Kreios would start to shift through the pieces that he had ripped and torn from the insides of the machine he was working on until the pile was spread out in a decently sized space of what he still basically considered to be scrap laying beside him on the ground. His golden gaze not even shifting from the insides of the machine as he speaks up loud enough to be heard by the rest of the group. "Jeez. I don't know how many times I have to remind you three. We are not breaking anything! All of these things are clearly already broken. We are here to fix this place before it falls apart! I have a signed assignment log with this as my current assignment." He says as he soon returns to jotting things down in the book in front of him. "Ah. Alright! That should do it." He finally says, as he closes the book in his hand momentarily, and then leans backwards to stretch his upper body. His golden hues turning momentarily in their sockets as he watches Ranmaru wander off once again, only to soon be spotted by and almost immediately ushered away by one of the instructors here. He chuckles lightly as he flips open a page in the book in front of him, sliding his hand across the face of the page of the book before immediately ripping the page out and folding it swiftly in his hands. A light golden glow forming around the paper itself in an array of illegible lettering. Before the entire page, now in the form of a paper plane, zooms off in the direction of Ranmaru just far enough to seem to unfold and stick onto the boy's back as if wind was forcing it to remain. Kreios turns his attention back to what he was doing with the machine as he begins to remove more pages from the book in his hand, and slide them into the machine's former motor cavity one after another.
Upon arriving and opening the book that Ranmaru had chosen, a single piece of paper would seem to be blown in from behind him, directly over his shoulder and then settle itself within the fold of the book itself. Although seemingly blank at first, soon after a text based writing would begin to form in a similar message as the earth based text messaging or instant messaging systems. 'Hey Skoos! It is I, your fun and exciting Ojisan Kreios here! Just thought I would let you know that books are indeed fun. But I think working more hands on once and a while is good too.' The simple text begins, before pausing long enough for the whole thing to be read and then it soon clears itself into an empty page again. 'So yeah. If you wanna get outta here real quick. You just gotta get an accidental papercut on this page. Then place the blood in the center of the page and think of where you wanna go.' The page soon says, before waiting a couple of moments for the words to be read, and then clearing the page one more time. 'Once that is done. You will be teleported right back to wherever you wanted to go, without those pesky instructors even knowing! It is a one time use though, so make sure you vividly think where you wanna go. I will show you the basic principle next, and then you can use it whenever!' The page soon says before the continued pause and then clear. Once the page was cleared, a diagram would begin to sketch itself rather crudely onto the page. Clearly whatever magic was being used, did not assist in Kreios' drawing skills what so ever. The design was very similar to that of a vertical cannon, and the following design was a fireworks looking explosion with a stick figure standing in the middle of it. The words 'Arrived Perfectly Safe. Don't mind the Explosion!' Written just above the picture of the fireworks and stick figure. After a few minutes, the diagram would shimmer and disappear only to leave a design like symbol written in runes and other lettering covering the entire page and shimmering in a golden light. The final wording from Kreios coming up at the top of the page to simply state. 'Blood in the center. Good luck, have fun!' before those words disappear too only to leave the golden glowing design.

Ikasu smirks to himself. Kreios is up to his usual shenanigans, he notes. After the instructor and students leave, he notices that Ran has been shooed out with them. Well, that's unfortunate, but at least he can find himself something to do. "Fine by me, you do the enchants and I will do the science. That will save me some spiritual power for actually important things." His grin is broad as he implies that doing his job and performing upgrades and maintenance weren't. Well, honestly, he could have had some unseated members doing this, but the Shinigami Acadamy is a place that he would prefer to not have things done wrong. If you want something done right then you do it yourself is his opinion. Besides, it gets him away from his desk and in a place that holds some fond memories. "Remember how proud Papa was when I graduated from here?" he waxes nostalgic. He finishes breaking all of the equipment down into parts and removes the select inner workings. "Won't need these." Then he gets to work rebuilding the whole lot. Soon the apprentice shinigami who he had sent for supplies arrive. "Good. Take the things from this pile and take it back to Division Eight. And don't give me that look. I gave an order and I expect you to follow it. I will not approve any applicant who is unwilling to pull their weight. Remember I select candidates for the Captain and Vice Captain to choose from. Now that we have addressed that. Go." They quickly start gathering up the bits and parts and start finding ways to get them to where they need to get going. Ikasu grins to himself. He does not actually know if Eighth Division deals with the scraps and junk, but nobody has stopped him from dumping his junk on their doorstep. Probably because he has never done so in person. After chuckling to himself, he works on the subject at hand. "Come on over Tsubaki. Now I can show you some stuff. I just hated the idea of this heavy stuff landing on you. Your bones might be metal, but your flesh is still very vulnerable. We will work on your defenses later."
