*Veria nodded as she opend kirro up and took a small flashlight with ultravilit light, "well after getting close with shortstraw like you did... now it's just torching him. And some of the others aswell. I think they feel there not important to you anymore. That you just want to be with colin and leave. I can read minds, it's a fact." She suddenly yanked something out, long and stringy with some sort of cord that was black and went deeper into kirro, "hmmmm interesting..." She licked it, "hmmm even more interesting..." she turned and placed it into a tub on the medical table. "This could be the..." she mumbled to herself as she inspected it further.

"Torturing him." She raised her eyebrows. "That's interesting from someone who experiments on him." She shrugged to herself and started to inspect Dante carefully. More carefully than Veira anyway. "And besides, they knew from the start that I didn't like them getting close. They never seem to got the message no matter how many times I told them I didn't like them knowing things about me." She scowled. "I am not part of your family. I'm just a demon." She sighed. "Just a demon." She muttered again more quietly.

*Veria giggled, "If you were just a deamon you wouldn't be here right now and i would have control over you." She smerked, "odd how that feels too me still... anyways fact is Evelyn, if you arn't part of our familiy, why are you here? Why do you keep coming back." She looked up with a razed brow and a smile as she started to pull somthing else out of kirro, "hmmm what a odd shaped liver..." it suddenly squrted somthing out, "hee hee okay thats not a liver." She put it aside, "thats the crapper..." she stated to feel around inside kirro while she closed her eyes, "I wonder if saten approves of me doing this right now..." she mumbled as she pulled out the heart which was actully black, "hmmm i figured kirro was too sweet to have a black heart."

Evelyn shrugged. "Well it never did anyone any good to judge something by its colour." She then paused a second before she continued to dig around in Dante's body for any abnormalities. "It's not like I have a way out. I'm connected to Shortstraw and Kiera. And I have history with them. Colin's a bounty hunter. I can't see him all the time. It's not exactly a life made in heaven, but it's all I have." There was another smaller tremor as Evelyn lifted her head. "That's Lucifers disapproval right there." Evelyn observed something within Dante's body that, seemed a little off to her. Kiiro would have been able to judge it better than anyone but pinpointing anyones direct Yokai point was hard. The first question that would have arisen would have been 'what characteristics does a Yokai have that a human does not.' It was something that Veira's rival had been researching all the time he'd been operating on Kiiro and needed Dante finally to test it out on. Since part of the trouble was to do with the soul. Evelyn thought this first when she saw both Dante and Kiiro had been affected by this. But it was obviously something more if the guy had been slicing up and changing their bodies.

*Veria nodded, "vary true i guess..." She pulled somthing new out... "oh hey what the hell is this thing." She blinked. "I never seen one of these before. Could be somthing the guy implanted." She put it down to inspect it. "Well if her father is lisening, i promes i'm just trying to help. If i cannot seem to make kirro kirro again i will have no chioce but to find a way to send her back to hell for her father to sort things out." She said ti laud enough just in case. She then looked back to Evelyn and in a lower tone replied, "without you this familiy would have fallen apart. Shortstraw has been wanting to ask you somthing." She turned, "about colin. And about the castle there building. He wanted to make everything work out the best he could. So he has been thinking he will invite you and Colin to stay at the castle as a cuple, and as familily. He however knows the risks and... franqly he's been hesitant becuse of the risks, but he had been thinking hard on it. He does love you, however he knows he cannot share the same love for you as keria. And keria did come first. So he's thinking he try and work somthing out that can make you happy with both sides. Colin can come and go when needed, and when he's gone then you would have the yokai familiy at least. You claim your a Deomon Evelyn... whats funny is your wrong. Your a new speachys..." She looked to kirro, "I am afrade I cannot do much more to kirro. Her body dosn't make much sense... nothing is where it should be or funtioning as it is. And i'm not sure if thats normal or not."

