Mirai stared at N as he spoke. People who depend on you... a voice in her head repeated. She looked at Texas for a moment then back at N, she nodded at him "Thank you." she said. "You also stay strong too. I am depending on you to get us through the center of the book." she said, giving a small smile to him.

"I deal with miracles and making the impossible, possible." Fatalis told her in a reassuring way. "It's fine. The reason why I am doing this is because you are different that Mirai and the others. You remaind me of a certian child that I one knew. He felt just as you do now, he cursed his life and wanted to end it all. However, he found a person who would acceot him and love him no matter what he did or say." Fatalis looked away then, almost as if he rwas reminiscing, "He is strong now, because of her. I want the same for you." As he finished speaking, Fatalis could feel something touch the sphere he and Nariaki was in, he could tell that it was N. Having this conversation with Nariaki, actually served Fatalis some good, he had began to understand the feelings of others, or rather, understand how his words were damaging the others, but he would not show any signs of regret. Fatalis had finished what he wanted to say with Nariaki and so he would release the sphere and hover in front of the boy, "Now, will you stand strong with us and help complete the mission?" he asked. ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █

Some men just want to see the world burn... And I just want to show them. Never Again... Will I be bound in chains Texas looked at Mirai with a blank expression as she looked over at him. "What...?" He asked, blinking in slight confusion. "Do you sense an enemy or something? Need me to change into Weapon form?" He seemed eager for a battle, despite being in the Sloth chapter. Herald felt the same way but he kept it to himself. He gave a nod at Emma's statement. "Like I said, he reminds me of someone," he added under his breath. He watched the doll seclude himself in a dark ball of energy with the DMA teacher. "I wonder what kind of encouragement he's giving to him?" He asked no one in particular.

Mirai smiled at Texas before looking away "Nope." she replied. She glanced at the ground when she spotted something different from the usual dull gray color of the room. She picked up a dollar, staring at it for a few moments "Guess we are close..." she said.
Emma glanced back "No idea..." she replied to Herald. She glanced towards Mirai when she found a dollar. Greed would be a pretty easy chapter since no one here really seemed to care about money or riches. At least she didn't think to. She sighed, it was getting to the point where she just wanted to find the thing they needed and leave.

And I just want to show them. Never Again... Will I be bound in chains Texas nodded. "Okay then," he replied. He looked down at the ground as Mirai picked up a dollar. "Cool! Oh wait, is that the greed chapter?" He asked. Texas wasn't really greedy so this probably wouldn't be a problem. Though he did wish the dollar was real. You could always use another dollar. Herald gave a small shrug. "We'll find out later. For now let's get to the end of this book," he told her, looking down to see gold coins on the ground. He looked back up again and kept walking. He didn't really have any interest in money. The gold coins melted wherever he stepped though he didn't seem to mind at all.

Mirai nodded in response to Texas' question. She looked up from the dollar and looked around. Instead of the chairs, beds, and dull colors, they were outside now. Money rained down towards them, landing on pathways covered in coins and other valuables. Cat statues towered over them as well. Mirai dropped the dollar "When we find the portal to the center of the book, don't go in until we set up the plan N and I made." she told everyone "Don't touch the money either... I don't want to know what will happen if you do..." she said before she continued walking.
Emma's ears perked up as she stared at the Greed chapter, mainly looking at the statues and raining money. She yawned then "Even though Sloth isn't something I have to worry about, it was a bit exhausting still going through there... or now it is." she said. Mirai glanced up towards Herald and Emma then she stared mainly at Emma "Uh... Emma..." she started. Emma stared at Mirai before realizing things were a lot smaller now. She looked at herself before muttering a bunch of swears "Of course that has to happen! Of course!" the little cat snapped. Mirai smiled slightly "After going through the stresses of the Sloth, Rage, and Envy chapter, it wouldn't be surprising if all our souls are a little tired now." she said. Emma sulked, her ears pinning "I thought I was controlling myself from turning into this pretty well too..." she muttered. "At least you can look in smaller places now for the portal." Mirai said.

"I'll.... try and not be useless to you and everybody else..." Nariaki stated. His voice had some life in it yet it still sounded hurt and plain. F A T A L I S██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ ██ █ Fatalis looked towards Nariaki, his face showing that he was indeed proud of the vampires courage and will to continue on, but he could tell that there was a lot of work left to do for him, more specifically his confidence and self-worth, still seemed to have been lacking. "Nariaki, believe it or not, you are one of the strongest here. You are not useless, Charlotte knows your value and strength. That is why you were put on this team, don't let her confidence in you go to waste." Fatalis turned around and watched as it seems as though they were now entering the chapter Greed. "I also have confidence in you, be more assertive, young one." the way Fatalis spoke, made it seem like he was way older than Nariaki, which could be true. "Now lets get going, the others are already heading into the next chapter." The money did seem a little tempting but Texas definitely had other things to worry about. "You're not tempted are you Mirai?" He teased. "Maybe buy a nice Christmas present with some of this?"Herald looked at Emma in surprise when she turned into a kitten. He reached down and picked her up by the nape of the neck, holding her up to eye level. "Well, a least you won't be a threat if you lose yourself to madness in this form," he told her. "How long will you stay in this form?"

Mirai looked at Texas "I actually bought my gifts already... I made a few as well." she answered him with a smile "I see no need for money." she stared at him "By the way... should be wait until you change back?" she asked, seeing he was still a female.
Emma's expression showed she was not too thrilled about being picked up. She stared at Herald before shrugging, or trying to. "It depends..." she replied to him. "Could be a few minutes, could be the rest of the mission." she told Herald. "Don't try anything."

He blushed slightly when Mirai mentioned that he was still in his female form. "I-I'm just a guy with a healthy sex drive!" He told her defensively. "I'm sure I'll turn back any minute!" Herald continued holding up Emma as they walked. "Okay," he replied. He gave a small smile when she told him not to try anything. "Hmm...good thing we're not in gluttony. I might not be able to control myself," he told her.

Mirai continued to stare at Texas, almost like she was taking his word and just watching and waiting for him to turn back "Alright... and might want to hurry with the presents. It is never a good thing to not get your girlfriend a Christmas gift." she told him with a giggle before looking around.
Emma gave Herald a look "No matter how many times you joke around with me on that, it never get's funny." she told him. "Besides, you were a pretty small chick then, I doubt you could have eaten me." she joked before looking around with whatever field of vision she had. It was difficult when she was being held by the scruff and in front of her was a huge eight foot something mutt.
