Reasonability is what limits it. There is technically no "set" limit except what is reasonable for a character to have. For instance, it's pretty unreasonable for a Division Eleven member to know more than a handful of Kido. Hell, even the Captain of the Eleventh only knows like twelve I think. Of course, a member of the Kido Division would know quite a number of Kido comparatively, regardless of level, or they would know a handful of Kido that were abnormally strong. Really, it's whatever is reasonable for that particular rpc. Allows some freedom and such. And in the even I am wrong, because I typed this without checking, we do have a section containing all the Kido and everything related for it. So just quote me here when you're sure that you're ready.

Whee, I'm seeing people pop up in all sorts of guilds now. Shame I'll never have enough guilds to use all my RPCs in queue. 'Tis a crime I say, a crime.

Firstly, I think you could have pmed me this, and even then, I think we have a topic for such questions. That being said, this guild happens in an alternate time line, as represented by the guild timeline and the rather strict approach to relations to canon characters, or even their mentions in biographies. That being said, as far as this guild is concerned, there are canon elements of course, those that a Bleach guild could not otherwise function without, but there are other things in canon that are, for the time being not permitted, because, keeping accordance to the guild time line, they haven't happened in this guild.

Vizards do not exist because Aizen did not exist to experiment on captains, and the only mention of them anywhere in the guild is Nocella Kurenai's profile, in which the entirety of the race was extinguished in a bitter fight to the death. As of yet, their methods of doing so are kept under wraps and forbidden to be achieved (re: Make a Vizard, I will smite it down like a vengeful god....for the time being).

Rather than explain everything in detail, it depends on what you bring in specifically. However, other races and their distinguishing attributes will, for the forseeable period, not be permitted. We already have a plan for the Arrancar race and are discussing it's introduction. We simply removed other races because we felt that if we added in the Arrancar, they'd merely just sit around. The Katena have no reason to fight the Arrancar, other than the fact they originally did all the balancing, and they hate the Shinigami because they feel cheated, so why have more races than necessary at the time? More races will be introduced as time continues.

Now please, because of what I said, don't take that to extremes. Just because there aren't any Quincy doesn't mean I'll smite your RPC into a black void just because it's zanpakuto are a bow and arrow based set. My advice is don't be ridiculous and take things in good measure to make sure everything is solid and within reason.