Evelyn nodded. "If that's what Shortstraw wants then he can talk to me about it himself. We've spent too long together for him to still be scared about talking to me." She then glanced over to Kiiro. "And no wonder. I suppose no one has managed to actually work on a being that has Lucifers DNA. Must have been interesting for that guy." She looked back to Dante. "There's something off with him but I just can't pinpoint it." "Yes I suppose it works that the most subtle part of a Yokai's body is that which contains all that it means to be a Yokai." The man stood in the corner in his lab coat with his hands in his pockets and a little smile. He wore glasses and had short wavy dark hair. Looking to be middle-aged and not at all suited to his mentality. "You see every Yokai's identity is something very fine and detailed like a work of art. It is spun in there with a lot of the human like aspects of a body we have to show the humans that we can be almost exactly like them if we chose to." He grinned. "Something of course that has only been developed over recent centuries. Decades ago we Yokai creatures roamed around as nature truly intended us. We never had these human forms to disguise ourselves." He tilted his head. "Evolution, some may call it." He took his hands out of his pockets and started to slowly circle them. "If you're asking me what exactly makes us.. us well then its based off two very simple components. The soul and body." He pushed up his glasses. "With Dante here it was much more of a challenge although possible with alterations to Danielle's soul too. All you had to do, was make a little snip." He made a scissor gesture with his hand before continuing. "And then for the body there is something small and barely noticeable." He glanced to Veira. "By the heart." He looked to Evelyn. "There is a small vein you see that comes from the heart that directly flows to the rest of the body that.. has some different properties than the human equivalent. It changes and lets us use our abilities when appropriate." He grinned again. "All I had to do again, was another little snip."

*Veria blinked, "two small seprations can indeed make such an inquirty..." She shrugged, "But I already know what makes yokai yokai, and what seprates them form and to humans and the earth itself. Belive it or not, some yokai come from the earth, others from other worlds, and then there are those way back that were created by humans even if know on knew it." She crossed her arms, "detail is what counts. However each part of that DNA strand that is either seprated or linked can also change through each colitary change. Why are you here. You have done some horrable acts upon my family i do not take this lightly." She glanced to Evelyn then back to the man, "I myself am rather pissed you even dared to touch my little brother." She however acted rather cool over it, as if intreged with the fellow man of sience. She wanted to here alittle. but what keria said before stayed echoing in her mind.

The man laughed. "Oh please that boy was only going to get himself into more trouble the state he was in when I got to him. Crushed under a tree, my associates told me. Would have most likely died otherwise. Weak little boy." He smiled slightly. "I know the differences between Yokai themselves which is why I have taken myself to not only one subject. I have hundreds to try my theory out on. My first seems to have worked out, so I have high hopes for the rest. I was simply explaining for the less educated here." He pointed out as he glanced to Evelyn subtly. Evelyn looked offended for a second before she realised she was too lazy to care. "Besides. It was either your brother or someone elses little brother or sister or child or cousin." He looked back to her with a small smile as he then looked in front of himself again, putting his hands back in his pockets. "I am here concerning your little brother, actually. You will not be able to get him back to normal as you've promised him. Because I have taken away the few things he needs to be normal again. I was also interested to see how he was after the operation." He looked to Dante. "Seemed all right it seems. If not his personality has suffered a little from it. I'll have to add this to my notes."

*Veria suddenly had the guy to the wall with snakes as she walked up with her head to the side, her eye turned golden symbolizing a new side has taken over as she grinned eveily, "my dear fellow engineer... you threaten as if you cannot be touched." She cracked her head, "you will return these things to my brother unharmed and un ultered. And you WILL stay away from doing anything to my familily they are my Experiments, iv'e claimed them!" She yelled with a evil remark afterwords as she walked her two fingers over his face, "just as you can be... so dont push it. You will return my brothers things to him, and you will provide a answer to the devil ont he table. Becuse her father is VARY unhappy, and sinc ei serve him..." she girnned agian, "I will carry out the deeds neccisary to make sure you cannot expiriment further on others..." She pet him off the wall and back to his feet, "if you wish however as the Demon Queen, i can offer you a deal in return." She had her back to him, "what say you?"

The body Veira held up to the wall suddenly dissipated into sand onto the floor as another body appeared on the other side of the room. "I have nothing I require from you. Nor do I have any debts with you either. You're simply.. interesting. This is no reason for me to give back what your brother wants." He sighed. "I suppose being part of a royal family you people always think you'll get what you want if you threaten other people for it." He grinned. "Besides, I've not seen you tamper with your brother yet. You had no medical clearance." He sighed again. "And threatening will never get you anywhere in the way of bartering. Did your mother never teach you this?" He asked patronisingly with a little twinge of his eyebrow as he started to move around the room again. Evelyn was a little confused because the guy she saw Veira push up against the wall was definitely him.. she sensed it. Although then it was suddenly him. It made her wonder what kind of Yokai he was. "And that girl.. she just didn't react so well to my treatments. Being what she is, I had to use an industrial range of chloroform to knock her out. I am humane of course. I wouldn't want her to feel that much pain." He snickered. "It's of no concern of mine if you people didn't even have the concern to come looking for the for the amount of time that she's been under my roof. Its your own fault she's this way."

