Hanna’s blush spread even further at how forward Selich was, and tried to think of something to say, but was paying a little too much attention to his backside when he shook it. However, she was taken out of her staring as she was steered toward the exit, while quickly taking some soda from the fountain. She had wanted to try both it and the champagne, and wondered if she would be able to ask Selich for a sip.
However, it seemed that Selich was able to charm anyone, and she soon found herself without her plates, taking a quick longing look at the food and where it was going, before she was pleasantly surprised as Selich took one of her hands and they walked toward the beach.
Her eyes sparkled as she looked at it when they finally got there. “It looks amazing!” She said, a bit awed. Really, she shouldn’t have been, but she had never gone to a beach before and to have a nice picnic there too? It was going to make such a great night! “Wow Selich! This looks… just wow. Though I would have to say it looks a bit romantic.” She said, giggling a bit as she tried not to emberass herself more in front of the other.

”It is wonderful, though feeling clean air on your face is enjoyable too.” He really did like living in the water, but to be able to enjoy the land, well, he was glad that he at least could walk on the surface at least for a little while. He gave her a very happy and wide smile. “Of course, I wouldn’t turn you down! You are-“ What was she? He had just met her, but they seemed to connect so well. “Special.” Was how he finished. He didn’t know but she just was.
“A picnic sounds great! And I like all of those things, or at least I like trying new land food when I have the chance if I haven’t eaten it before.” He would try anything and everything, as long as it was meant to be eaten.
He looked around. “Um, if you want, I can go on land for a while still, so if you want to go somewhere else we can. I haven’t really explored this place at all.”
Theras stood still as the demon got in his space. He didn't flinch, he didn't blink, he didn't move a muscle. He simply let her say her peace, even if he wanted to punch one of those snakes hissing at him. Mom said it was rude to punch a lady...Unless she hit him first. Then it was ok to try to disarm and subdue them with minimal amount of harm possible. At least that was his own rule.
He let out a sigh as she finally disappeared and was left with the question of what to do next. Did he tell Grandma? This was kinda her day and any bad things might upset her on her special day...Would she even care? There was no damage done and she was gone now so...Maybe after the party was over he'd mention it to her. That seemed like the safer option to him.
He rubbed the back of his head as his uncle ended up in the cheese fountain. Ok, this was getting weird now and Grandma would not want to know about this. He was going...Somewhere else...Far far away

Several empty champagne glasses sat in front of the striped demon as he continued to graze on the tray of boiled shrimp. Ah, this is was a great party! In addition to the shrimp themselves, he'd found this red sauce stuff that went great with them! He had no idea shrimp could be even better! The relaxed grin he wore likely would have concerned his grandsons if they'd been paying any attention to him at this point, as strange and alien as it would be. All Kane cared was that this was the greatest party he'd ever been to! This chaperoning thing wasn't so bad after all!
Some part of his partying brain did still hold some predator instincts and he half-noticed his quarry leaving the area. Oops, there went the kids. Probably should keep an eye on them. But...
In a moment of conflict, he looked down at the platter of shrimp. Then back towards the kids making their exit. Then the shrimp. Ah ha! Grinning, pleased with himself, he picked up the entire platter, holding it against his hip with one hand and using the other to grab a couple more of the fluted glasses of champagne between his fingers. Problem solved! That settled, the demon strode after the trio of teens making their exit towards the concert hall.
Watching the striped demon's retreat, one of the cherubs sighed and shook his head. Grumbling to himself, he headed back to the kitchen to get another shrimp platter for the buffet, platter and all.
Zinerva only let go of Cabel to admire the many fountains with so many options. She grabbed a cup and caught a little bit of cheese in it...Right before one of the gods crashed right into it. She screamed in shock and returned back to Cabel's side...Then there was another one though this one wasn't a god. "Looks like that one is popular..." She hoped they didn't hurt themselves.
"Well...I doubt you want some of that fountain now...At least there are plenty of choices...The chocolate one looks good...Or there seems to be many drinks if you want." She pointed the other fountains out with her cup before she looked into it. "What is this stuff anyways?" She swirled the orange goo around before sticking her finger in it like a child.