Tsubaki seriously considered joining Ran as he was ushered out, but stuck around because she noticed that he did not actually want to leave and therefore would probably come back in a bit. Her attention is soon called over to her dad and cousin whom asked to be called uncle. "Ah! Okay, Papa!" She looks over at Kreios as she walks over and then starts watching him rebuild the equipment. "Wow. That's a lot of stuff." She listens carefully as he explains what each new item is and what it is for as well as why certain things were getting straight up replaced. "Makes sense. So after a while, not only do things get worn out, they become obsolete. That's something." She makes an attempt to put a few smaller parts together, which Ikasu permits her to do. After all, she has to learn some how.
Ranmaru had been dragged away from the fun. But he would return to it shortly, for now, he would study for a little while and wait for the instructors to let there guards down. He went over to the section with books on engineering and grabbed a handful. Thanks to how he was made the first time all he had to do was read the book once and he would not forget any of it. Ran quickly read about a dozen books when it seemed as if he stood a chance of escape. But before he could pull of his attempt a few of the others made an attempt only to wind up blocking Rans own escape. He sighs then notices the piece of paper that came from Kreios and grins after reading it. And decides to set it aside for the moment and finishes his last book. After several more minutes pass and watching most of the others who were trying to escape the library Ran looks back at the paper. "Does anyone actually bleed from a papercut?" He was not so sure"My guestion Ran-Kun why does he want to be called uncle when he is a cousin.""I have wondered about that too Ran-Chan and I have wondered why our names are so similar.""Because Mama had a sence of humor"This gives Ran something to think about for a moment then he nods. then tries to 'accidently' get a papercut which turns out to be a lot harder when trying to actually do it."Sharpen me.""Good idea! Wait you do not need sharpened""So!"Ran nods and tries it the zanpakutos way he hoped this would work. After a moment he puts a little of his blood on the piece of paper where he was suppose to and thinks of the training room where Kreios, Ikasu and Tsubaki were. A second or two later Ran finds himself dropping onto a training machine. It and the two closest to it are immediately destroyed by Ran's crash landing. "Oops." He says then starts laughing. "I am back." He comments needlessly. "Thanks Ojisan." Ran then proceeds to try to rebuild the machines combining them into one.
Applying one piece of paper at a time to the inside of the machine he had started repairs on. Kreios' golden hues shone excitedly as the golden glow of his magic shone through out the entire machine causing a slow spread of rune like lettering across its entire surface. Soon small earthly sprites bounced around within before settling themselves with what could only be excited rocky grumbles. Kreios chuckled at their antics before he appeared to reach into the folds of his clothing like he was aiming to grab something from an internal pocket. Soon pulling a cluster of silver tubes which could not possibly have fit within a single pocket. His gaze snapping to look around for a moment before ripping another few pages from his book and winding them around each tube one at a time. As soon as they were all wrapped and the signature golden glow and illegible lettering covered them, Kreios took two and chucked them in Ikasu's direction. "For the last step. One on either side of the inside cavity. It will work as both a battery and a fun little surprise. " He says with a pause as he begins to install the last four tubes into his own machine. "The surprise being Lasers. Naturally." He says with an almost wicked grin as he applies the final tube to his own machine Grabbing the last couple pages from the book before him he places one on the inside of the former motor compartment before he casually drops a few gears into the inside and then closes the casing once again. Kreios then walks around and adds a piece of paper on the bottom of the control mechanisms and finally the last three onto the track of the treadmill itself. Clapping his hands together as if to brush the dirt from them, Kreios stands up and begins walking back to where the other two were just as a familiar crack of sound would erupt from the sky. A single blurred figure erupting from a black rift in the air itself and launching full force into the ground on the other side of the training area. Easily wrecking the machines that it struck and leaving a small crator in their wake. Of course it was Ranmaru soon afterwards walking out of the smoke and destruction without a scratch on them. Kreios chuckles and raises a hand to wave at the now returned Ranmaru. "Welcome back, Skoos! Guess you got my note then!" He says with a gesture towards the destruction that his currently being tested transportation mode caused. It still needed work for sure, but hey, thats what testing is all about!

