 this past semester so I would say that is my most recent experience with critical analysis. Unfortunately, I can't say that I'm comfortable with writing about literature as I haven't done so a while. I am currently reading The Rising of The Shield Hero. I love stories that have a fantasy setting. I don't think I have a creative text.

What is your most recent experience with critical analysis and critical thinking?
- I have to be honest, my last experience with critical analysis+thinking was about 3 years ago in college. I took a very long break and it was not until recently that I decided to retake my studies. Although, I do have to say I am very excited to retake everything and see what I still have in me.

This is an intensive writing course. What is your comfort level with writing essays about literature?
- My comfort level with writing essays is a little less than fair sad . Writing has never been my best subject but I get it done. I do wish to get better at it and become stronger in it.

What are you currently reading?
-Honestly, nothing right now other than the books that were assigned for this class. I know I need to pick some more books up and push myself to read more.

What is your favourite creative text -- such as a novel, memoir, poetry collection...?
-I wouldn't say I have a favorite creative text, but I love listening to music? Maybe the lyrics count? They definitley have a lot of meaning to me.

My most recent experience with critical analysis and critical thinking was last semester, when I took a business course that required evaluating complex case studies and strategic decisions. I am comfortable writing literature essays and enjoy exploring themes, character development, and narrative structure. A creative text that resonated with me is People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry, which I appreciate for its emotional depth, engaging dialogue, and the way it navigates the complexities of friendship and love.

The last time I used critical analysis was while comparing phone plans to choose the best value. I evaluated data limits, hidden fees, and contract terms. By breaking down each offer and questioning marketing language, I was able to make an informed decision based on facts rather than advertisements.

found it!!!

The most recent experience with critical analysis and critical thinking was when I had to write my presentation for public speaking. This was super stressful because I am not a fan of public speaking.

I feel like my comfort level with writing is in between. I like but there are some moments where I have to write this 500-word paper. What I find most difficult and that I get quite often is writer's block, it gets super annoying.

My favorite creative text is comic Books because I enjoy Marvel and DC comics. After all, it's something my dad and I bond over, and I enjoy the art design and the creativity of the characters and their personal stories.

As a mother, my most recent need for critical thinking and analysis would be the constant communication and lack there of with my ex-husband. Every encounter between the two of us requires me to first think, not for just myself but, the children, his mindset, then my own personal feelings, isolating them, and then following through with an extreme amount of logical mind frame, verbiage, and patience. I do not like writing about literature. I enjoy free hand writing on facts and experiences or story telling. At the moment I am reading a lot of Nursing based material to strengthen my memory and mind. I would have to say I love poetry and favor Maya Angelou.