It would have been hard to miss the scene unfolding as a chase through the crowded hotel lobby area, however it was impossible to ignore his name being screamed over the general murmur of conversation in the room.
Himeros chuckled quietly, then smiled apologetically to the lady demon before him. "I'm so sorry, my dear, but it seems I need to go address an issue. If you're still free later though...?" he trailed off suggestively, taking her hand for a brief, chaste kiss. He broke away, slipping through the crowd to go take in the scene unfolding at the fondue fountain.
Oh my.
Barely stifling a snort of laughter, he took a moment to hide in the crowd and compose himself before breaking cover. Looking entirely too pleased with himself, Himeros moved to the edge of the fountain and peered down at the pair within. Normally, he was all for whatever, but in this case, maybe it was time to step in. Maybe not for the reason Pothos would have hoped, however...at least not in his normal state of mind. Clearing his throat loudly, Himeros held out a hand to each of the fallen pair in the fountain. "Perhaps you two should find somewhere....a little quieter for this?"
Holding out a room key to the pair, Himeros continued to smirk. "There's chocolates on the pillows and some bubbly on the table. And a shower if you want to clean off first." He paused, then shrugged. Or not. Whatever. Anyway, take it." It had been the room he'd reserved for himself to use for the evening, buuuuut....he'd sacrifice it for a worthy cause.
Being his twin's wingman seemed like a good cause.
Cheese fondue looked amazing, looked being the key word. Before she and Stia could get to the fountain two blue pae decided to bathe in it. Abject horror painted her features as she couldn't help but stare. Paling, the decision to eat form the fountain quickly drained.
Cherubs busy at work picking up the slack from other servers, some mumbling under their breath, answered the call. One appeared with a platter with soft pretzel bites and cheese covered dates. Pointing to the fountain, the angel tried desperately to come up with a polite way ask if this cheese was...preswimming pool. Pink winged creature nodded saying this cheese did not get touched by pae.
Well that was polite and there weren't many choices, believe them or don't. Given the cheese was cooled, it was more likely that they were telling the truth. Taking the first bite before sharing, Zofie throughly enjoyed the rare treat.
Only, instead of offering another one to her beloved, she popped another bite. By the third her appreciation of the snack was verbally expressed with hum of appreciation. By the time the last was done sound of appreciation became down right indecent. Never in her life was that something she'd do in public.
The snacks were just so good! Only, really not enough. Hungry, she was hungry! For what, though what was there to get into since the cheese was not an option. Looking around she looked to her fae and stopped just to stare, "Oh I need more.." He looked good enough to eat himself. Ooo she was a lucky angel.

Everything was going beautifully. The wine was overflowing, food being gorged on, and Pae just having a generally good time. Yet, it wasn’t good enough for some. There was something missing to this party that wasn’t sitting well with them. It was too tame, docile. Who could really have fun like that?
The main doors flew open. They weren’t expecting any more visitors were they? Wasn’t everyone accounted for? Even so, the figure with the flowing gown and hair stepped inside. Her eyes took in the scene with a frown, displeased with what she was seeing. Soon, other females like herself fell in behind her. Some entered the lobby with her, while others broke off and headed for buildings around it.
In a blink of an eye they were gone, lost in the sea of Pae. While the others were making their presence known to some of Las Venus’ venues.

Ducky is now a entirely different shade of pink, a darker pink than her usual light coloring. "You're a flatterer," she murmured, pursing her lips as she blinked, following Cerulean's gaze around the hotel, taking in its gleaming colors, it's festive atmosphere before returning her eyes to the male himself. The female gave him an inquisitive glance. "Go... somewhere else? It is a bit stale in this area. I would like to. You can choose, I'll go with you! Why not? Tonight's about bit of adventure. Mm," she giggled.