Ikasu smirks at his relatives' antics. "You see what a crazy family we have, Tsubaki?" He pats her on the head and takes the enchantments from Kreios. He gets a wicked grin as Kreios explains their purpose. "Oh~ That'll be fun to watch - Remotely. I know how to write it in my report." He taps out a few notes in his work log and snickers. "Upgrades and repairs successful. Added lasers with the aid of division five to some of the equipment to add a new level of realism for preparing the students for real combat." He turns to Ranmaru and smirks. Clumsy for an engineer, but he doesn't mind. "Hey, Skoos, mind helping me with this part? It's not that I'm not strong enough, but I don't have enough arms. I'll lift it while you slap these papers into the housing. Tsubaki, grab my tool kit and grab the power multi tool for me, okay?" He lifts up the large piece of equipment, the original thing they dismantled. "We're going to make sure this thing is extra tight with extra heavy duty bolts this time. Division Eleven must have been training in here since it was broke down to its safety pins."
Tsubaki hurries over with the tool kit and fishes for the power multi tool. Upon hearing him also mention the heavy duty bolts, she pulls that box out. "Here you go!" She looks down at the bag and marvels just how much fits into such a small bag and still manage to be light enough to carry. She giggles as she decides that it must be like that bag of holding in the game her Papa introduced to her with his buddies: Basements and Beasts. "I wonder why it didn't have lasers the first time. Everything is better with lasers!"

Ran proceeded to collect the salvageable parts from the mess of the three machines. Setting aside the parts that could not reuse before he starts to build a new machine. The new machine would three treadmills side by side. That could run at the same speed or varying speeds. There were also bars that would fall or sweep over the treadmills at varying heights and speeds that the user would have to dodge. Also, there were small guns that would fire pellets that could bruise if they hit. He also installed other surprises into the new machine. But sadly there were no lasers in it. This was definitely a machine that would do just about anything to rid itself of any poor soul that tried to use it. Ran could not wait to try it out but decided to let someone from the eleventh division have a crack it first so he could see if it needed any adjustments.
Not getting any real reply from Ranmaru, Kreios shakes his head slowly as he turns his attention back to the machine he had been working on. With a casual flip of a switch and the press of a button, it appeared to be working just as it had before. Which was a good sign. He places his hand upon the panel where the buttons were, as the wording for the buttons begins to scramble for a moment and soon after it reformed with some new options under certain button inputs. Kreios grins as he turns and begins walking away over to where Ranmaru was working on whatever machines that had been destroyed when they returned to the area they were in. "Looks like he's doing an alright job. I can see where he is going with this combination idea. And... Yup. Power source seems to be holding out, so he wont need any help from me after all." Kreios says as he slowly nods his head in approval, his golden eyes scanning over the entire project that was being worked on as if he was the foreman to this little session of destroy and repair fun. "I guess being able to do actual machinery work is a lot better then simply fixing everything with magic..?" He says to no one in particular as he slowly turns and begins walking over to see what Ikasu and Tsubaki had been fully working on. After a moment of walking he suddenly says "Ha. Yeah right. Magic is way more efficient!" Once again to no one in particular before stopping to look at the new and improved training dummy that Ikasu and Tsubaki had just about finished putting together. The entire project looked like it was working out well, but then again they had not actually fixed that many things and seemed to have 'accidently' broken a lot more of them. But that did not matter anyway, afterall this was all in good fun! Kreios chuckles out loud as he slowly walks over to a place he could take a seat. Sitting down and opening the familiar book he normally has at his waist and flipping through the pages almost absent mindedly. The fun was starting to grow dull, so maybe they needed to come up with something else to do? Perhaps if someone came to test these things out that would lead to a more interesting turn of events. Of course as he turned his golden hues to the area around them, he couldn't really see anyone in sight. That was surely a shame.

Ikasu chuckles to himself as he completes his new combat dummy machine. "In all honesty, I like working with my hands. Don't worry, Kreios. I have not forgotten my magics. In fact, I have gotten to be a much stronger mage. Lately I have been mastering all manner of kidou. Despite my love of science, I still love my magic. I do not see them as mutually exclusive." He looks over at Ranmaru's new invention. "Very nice. That will not only save space, but give them a run for their lives. The new generation of enemies are not to be underestimated. Pranks or not, these will help them learn how to be better, stronger, faster to quote Daft Punk. Hm, speaking of which, I cannot believe we've been working without music this whole time. Ah ha! That gives me an idea!" He makes a series of gestures and mutters a few words. A small portal whirls open and he makes a few gestures and points to the corners of the training room. Out from this portal flies four cubes that wedge themselves into the corners. He reaches in and checks over a single round object and then nods after changing a few settings. He lofts it into the air and watches it attach to the ceiling. After that he pulls a remote control out of his pocket and clicks a few buttons. Wires shoot out of the machines and into the walls and each one lights up. "There, now they have power ..." he says with a pleased tone. Waving his hand through the portal as he mutters, "Disperse." He then mounts the controller on the wall and then punches a few more buttons on the touch screen. "Alright, let's try these things out. MUSE, play workout track on loop." A female voice erupts from the boxes, "As you wish,"and then music begins to play. "There, speakers, music, and a controller for the system."
