After only a lightly moderate amount of waiting one of the booths opened up and it was their turn. Luckily Morginn was pretty small, or things would have gotten tight. As it was they had to shuffle a little to make sure no wings were crushed. Morginn honestly couldn't imagine how Fallen or Chimera managed, especially the Chimera since they were so much taller!
"I think it takes four pictures," he said, staring at the settings and poking at some of the random buttons. "Oooh, looks like we can add these sticker things too! What kind of pose should we do first?"
Rowan still wasn't sure how that worked. Why black? Why even a ring at all. If you wore something like that you were telling the person you were with they were a rebound, and that couldn't feel good. He really couldn't imagine something "gifting" a rebound ring when they knew they were the rebound. Well there were odd people out there, they supposed, so they just turned their quizzical expression to a neutral one and looked around for more games.
"Anything look interesting to you from here," they asked, trying to see around the crowd without having to wade into it.
"Really? Glad to hear it, then," he said, laughing a little more. Was it just him, or was he laughing a lot today? The thought almost brought back the receding blush, but at the last moment he was able to get it under control. Mostly.
"Well I've just been dragging you all over the place so far today. Was there something you wanted to look at next," he asked, casting a glance around the crowded room.

Admire my creativity as I end each post with a question of "what next" for your peeps XD Also Morginn and Alrai remind me of Rachel and Jun from the YouTube videos I've been watching lately. The feeling is similar enough that it makes me laugh a little on the inside.

Tarot walked along clutching the plushie close so it didn't get knocked from her arms by the crowd. There was a lot more jostling going on that the Litch was used to, far more than she preferred. She tried to edge around to the outskirts of everything, but that was equally crowded in places since it seemed others had the same idea, or booth vendors were using the spot as storage or a pathway to move things around as their booths needed restocking. Ugh.
A gentle tugging at the back of her shirt made her pause, ready to whip around with a scowl on her face and a grumpy exclamation on her lips. She actually all the way through the turn and halfway through the word before she realized she wasn't looking at another student or adult but at a....sheep? It gave her a placid look, made a little 'baaah' sound at her, then leaned in to curiously nibble at her sleeve. What the heck?
Still holding her new plushie close, Samara continued exploring the festival in the hopes of discovering more treasures. She had paused at one of the many tables to get some refreshments when she felt some pressure on her lower leg. She looked down to see a jackalope, standing on its hind feet with its front paws braced against her leg, looking at her hopefully.
Samara laughed. "Well aren't you a little beggar," she commented, leaning down and offering the cutie jackalope some fruit.

I do rather like specterfoxes." Nashira mused, looking at her 2 beautiful new companions. "I am sure the others will all love you too."
"Others... how many do you have?" Vega tugged on Nashira's skirt gently.
"Hm? I have 5 specterfoxes. 7 now if these two want to follow me." The look on Vega's face told her that he thought she had a lot. Vega sat down quickly to think.
"I... I only have 8... at all." He loved his familiars, though they were a lot of work. Nashira knelt down and gently pet his hair.
"When you are older, I am sure you will have many more. Until then... Here." The hybrid handed him a little red bat plush.

Charon and Meadow
Ok, so maybe they had found some common ground now. Meadow had no idea that Charon liked movies so much. The imp wanted to work on movies, wanted to do special effects.
"That's really cool! You want to blow up things?!" Meadow bounced a little as they walked.
"Well yeah. Blowing things up would be part of the job." It was strange for the little runt to be idolizing him so suddenly. "I bet if you worked hard, you could... you know. You could be in the movies too. They always need people to make props."
"Really? That's cool! But I've already decided I'm going to be a famous artist." As they walked, a vendor came up to them and gave them each a rainbow bracelet. "...Think these are like friendship bracelets?"
"...sure why not?"

Keahi and Kingston
Keahi still wouldn't speak, and Kingston was thinking about giving up. The bapho gently tugged on his shirt and pointed. There was a little shooting gallery, but Keahi was pointing at the little cheap rings you could win. "You want one?" Kingston asked. Keahi nodded. Kingston paid for them each to play the game, though Keahi was really bad and ended up falling off the little seat. It took three tries, but Kingston eventually won the ring, only to find out he'd won a pair of red rings. "Well, now we match!"

Parfait and Gallius
Parfait was just a bundle of energy, and Galius had no idea where it all came from. She was adorable though. He thought about getting her a little present because she was so precious. He looked at a small vendor booth, taking his eyes off Parfait just for a moment. Suddenly, the hallowed hybrid ran up to him.
"Galli! Galli! Galli!" She was holding a purple rock with wide eyes. "Look what I found! Isn't it great?" She tickled the top of it's... head? Body? She was just tickling the top of the thing, yeah.
"That's one of those rock familiars, isn't it?"
"Uh huh! Now Butterscotch can have a friend! You'll like Butterscotch, they're a very nice rock." Parfait was talking to the stone familiar.