The demon grinned ear to ear as he spoke of his own fizzy juice. "Oh really? I really like mine, it would be tough to beat."
Then he just seemed to explode. Like all the energy he had squished down earlier, crashed through with renewed vigor! Before she knew it, she was racing across the dance floor. Oh this dress was not really made for running! Despite all of it though, Soliel found herself laughing as they darted past pae with their shocked expressions. This was her Remy. And she loved him.
"Ooo! A Night club! Lets do that!" The female called as they broke out into the night air. Unbeknownst to her, just barely missing the entrance of some unexpected guests.
Ah, Remy took in a dramatic breath of fresh air as they stepped outside. Now that they were outside, the springiness in his feet didn't have to be toned down. He had the space to literally bounce around, so he side-jumped in a circle around Soliel.
"Ooo!" Remy responded to her idea. "A night club! There would be dancing at that, right? Right?" Dancing sounded like a great way to release all this pent up energy he had inside of him. He had never really taken up dancing before, but he felt like he could really make this work right now. "I think I could be an excellent dancer." Remy paused from his orbit around the sun in order to flex and stretch his dancing muscles. "Of course, probably not as good as you, you would look pretty spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning..." He rambled off, nodding his head in circles with each 'spin'.

The sudden cheesy shrimp in his mouth made his eyes widen and for him to reflexively spit it out. "Preeeettttyyyyyyy what are -y-you talking about?" His words were very slurred as he tried to be more vertical. It didn't work as he fell back into the water and snorted a laugh. "I like floaty it's funnnnnnnn~" He paused for a moment in thought. "Freesh are frrrriiieeeennnddddss not cannibals Qadria. I don't think-" He paused and slowly awkwardly blinked. "I don't think...I don't think...What are we talking about?" He managed to make himself straight long enough to drape himself over Qardia's back and rubbed his cheek against her own. "Qaaadddrrriiiiaaaa let's go let's go...Let's go...Dance place....Everyone...Everyone needs to see how you are the most beautiful stunning gorgeous love of my life EVAH and be jealous I'll...I'll never let you go my everything in my world."

Qadira giggled a bit, noticing the way her hubby floated thru the water. "Of course I'll dance. Maybe we can go somewhere and you can show just how friendly you can be." She giggled and stuffed another cheese covered shrimp in her mouth. This was so gooooooooood . But it was doing things to her lower half that would make a sailor blush.
Oh how she wanted her mate. He was the cheese to her shrimp. Speaking of shrimp, she turned back toward the food section and grabbed another mouthful of prawn and moaned delightedly. This was heaven.
But Aiden wanted to dance. She turned to look at him.
Wait. Dancing meant no food. She turned to look back at the plate.
She couldn't go without food. But she also couldn't go without Aiden. She paused and looked back and forth for a min before just grabbing an entire platter of shellfish in one hand, and Aiden in the other hand and storming off toward the dance club portion of the party.
Cerulean smiled. "Well, there are a few places. There's the concert hall which could be fun. And the Aquarium, I think they have some sort of gear that would allow land pae to be able to swim with all of us naiads. Uh and then there's the... Night Club if you want to go to that." He said, nervous about entering such a place. From what he had heard about 'night clubs' they were slightly... risque for his taste, but if Ducky wanted to check it out he would go with her, he had never been to one after all.
He slowly lead them to the edge of the pool, getting them out and letting them both dry off for a bit. "I don't mind where we go if you have a preference." He said, letting her make the decision. He would have preferred the aquarium, but that was because he was a naiad pae.

Ducky followed Cerulean out of the water, with much obliged to his help. The cool water streamed off her, allowing her to dry off a bit so that she wouldn't trek water around. After all, her sense of self-preservation had kicked in with that concern on the mind. The female looked to Cerulean. "I would suggest the night club, but I think the aquarium would be lovely! I always wanted to be under water! I heard they got scuba gear!" she chimed in, smiling brightly at the sea-foam-colored naiad, blushing as a result of her over exuberance at the chance. The red-haired pae'il just grabbed Cerulean's hand and looked with stars in her eyes, practically dragging the poor naiad over to the aquarium.

"Oh stop, you're flattering me," she giggled and tugged onto her bag. "Since this is somewhat of a big party, do you wanna go exploring with me?" she asked, innocently. I've read that they have an aquarium, and a concert hall. I can't remember what else..." and she started to fumble in her bag again looking for the pamphlet. "Shoot, where did i put the map.."
