Body color (s): Main color is a blue white, like that of glaciers (meaning he's white, but the shading is a light blue X3), marking vary between black, gradations of blue and purple.
Designs on body: - Starting on his fingers/toes, up his limbs, the white quickly darkens to a dark blue then to black, ending on vapor like black swirls; this pattern is also present on his tail.
- Two black wings on his back, with the feather tips fading to white (pretty much like on the fingers) and outlined in purple.
- Purple rune-like symbols (very much random, mind you
xd ). Above the right fore paw, on the left shoulder, right hip, above the left hind paw, before the black vapor on the tail, and (finally) on the black area of the wings. There is more purple though
ninja , above his eye lids (kinda like exagerated make up or something
xd ), extending down and following the nose bridge partially, with two stripes on the outer side, and three rings on the top of his ears. Now, the cherry on top of the cake: all of these markings, including the ones on the flakes, feathers, and the wings' outline, glow a little, though the facial ones sport a fainter glow.
- Oh, and the inner ear is purple, though non-glowy

Hair color (s): Black with tips fading to the ice white
Flakes color (s): Center flake white, outter flakes dark blue with white tips
Designs on flakes: Just on the center flakes, purple slanted slashes, shifting direction in groups of three.
Feather color (s): Middle feather black, side feathers dark blue.
Designs on feathers: On the side feathers, the random
lines runes. On the black one, the same slashes like on the white flakes, only on each border of the tail feather and symmetric. Aaand, guess what! All the three feathers fade to white on the tip

Lineart edit/item edits (5-15k extra unless really small): Double fangs ( I think it's easier to make this with the mouth closed, since they're rather large and would look awkward with it open, but that's just me
xd ), the foremost one larger. Two silver earrings on the left ear, with a dark blue feather (similar to the side tail feathers marking wise) hanging on each of them. A long white scarf (with normal shading, as in, not in blue, oposed to the body color X3) wrapped around his neck, turning to dark blue on the tips. Alongated tail feathers, so they are razor sharp