Thebe and Sesha
There were so many games! Sesha was feeling like a kid, and it looked as though Thebe was enjoying it all too. They were playing a ring toss game, sort of competing against each other. Thebe was actually really good at this, and won a plushie. Sesha got a consolation prize: a box of white chocolate.

There was one thing about the festival that Angus both loved and hated. Everyone was so generous! A random student handed a bag of candy to Angus. He would send it home with Fiona. He didn't want to make her sick or anything...

Something suddenly drifted into her face. Setti flailed a moment and pulled away what she thought was just some random... fluff. But wait. No. This... this wasn't just a thing of fluff. She stared at the thing and it started moving. "OH MY GOSH!" This was so cute! Was this what was known as a rammykin? She hugged it gently. This was coming home with her now.
Atropos blinked as the young naga dashed off. Now what was he up to? She looked at Clover, who was still trying to hide in her leaves, when the naga returned and offered the little one a plushie. Clover peered out from Atropos' leaves and smiled a little. "What do you say?" She asked the child, who slowly reached out a hand to the plushie.
"Thank...you." She really liked that it had a rose pattern on it. Clover liked plants. They made her think of her daddy.
"That's a good girl." Atropos gave her a little squeeze. "That was very nice of you... Er... What is your name?" She asked with a laugh. "I'm Atropos, and this little one is Clover." The girl gave a small wave. While the dryad was busy talking to the naga, however, Clover reached behind her and plucked a pretty locket from someplace and slowly slid it over the dryad's head.

Sunan "I'm Sunan, it's nice to meet you both!" The hybrid smiled at both of them. "Maybe we can win some cool prizes together! A-as long as you both don't mind." He was just looking for a reason to tag along with such a pretty Dryad. "Here, watch!" He made his way to the closest booth and took a shot at the game, producing a plushie for his efforts.
Ryker watched the girls as they went to play another game. Meanwhile, the fluffy Grimm wandered over to a tables selling chocolates and bought one for his boo. He grinned, sure that Matty would enjoy the candies.

Effie stuck her tongue out at her younger sisters as she won a plushie from the magnetic fishing game. "It's sooooo cute!" she giggled, teasing them lightly.
Parfait snorted at Effie and rolled her eyes. "Are we the freshlings here or you?" she said and laughed. She was quite happy with the black and red heart locket she got from her little ducky toy. She fastened it around her neck and smiled. She could put her dads and her twinnie in here!
Cress laughed at both of her sisters before taking her turn. The 'fishing rod' latched on to a pretty pink ducky and when she pulled it up, she cheered. "Lookit, Effie! You're not the only one who got a plushie!" she giggled and held her new toy close.
Dorian laughed softly and hugged Vitalia on his knee. Poor thing suddenly got sleepy and was ready to go home. He could tell Rhapsody was starting to feel it, too, but she was excited about her new pet rocks. "I think it's time to go, Rhap," he called to her as she finished up her game.

Vitalia ywned and cuddled closer to Dorian. "C'moooon Rhapsody. Those rocks are creepy. You're not putting them in the same room with me!" she grumbled sleepily.
Rhapsody giggled and did a little victory dance. Now she had a pet rock in every color she had seen at the jubilee! "Okay! I'm ready, we can go home! And don't worry, Viti, I'll keep them away from you. I promise!" she grinned.
Usha was still sitting on the ground with her vespercats when a revenant wandered up to her. "Hey there little fella... You wanna be part of the cuddle huddle?" she said and snickered at herself.
Felicity rolled her eyes and laughed as her mom garnered yet another familiar. "I'm gonna go play a game," she said and went to the dart game. She really liked popping balloons and grinned even when she only managed to pop won. She still won a cute little ring, just like her mama's!
Bobbidi stood back while her daughter played one last game before they turned in for the night. Sa'dia was getting a lot more confident and Bobbidi loved that she was relaxing more.
Sa'dia beamed back at her mother before turning back to the game beginning. This one was one where she had to get a ping pong ball into a fish bowl, and the prize was whatever was in the fish bowl. She grinned and hurried back to Bobbidi to show her the most adorable little salamander ever!
Iggy and her son stopped by the snack table before going home. They were busy munching on their snacks when a couple of vespercats wandered up to them and meowed adorably. "Hey, Ozzy. What do you think? Should we keep them?" she grinned at him, knowing what his answer would be.
He yawned as he nibbled on a cookie, reaching out to pet one of the vespercats that approached them. He giggled at Igraine's question and nodded. "Yes! Of course we should," he said and shoved the rest of his cookie in his mouth.
The green Fallen was getting a little antsy in the crowded party hall. She decided to play one more game before going home. This one was a water gun game and somehow she managed to beat the guy sitting next to her. But maybe that was because he kept eyeing her instead of the game. She giggled a little and blushed hard as the vendor gave her a plushie.
Citaliquietly looked around the festivities, wondering why she bothered coming to these silly things. Her books were her passion, whereas socializing with others...not so much. She sighed as someone bumped into her, and thought about just giving up and going back to her room. No! I said I would come enjoy the festivities, now gosh darn it all I will! Perhaps she'll take a look at the vendor selling some delicious looking food, her stomach was starting to growl.
"How charming. It's nice to meet you, Sunan." Atropos smiled. She hadn't made many friends since coming to Below. She had been trying so hard to figure out what she wanted to do with her life.
Clover looked at Sunan as he won another plushie. She then looked at Atropos.
"Hm? What's that Clover? You think we can win more prizes then Sunan?" The little girl's face lit up. "Alright, let's give it a try. Care to join us for some games?" Even with a child on her hip, Atropos played a game quite well and won a plushie as well. Clover clapped. Clover was then handed a box of chocolates for being so adorable.
"Do... do you really think so? I really like my familiars. I wouldn't mind having a lot! So long as they don't bother my art. And maybe ones that aren't too active. I don't always do well with lots of activity." He sighed.
Nashira gently pat his hair again. "I am sure you will have lots of familiars." As she spoke, something black and fluffy bumped into her chest. She gave a slightly startled squeak. "O-oh?" Looking at the thing, she noted how it was sort of shaped like sheep, but it had been floating. A balloon perhaps? But then it blinked. "...You... You are those new rammykins people have been talking about..."
"Aw! No fair Nashira!" Vega pouted since she got ANOTHER familiar. "You have good luck." Nashira was about to say something when a vespercat approached and gently bat at Vega's long hair. "Ah! H... hey..." He looked at the fluffy red cat. "...Do you want to play with us?" The cat purred and was content.
"I told you. It seems you have a new familiar." Nashira said kindly.