Tsubaki watches with amazement at the mage craft and engineering going on around her. She picks up a few small bits and starts putting them together using some basic trial and error. For now it is but a strange metal sculpture, but she tucks away what she has learned from the experience. She looks up just in time to see her dad and Kreios performing magics and her eyes widen with wonder. "Teach me."
Ran finishes working on his machine and walks over to the other three. And sits down next to Krieos "Would you be willing to teach me that teleporting spell?" He asks Krieos. He then grins mischievously at Ikasu's comment about his creation. "That is the idea now we just need someone to try it them out." Ran sits there staring at his machine a moment. Wishing that someone would come and give the new machine a try. "I kind of wanted to put a laser on the front in the center to shoot at whoever is using it but the pellet guns on the sides and bars will have to do I guess." There was also no magic involved "Oh well can't make it too dangerous or no one will use it.""But it would be mine er ours."Ran grins at his Zanpakutos comment then looks at Ikasu and Krieos "If no one comes soon how about I try them all out?""Where's the fun in that we know what to expect?"
Kreios looks up from his book for a moment, as he chuckles to himself. Watching Ikasu go about setting up a sound system to the training area. His golden gaze keeping a close eye on the fabrication before slowly nodding to himself and turning his attention onto Ranmaru as they walk over and ask about learning his teleporting spell. He closes his eyes momentarily, learning backwards and tilting his head back in order to turn his face towards the sky, more or less. After a few moments of silence, Kreios soon turns his attention back onto Ranmaru as a slight frown forms at the edges of his lips. "I could, but let us wait a little longer until I have all the kinks worked out. It was surprising enough that the little bit of a debuff I placed on that one, only sent you hurtling into this room, and not from the direct sky and into the building itself. Could have been a lot more damaging." He says as he chuckles lightly and appears to jot a few lines of text onto an open page on the book before him. If one were to look into this particular page of the book, it would read something akin to a fantasy role playing game's character sheet. Ranmaru's name with a line through it and then his new nickname would be written at the top, and then a minor jumble of information about Ran themselves would litter down the page. Including an estimation of Ran's prowess and finally a section titles 'Notes:' to which he had just added to with a short hand of 'Teach Teleport when complete'. He slowly nods to himself again before flipping through a few pages of the book onto a blank page and then placing his hand upon it. The designs of a magical formula making itself known onto the page, before he flips and repeats the same thing a few more times until he had it done four times repeatedly. He soon rips the pages from the book, and then hands them over to Ranmaru. "In the mean time, you wanna just slap these on the walls of this place? Wouldn't want the lasers to miss their targets and put holes anywhere.." He says with a big grin, almost like that was exactly what he would normally want to happen. "No need for blood this time, just slap it on the wall and wait for the magic to spread across the surface. Once the page is blank you can eat it. Store it. Or throw it out. Your call!" Kreios says finally, as he turns his attention back to the other two. "Hey 'Daddy'. We gonna get some suckers in here to test this stuff out? Or is Skoos gonna have to be the sucker?" He calls out with a gesture to Ranmaru and an almost wicked grin attempting to be hid as it spread across his lips.
Ikasu gets a wicked grin. He has a look of mischief. "There's one that works for our family if you recall. Heheheh." Whipping out his phone he clears his throat so that he can sound formal in tone again, lest she be alerted to his plotting. "Kuroyuri, are you on duty right now? ... No, I mean with your division. Good. I need you to test out some work out equipment that I repaired ... Now. I'll see you at the academy as soon as you get here." After that he hangs up. He didn't give her much of a chance but to agree to obey. "Your girlfriend, Kreios," he teases as he tucks the phone into his pocket.
At this time Tsubaki has fallen asleep in a chair off to the side, bored of not being allowed to do more than observe given her size difference. Soon she is dreaming.

It was a rarity that Nara Ellerose found herself with enough spare time away from mountains of paperwork to train. When the opportunity arose, she jumped at the chance. Nara entered the academy for the first time in a long time, wearing her signature shining armor, a shield slung over one shoulder, and a longsword sheathed at her hip. She looked ready for battle, as she always did. Despite her looks, she was rarely away from her desk for long enough to draw her sword.