*Veria shook her head, "no it's the fools that are suppost to watch and take care of her..." she glanced to evelyn then back, "and so you know my mother wanted the end of the world to crumble in fear to her, so dont insert yourself where you dont belong." She shook her head, "unless you return my brothers aspects back to him, i will indeed hunt after you and start to mess with your experiments tot he point you will be beggin gin the end and just handing it over. I care not what you do right now, as long as my brother is returned to his way beforehand, and kirro here is restored aswell. Do you understand? Becuse if it dosn't consern you before, it will now."

The man practically giggled. "Until the great mass of the people shall be filled with the sense of responsibility for each other's welfare, social justice can never be attained. But of course you know this, Demon queen. And yet you still continue to ignore other peoples problems when it suits you." He walked a little more. "I will not pretend like I don't take your threat seriously but honestly it doesn't concern me. Who knows, maybe your little brother will learn to like the human life. But until I'm willing to give his monstrosity back to him I will be conducting experiments on it. I have made some interesting findings with it I have to say." He then looked away with a small smirk. "Ah yes, child. I knew exactly who your mother was. Once upon a time she was one of my first test subjects." Evelyn's eyes widened dramatically and so many assumptions popped into her head. What if this was the guy that made Amelie... Amelie. Hikari did say that Amelie used to be a kind person. It was a possibility that hurt Evelyn's head to think about. "Who knows, it pains me to say it but I may not even be able to heal the girl. She was more of an oddity anyway."

*Veria looked to kirro, "if lusiffer gets too angy over this he will send one of his strongest to really take care of the situation. I think it's best we try to fix what you mistakenly done to kirro. Thats no threat, thats a fact." She waved her hand, "i care not what you think about how i am, or what i belive or not. All i care for is one thing." She looked to him, "my familiy's helth. Without them, this world will crumble. I cannot alow that balence to be tampered with. However..." veria giggled, "i am intreged by you human entity idea... and being situations, it's possable it may even be needed. But not, on, my, Brother." She pointed to him, "i can track you. I can mess with your work, i can even mess with your head. Just dont think your untochable." She turned and looked back to kirro, "NO one is untouchable." She thought to keria however, "sister it just doned on me that kirros father might send dad up to fix or obtain kirro. We best be ready just in case..." she thought, "also the man is here..."

The man smiled. "By that theory, you aren't ruling out yourself, child." He held his arms at his sides daringly. "You can't track what isn't there." He tapped his head with his forefinger, did a little bow, and then smiled to Veira. "Until next time, fellow enthusiast." He suddenly dispersed into a pie of sand on the floor as Kiera came back into the room. "I was just looking up his file which I kept in my coat." She held up some papers. "And it says when he was detained the first time he was categorised as a Lich." Evelyn shuddered. "Urgh. Undead." Kiera shook her head. "Unlike zombies, which are often depicted as mindless, part of a hivemind or under the control of another, a Lich retains revenant-like independent thought and is usually at least as intelligent as it was prior to its transformation." Evelyn rolled her eyes. "Even better. A shapeshifter." Kiera shook her head again. "No. They use small forms of physical magick to imitate that. A Lich's actual form isn't seen by anyone but those who it finds trust in. What we've been seeing and what anyone has been seeing is one of its many magick clones."

*veria nodded, "intreging...a lich hmmm..." She poked her head into her own coat, "i do not seem to have a vial from a lich it seems..." She pulled her head out with a vile in her hand studing it. "I must obtain a sample it seems. As i always do from everything we face or find." She smerked evily to keria, surly her other side was still in control now, her more... devilish side. "What however makes a lich? Any form undead, of is it by another magical essence of some sort." She looked to donte and blinked, "It seems i will need to track him in order to repair our dear little brother." She looked up, "he's taken somthing."
Meanwhile in the deepest depth of hell it'self a large orb lay in the center of the flooring in the cave like room that lufficer is trapped. Yuji stood there with his hands behind his back watching the picture of veria and the man and all such onword. "Sir... i'm not sure Veria can or should be the one to try and fix the damige that man has done to kirro." He looked as if staring off intot he world, "however i wish to comply to the matter all i can..." He looked up finally to the mighty trapped devil, "what would you have me do sir?"