Charon and Meadow
"Hey." Meadow stopped and tugged at Charon's shirt. "Look over there." He pointed to a game booth. "I... want to play." It was just a simple ring toss. Charon didn't see the harm in letting Meadow play a few.
"How about we both play? We can see who's better." Charon smirked.
"No fair. You're taller." Meadow huffed, but went along. They were given 6 rings each. Charon tossed his and managed to land 3 of a couple pegs. However, Meadow landed all 6 on various pegs. Charon won a stuffed animal. Meadow was able to pick a familiar.

Keahi and Kingston
Kingston had tried everything he could think of to get Keahi to talk to him, but the child just... refused. He really was starting to think they were mute. That was ok though. He didn't mind. He just wished that they would show SOME sort of emotion.
He got his wish not long after, when there was a startled shriek beside him. A revenant had decided it loved Keahi and was trying to hug the child. They were having none of that and tried to push the familiar away.
"Keahi, it won't hurt you. Revenants are gentle and pretty harmless. And they seem to love hugs.
"I... don't like them." Kingston was shocked! Not only did the child FINALLY speak, but they didn't like revenants? He was about to suggest that they take the revenant anyways and get to know them, but the child turned their bright eyes to Kingston. "You should take it." Kingston nodded and picked the revenant up.
"No more frightening small children, ok? You can come with me." The revenant was fine with this, since Kingston was hugging them. Trying to get Keahi's mind off the familiar, since they really didn't seem to like the revenant, Kingston gave them a cute little crystal ball.

Parfait and Gallius
Parfait was so into her rock familiar that she wasn't even paying attention to where she was going, and an older student knocked her right over. Parfait clutched her familiar tightly, but stared up at the one who knocked her over and was about to cry when her tears were interrupted by a hasty apology and a purple jackalope plush.
Seeing that Parfait was ok, Gallius helped the child up before taking her to the shops to look around. He found some glasswork that he liked, and ended up buying a crystal ball.

Thebe and Sesha
The day was so exciting. Thebe was really appreciating the festival, and was very happy that Sesha was showing him around. The naga was nice. They were sitting down for some lunch when a pair of eyes peeked over the table at them. Thebe noticed them first, and picked up a french dry and held it out to the creature. A fluffy sheep-ike thing drifted up over the table and bumped into Thebe's hand and started drifting in another direction. "AH!" Thebe reached out and grabbed the sheep, pulling it close.
Sesha looked at the rammykin and laughed a little. "It looks like you are making a friend." As soon as he finished speaking, a slime joined them, and tried to absorb Sesha's soda. "HEY! That's mine!" He lifted it up. Looks like they were both taking home a familiar.

"Fiona, I think it's about time we had some lunch, what do you think?" Angus carefully looked up at the child on his shoulders. She leaned over and smiled at him, nodding.
"Mmh!" She agreed. Angus chuckled. They hardly walked 4 steps when Angus seemed to have stepped in something.
"Oh!" He accidentally stepped on a slime! He slowly knelt down to pick it up, apologizing to the poor thing.

This really was something else! Setti would never have gotten to go to something like this if she were still in above. Her father would have never allowed it. But here she was, eating junkfood, playing games, taking home plushies... and meeting too cute familiars. She was so happy to have a cuddly rammykin in her arms that she almost didn't take a prize after winning a ball tossing game. She picked up a rainbow-y stuffed goat.
