He says 'I haven't' with no mark of revulsion, only the incredulity of a kid declaring they don't have their driver's license yet instead of just their learner's permit. No big deal, just haven't done it. Yet. Yet.

"We're talking about just....stealing and murdering right? Or are you talking about a lot more personal subjects, man?" Sandrine started backing a bit, trying to keep the arm up despite the tries of the Lieutenant to bat it out of his way. When an actual fist came again, the senshi of execution at least got wrist in front of some of it, even if force transferred then biffed own fist lightly against own mouth. "Are you trying to proposition me, hey?"

"Surrounded by our friends here isn't the place I'd pick, usually." Don't crumble; it hurts. Be more than a one hit wonder. Sandrine skidded a platformed boot at Pyrophanite's foot, hoping to step on it or something to stop the press of attacking fists.

Unfortunately for Leucite, he had started to struggle out of the grip when Havasu grabbed it so his arm was at a really awkward and painful angle when the knight started to push it behind his back. Leucite was all too familiar with this particular hold - and he knew the damage it could do if done correctly... or incorrectly. His only hope - was that this guy wasn't a completely idiot and knew his etiquette.

Leucite had tapped the knight twice on the leg once the hold started, but as it continued to push, the tapping became more frantic and urgent. His arm was bent at the wrong angle for this - it hurt way too much.

If he wasn't careful he'd tear a ligament - or worse - break the arm. At this point all Leucite wanted to do was get the hell out of there...

He'd have his revenge another day.

Corinth sighed and shook his head, ignoring her barbed words, even as she smacked at him. He picked her up in a fireman's carry, tossing her over his shoulder in one smooth motion.

"Well, she's not my Desert Rose for one thing," He said softly - his voice actually exposing how much her words had actually hurt him. "She's a big girl, she can handle herself - and if not - I can't babysit her all the time. I have to chose what's more important to me."

He started to move out of the area - wanting to get her out of danger as quickly as possible.

"Since I love you, well... I'm saving you." He didn't say anything else - but his voice continued to say that her words had cut deeper than she'd probably intended.

"Sorry, not sorry."

Havasu had gotten distracted briefly by the the sounds of fighting near by and did not feel the tapping on his leg until it was became urgent. He hadn't meant to force the arm that way, at least it didn't look like the way it should have. He didn't know how much pain he was putting the cadet in but he released the nega immediately. Three pounds of pressure, the thought ran through his head as he backed away as fast as possible. Some book he had read somewhere had mentioned that it only took about three pounds of pressure on the elbow, pulling at the wrist, to break an arm. He could only hope that he didn't do any lasting damage.

Even being a knight Havasu didn't feel right inflicting permanent damage to someone, youma's didn't count. Something that was told to him in passing as he was first learning the ropes was that the negaversers were once knights too who had succumbed to the darkness. It was possible to bring them back and it was because of this reasoning that while he enjoyed fighting he didn't want to really hurt anyone. Why damage someone who might one day be on your side of the fight anyway?

Havasu was able to get a decent distance away and hesitated, waiting to see what the nega guy would do. Havasu was more then willing to quit the field of battle but he didn't want to leave his back turned, not when fly boy likely wanted to rip his head off.

IM SORRY IM SUCH A FLAKE

"A hidden blade should be the least of your worries. I assure you there are far worse then my blades." He swung his arm, aiming for her chest. "You should know though." A noise sounded, and a blade sprung from the gauntlet on his other wrist. Oh, did he forget to mention that he had two? Fangite took another swing at her upper arm.

Guess he did.

Oops.

"Do you honestly think you can stop all this?" The Captain asked. Perhaps they could. Perhaps things could go to hell. He'd seen situations where both had happened. "Do you think anyone can stop anything once things have been set in motion?" The circumstances in which an act may have occurred can change with a simple choice. But in the end, the deed is still done.

One way or another.

As soon as Leucite was released from the grip he bolted. He wasn't going to stick around and hash it out with this b*****d. He would track him down later and deal with him when he wasn't so off his game. That much was sure.

He didn't even look back - this encounter was a wash.

Trying to shove at the henceforth dubbed Scary Lady hadn't seemed to do much. Instead she'd just stared at him and said a word that if his mother was around would have had her talking about soap and water.