The demon arts had never been Nara's strong suit, but she was here to try and hone her skills. She made her way towards an assembly of training dummies, like a wooden phalanx, and let her shield fall to the floor. She did not draw her sword, but instead held her hands before her, trying to concentrate on the manipulation of reishi. All she managed to do was give herself a headache. She sighed and tried again, but with little more luck than before.
Furstrated, she sat on the floor, breathing heavily.

He rarely uses any form of kido, and so rarely had a reason to come here. But he had finished the current paperwork load of 11th division, and when he asked around he had heard that the 10th division vice captain had been seen headed to the academy, so that is where he went. He sees her attempting a kido when he enters, with what appears to be little success. Of course, with his lack of knowledge in kido, he canโt really tell. He waits until she sits down before approaching. โVice Captain Ellerose, here is the current paperwork for 11th division completed.โ He holds out a stack of paperwork to her.

Nara's frustration subsided a bit as she sat there. Her breath slowed, and her attention went to a newcomer, who she recognized as a ranked member of 11th Division, though more from his insignias than his face.
It seemed she was a psychic, if not a mage, for this shinigami was coming with the paperwork she had been imagining only moments before. She forced a small smile, as she took the stack of papers from the shinigami.
His name finally came to her, as she remembered seeing his records in the archives. This was 11th Squad 4th Seat Tatakai Ochitsuite. She knew little else about him besides his name or rank, but she tried to force a little small talk anyway, if only as a way of putting off disappointing herself with lackluster kidou performance.
"Thank you. I will file these as soon as possible." she said, as she filed the papers away in the messenger bag she always kept with her for such an occasion as this.
"How are things with your new captain?" She asked, politely, though she immediately felt stupid for asking such a question. Her cheeks flushed, but there was nothing for her to do but wait for a response.

Ranmaru returned to the academy to train some more. Away from Ikasu, Tsubaki, and Kreios for awhile. He would probably see them all again soon. But for now he was on his own. It was not so bad to train alone once in awhile. Ran actually liked training by himself when he could though their was no harm in training with others when he got the chance. Ran liked to train when he could. The lad notices Nara and Tatakai in one area but decides to give them there space since they seemed to be discussing something about something. He was not sure he wanted to get involved and it was most likely none of his business anyway. He moves on to another area to begin his own training. Ran pulled a scroll out of a bag he liked to carry and studied it. It was one of a dozen or so scrolls suggested to him by one of the staff at the Hi clan manor when he had asked about what was best to learn at the academy that day. Ran planned to train all day."All week!"Ran grinned broadly thinking why not he did not have to be anywhere specific soon anyway. "Alright Ran-chan." He muttered under his breathe.
Benjiro enters the academy being harassed by the sing song chant coming from his zanpakuto and his wand."Train train train!""Train train train!"Ben gave up resisting his father and weapons at least for now. Besides he could learn a few kido. What would be the harm? Ben goes to the library and quickly and randomly picks a few books to study from. This he thought would at least temporarily silence the trio of nags. Actually Ben did not dislike training he just did not like training all the time. He knew and understood that the more you knew the stronger you were or something like that. He finds a quite corner a proceeds to read from one of the books. It was a book on healing spells. It did not take long for him to realize that there were not that many for him to learn. Which was alright in his opinion he was not much of a healer anyway that was more his dad and apparently his soon to be stepmothers area. Ben grins as he studies and makes notes on the few that he can learn. It was time to move on to the next set of lessons. Which were on supportive kidou. Going through this thicker tome he saw that there was probably nine that he could pick through. Or if he wanted to make Dad happy he could learn them all. Ben took careful notes on the ones that he was able to learn then set the book aside and reached for the next one. The next book that he grabbed was on binding kidou. The title alone brought a mischievous gleam to his young eyes. Which soon faded as he thought about the consequences once his father got his hands on him. There looked to be eight with possibly three others that he could learn in this batch of kidou. Ben was not completely sure about the last three he would have to ask someone later. Or just not bother with them. Once again he read and took notes on the ones that he knew he could learn. Then once again he set a book aside to move on to another even thicker one. This one was on offensive kidou. There looked to be thirteen that he could learn with another that he would have to wait awhile for. Ben was not sure that he even wanted to learn then all. But he still took careful notes on then all before grabbing the last book which he did not remember taking off the shelf. The book on other arts seemed to have only two available for him but he was not to interested in them. Still he read them and made notes. Ben then proceeded to reread them all to make sure that he had gleaned all useful information possible. He also suddenly remembered two unarmed combat techniques that he had promised his father that he would learn at some point.
