To a point: It disassembles an incoming jutsu similar to the heavenly seal absorption. So basically you can absorb it if you walk through the mist and disassemble the nearby chakra. It'd take a while, but you could get it all eventually.

Kleine is manipulating the mist. So he can pull it just like the gravity can, essentially meaning it won't do nuthin'. So no, that method won't work. XD

But as i absorb it it undoes the jutsu :/ kinda a grey area... so i i thought the aborbtion part was like i touch a portion of the jutsu and i begin to absorb all of it and undo the whole jutsu? my other option is to use the untapped power and i run around touching the mist all in one post xD

XD but still, the attack i made wasn't on you, i doubt you could spray the mist faster then the lightning chakra could move. but otherwise yeah that mist is troublesome. let me think on my options

Sorry, I thought comparing it to the heavenly seal was enough. The heavenly seal basically only absorbs what's touching the ball of energy. For now just think of it like that. Also, you could try, but Kleine can move it with his mind so he can probably stop it from all getting absorbed in one post. Like, if you tried chasing it, he could have it disperse and scurry away. That's fine. My mist is not as fast as your lightning, you are correct. Just ignore that part. Say it was just aimed at Sin. EDIT: Sorry I said "as strong as". Meant fast.

On that note, instead of that reduction on water, while we're still at this intermission, can Katsu "unlock" a bloodline in the middle of the fight? He'll just unlock it, but no jutsu or anything.