But staring was an improvement - right? Because at least it wasn't hands being put where hands shouldn't... And besides he wouldn't want his mum anywhere near here - because she was mum not a super hero.

Taking advantage of the staring Oort tried to run past Scary Lady whilst his magic was doing whatever it was it was doing and it seemed to be working since he'd gotten past her. Now all he had to do was keep going and...

And it seemed to be easier said than done as like it had with Horatio the magic was suddenly not there any more taking the whatever it was that had made him faster with it.

It hadn't been his best throw but it hadn't needed to be - all it needed to do was to connect and it had. In fact it had worked better than he'd been expecting as Falias hadn't been expecting the oversized bird to somehow fly into the stone, but it had and now it was dropping like a well rock.

He took the opportunity whilst the thing was falling to regain his feet and so when it hit the ground in a flurry of feathers he was ready.

A nearby tree branch seemed suitable, snapping away easily under his powered strength with a loud crack as he moved towards the downed youma.

Out of the youma he'd come across, it was perhaps the least impressive - certainly nothing like youma hounds that Camelot had saved him from on the night that he'd first found out that he was Falias.

Camelot. The Royal Knight was out there somewhere and hurt and he had to help him.

He owed Camelot - the Royal Knight had saved his life - and so Falias would do his best to return the favour and that meant that he really couldn't waste any more time here with oversized bird thing.

For a moment he stared at the downed youma. Perhaps before the wind thing, he might have felt sorry for what he was about to do, after all it was kind of on the useless side, but the embarrassment of his fall had erased any pity that he might have felt and well it's not like pity would have stayed his hand.

Raising the branch, Falias brought it down on the youma with as much strength as he could.

It wasn't a good idea to leave any youma running around - not even unimpressive ones like this one.

If Dallol had her way, she would pick herself up from the ground, aim a vicious kick at Corinth's nether region to get the Page out of her sight and then make a run for it without even bothering to give him a chance to explain what exactly was going on back there with Harmonia. But as luck would have it, given her current condition after the fight with Mothro, she was unable to do any of that so she was stuck with Corinth and had to listen to what he had to say even if she tried to shut everything out and scream at him to let her the bloody hell go.

Squeezing her eyes tightly shut, she whimpered at the fresh spike of pain that came with the change in position she was subjected to, the accompanying dizziness not at all helping matters any when she started to retch and cough which caused her even more pain. "... I can walk away from this... fine... let me go... b*****d..." She protested rather unconvincingly as she struggled feebly to try to get away. She was hurting all over, cranky as hell and couldn't care less about his feelings other than the fact that he deserved every bit of verbal abuse she could still throw at him until she eventually passed out from either the pain or the vertigo.

Round 4: Antares 10, Quartz 6 -- Advantage: Antares
I would love for them to meet again! biggrin

His head was off-balance, and getting worse. He could see, but at the same time, couldn't, as though a cloud had rolled in to soak out the background. Had a cloud rolled in? Quartz wasn't sure.

He kept trying to shake his head, to dislodge a hollow, far-off ringing in his ear -- too late, his sense of depth perception registered that his opponent was charging straight at him.

He tried to dodge, but off-balance, Quartz couldn't get out of the way in time. The scout shoved him hard, and he couldn't manage his footing --

-- down he went, a hand extended to break his fall --

-- a conibear trap snapped up and around his hand, doing its awkward best to crush the meat and bones of his wrist. "<********>" he observed saliently, feeling some of the bones give unpleasantly. Quartz was lucky it wasn't a larger spring leg trap, made with teeth: at least the unexpected trauma was blunt.

Distracted, still on the ground, Quartz struck out a leg in a hard ankle-aimed kick to try and keep the scout at a distance while he frantically struggled to pinch the side springs together, one then the other, to get his wrist out of the trap's crushing grip.

Hvergelmir nodded absently, looking up from her digging only long enough to offer Camelot an unsteady smile. "Dangerous? You bet it is," she agreed with determinedly manufactured cheer. "That's why we're getting you out of here right now." Her fingers were scrabbling in the dirt as quickly as she could move them. The long metal pin was starting to come loose. "Hang on a minute," she said. "I think I can just about -- "

She wrapped the grubby fingers of both hands around the exposed top of the pin and pulled hard. After a moment of struggle, the unburied steel pin came free.

