Wallace saw the tears, its what he loved, he loved to see them struggle, the want for him turn into fear. He craved it and was about to start having his fun when the doorbell rang to his home. He growled, trying to ignore it but then heard a rough knocking, "Hold on my love." He said as he fixed her dress back before he got up to leave, grabbing a gun from his nightstand and holding it behind him. As he left the room however, Kaylee would see her bag move, only to reveal Mia who poked her head out before scurring to the bed, cutting through Kaylee's restraints to free her. Wallace walked to the door, "Whoever you are, go away please." He yelled as he approached the door, that was til the door suddenly burst inward, "Knock knock!" Spoke Cody after he literally punched through/down the door as he walked into the foyer. Having been knocked back a bit by the door, Wallace had been dazed slightly by the breach he drew his firearm and fired at Cody. He had lifted his arm, the bullets pinging off his metal arm as he rushed Wallace before grabbing the gun, bending the barrel by squeezing his hand down on it. His other hand going around his throat, "Where is she?!" He demanded as police officers followed him in, these guys worked with his father so he pulled some favors. He heard Mia's call which he dropped Wallace as one of the officers began cuffing Wallace. Cody rushed to the bedroom and went to her side, "Kaylee, are you okay!?" He asked helping remove the last restraint.

Damien gently helped her up, he looked at her as he wanted to say I told ya so but he didnt have the heart. He tried to pick her up but his right arm suddenly stopped, he couldnt lift it and noticed one of the bullets had hit between some plates and damaged a connection that sort of acted like an artery for the system. He sighed but their were paramedics on scene as Damien could hear Wallace calling for his lawyer and such but with Kaylee and the warrant they could get for her kidnapping, they could finally search his vacation home while he had his 'toys' out, which for Wallace was bad since they found his illegal memory wipe drug he used on previous victims. Kaylee was gently placed on a hover gurney and taken to an ambulence, they injected something into her neck, she would feel tired but would fall asleep. When she would wake up, she would be groggy but her body would feel more normal, less limp. She was in the hospital, still on venus and sitting next to her with his eyes closed, leaning back and missing his right arm was Damien. Mia was on the bedside table waiting for Mia to wake up so she could wake Damien.

Cody had opened his eyes a bit but when she spoke, he sat up and looked at her, "What do you mean im hurt?" He asked but then looked at his missing right arm, "Ah! What happened to my arm!?" He playfully paniced but laughed, "Im not hurt, Wallace was a losy shot but he still nicked a component on my arm, its being repaired properly since I cant fix it unless i have both arms. Firstly, so what, stop worrying about the news, second, Wallace was a scumbag who used your feelings against you. Turns out he didnt know who you were til you began talking about how he looked like your old friend. I hate people like him because they are actors who hide who they really are." He said as he would have crossed his arms but obviously one was missing, "I would like to say however, Im just glad that youre okay." He said as he thought it over, he wanted to tell her to pull her head out of the past or to move on, he knew it was hard but she kept worrying about so many things and now shes in the hospital.

Cody looked at her when she spoke but he thought it over, he got up and began to walk around the bed and almost seemed like he was leaving hut he moved to the other side of the bed and held his left hand to her, where he held his metal palm open to her, "Im not a hero, im not a person who wants a reward... and you arent some girl stuck in the past. Im a guy who just so happens to have metal limbs and youre a girl who happens to have a new chance at life. Allow me to walk with you, out of the past. Their isnt the future, their isnt the past, their is now, and right now, id like to hold your hand and say that everything will be alright." He said softly to her.

When she would go to stand up, she would find that she was still recovering from the drugs and her legs would feel like jello after a few moments. When she would almost fall over, Cody catches her with his arm and smiled, "Yeah well modern day girl needs to keep resting, at least a bit longer." He stated kindly to her as he sighed, helping her at least sit back on the bed which he looked at her as he sat on the edge of the bed, "By the way, When we get you out of here, what would you like to do? You can still pick, ive been to venus before and cant say that its all that impressive." He said as he looked at the bed, "I know that all this stuff is new to you, but you have a lifetime to experience it, I just want you to be safe." He said softly before sighing, "******** i sound like my father..." he said sadly.

He nodded, "I know but im trying to remain cool with as long as my young adulthood allows." He joked as he sighed, "I dont care what we do and I already have that worked out, we are heading off to another hotel in a neighboring city. Its less touristy but thats because its more for where people live. Its a quieter place for more retiring then parties." He explained figuring they could always go fo parties whenever. He sighed as he sat on the bed, "Im not one to party and such so im boring when it comes to ideas but i do have one ides i bet you may like when we return back to earth, a little taste of something nice. Im not going to sugar coat the future. The past has happened and reliving it isnt going to help, focus on the now and what you want to do, not remembet whats long since been past." He explained as he didnt want to appear rude but knew it was a good example. He hoped she didnt hate him for trying to explain what she probably already knew.

Cody nodded to her when she said that she wanted to rest, he figured she would need to sleep the drugs out if her system which would take a while. When she was fully asleep, he laid in the chair to get some rest himself. Before she woke up later, he had gotten his arm back repaired, he had it reattached to his shoulder as he moved his metal wrist and fingers, letting the arm resync itself to his neural system. When she would eventually wake up and feel better moving, he knew she would want to get out. They had begun to leave, he brought her some of her spare clothes since he got their bags from the hotel they had been at. The press was outside, and as a car with police escort came out of the hospital, the media and their vehiclea began to give chase. However on the opposite side of the hospital, Cody helped Kaylee into a less then new vehicle as they would leave the other way to drive to the next city over, "You hungry?" He asked kindly to her.
