Farvardin nodded. "Yeah and whatever you do don't hit him. Pisses him off." She commented. She picked up a dart and threw it. Hearing the pop she looked over at Alec. "Heh. No problem. I'm sure she needs the stuff toys. Watching her was no big deal. I like little kids and she was fun to hang with."

She took the stuffed cat with a nod. "Yeah I do. I'm sure he'll say he's too old for this but I'll give it to him." She said grabbing more candy for her small stash.

"...So it is you." He said suddenly excited, forgetting his manners and embracing the other red head squeezing her in a tight embrace. "Holy crap..its been such a long time Rachel.." Alec would have cried if he'd been any younger, instead he settled for laughing happily, grinning like a fool.

At Farvardin's assertion he cast a wary glance back at the man in question. He gave her a wary nod before looking back at her. "People can be so damn grumpy its silly." He admitted with a bit of a sigh. Alec wanted to like most all people, but some people were just wacko's. "Well still. I can't thank you enough..or anyone for that matter who pitched in." It had been madness, but they were all alive.

"Ah, that phase. I know what you mean." He laughed some taking his dart shot. In his laughter it instead went sailing for the dart man. Nearly hitting him in the arm to which he squawked and glared at the pair.

Man, he needed to actually land another shot. His candy stash was low as he'd been guilty of not only eating it himself but sharing the other half with a certain younger red head. "That has to be a little bit difficult, hopefully he grows out of it. Sibling bonds are forever whether they like it or not." He assured the hunter girl before giving a quick toss.

He missed wildly, the dart bouncing off the board, spinning in mid air and sticking on the poor guys booth next to them. He got mad, and growled storming off after putting up a 'closed' sign.

"Oopse..." Alec muttered toeing at a rock on the ground hanging his head sheepishly.

"Uhh apparently.." he watched as the man left shrugging his shoulders. "And yea, I dunno. Everyones different I suppose. Maybe sit down and ask him sometime over a shared thing you two like?" He offered, giving another dart a toss. "After this one I need to go make a delivery for a package, but if your still around we'll hang out more!" he smiled at the other. He'd been putting it off, but wouldn't be long.

Distracted this one went sailing off into the distances...

Alec hugged her back, caught off guard ever so slightly. Yet, of all the people he'd met, he wasn't put off by the gesture. Giving the older girl a hug in return he nodded. "Good luck with your talk with him when you do! And for sure, I'll see you around Farvardin!" he called waving to her as the two parted company for the now.

With the parade having ended and a little bit of free time on his hands, Elliot decided that it wouldn't hurt to drop by the dart booth to try his hand at the game again. It was a good way to kill some time--just slip in, throw a couple of darts, and then slip out. Quick and easy.

He wasn't a horrific aim either, apparently. Upon hitting one of the balloons on his first go, the boy let out a surprised "huh" before receiving a notebook and pen for his troubles. This would be nice to have, he supposed--never knew when you needed to jot down some notes or something.

He didn't hit anyone else with his next dart, but he did hit himself. ...Kind of. Technically? The dart had slipped from his fingers as soon as he tried to pick it up, bouncing off the box it had originally been resting on to launch itself down to the ground.

And his foot.

Fortunately--and unsurprisingly, if the unimpressed look on the boy's face was anything to go by--the tiny object harmlessly bounced off his shoe before landing the dirt. With a groan, he stooped over to pick it up, brushing it off with his hands and muttering a quiet apologize to the girl running the booth.