The trap was still crunched through Camelot's armored leg, but at least -- at least she could move him now.

Somewhere. The well of Hvergelmir, maybe? She didn't know.

What he needed was a hospital -- and what she needed was to be able to get him there, she needed Eikthyrnir -- or, or Cosmos -- she didn't think she could carry Camelot in his armor all on her own, and it wasn't safe for him to power down, especially of his armor was keeping the bear trap from crushing his leg further . . .

Hvergelmir considered the dirt-caked metal pin in her hand, and the star-shaped scar across her opposite palm. If she drove the pin through her hand, Cosmos might come -- but there was no guarantee she could, or how long it might take.

How was she supposed to move Camelot all on her own? This might be her only option.

Hvergelmir looked around frantically, hoping for anything else she could settle on that might be of use. Her eyes didn't catch on much, but --

-- wait, there. Someone she knew at least passingly. A fellow knight, close enough to hear, his fight taking him this way. If he could get free of the youma he was battling, maybe he could assist?

"Falias!" Hvergelmir called over desperately. "We need -- we need another pair of hands!"

To Camelot, she tried to offer better reassurance: returning to a crouch near his head and taking his hand in hers to discourage him from trying to move again. "It's okay," she said with another overly bright smile. "It's just going to be a minute and we're getting you out of here, okay? S-stay with me, okay?"

Corinth didn't make any comment as to her actions or her words - he just continued to do his best to get her as far away from the battle as was possible. She could be mad all she wanted - he wasn't going to leave her in harm's way.

She was too important.

Shaking his head, he carried her out of the area, as swiftly as he could.

RIP SQUABOTTO, MIGHTY FALLEN WARRIOR

The youma had no real defense for the stick coming at him. One of his many natural enemies, really, as landing in trees could be very difficult for a bird of his size.

Sticks and branches... they were unpredictable and dangerous. In the hands of an enemy, then, it was easy for Squabotto to see that they would be impossible for him to defeat.

And so it was, he came to accept his fate, in the moments before he was introduced to it.

The moment the stick made contact with him, Squabotto burst into dust like an over filled balloon. It had nothing left to give, anyway, and had never really had a chance at winning this kind of a battle. But hey, at least he tried.

Chrysotile's lips curled into a smirk. He considered this a victory, though he didn't feel very victorious at the moment. He'd broken the senshi, even if he hadn't killed her and she'd gotten him good with that last attack. That was victory enough. Yeah, he'd leave her for Painite to finish off.

Still coughing, he slowly made his way to his feet and studied the downed girl. She looked so human. Were they really aliens? Of course they were. There was no reason for his father -- or the rest of the Negaverse, for that matter -- to have lied to him.

He saluted her, smirk still in place. "See you around," he sneered at her before making his way out of the clearing.

No worries, that's a great close for Harmonia!

And Chrysotile is offski! Sorry I was so late with this close, I was out of town. Thanks so much for the RP! <3

Camelot watched her distantly, struggling to regain his senses and do something useful. He knew that he had to get himself together and offer some help in the remaining battles. Though it seemed things had quieted down, he was not sure if that was good or bad. He had no idea how well or poorly the White Moon was doing at the moment.

Or where Painite was.

Or what happened to Navi, Chaonis and Lesath.

The magic Hver was lending him helped, at least, clear his head and move his focus away from the terrible pain in his body. He was weak from the loss of blood so far, but was actually rather lucky. The trap and his armor kept the blood flow slowed in his leg, for now. The spear head Painite left in his back, though dangerous and causing damage in its own right, kept that blood flow in check.

He tried to keep things in an upbeat perspective...

At least he had something good to focus on. He felt a warm bubble of pride in his chest, watching Hver and seeing her working so hard to help him. She had grown so much, and though it was an odd moment for fatherly pride, he couldn't help the rush of it.

"Ah, Hver," he said, straining to move a bit, trying to sit up, "I can't leave, not yet. We have to get this battle under control. I can help them, I just... I just need to get up. I'll go to the hospital after this. Just help me."
