As his prey slid away from his the ex-Ruler of Hell would feel his fangs scrape across the angels armor before tearing into it's flesh. After he felt the sensation of flesh ripping in his mouth Oni would pull away not wanting to be drug around like a dog that wouldn't let go of a bone. It was then that he would notice the change in Kira's eye color. This is what he warned me about before we met Janus. I think I'm going to need help from the remaining angels in the condition I'm in.
Oni would let out a sigh as he looked around only two of the angels looked as if they would be able to help him the rest were in no shape to continue. "That's enough Kira! Calm down!" Oni would start to run forward before the spurt of strength would give way and his legs would go limp causing him to fall flat on his face. He really wasn't in any shape to try and stop Kira, but he knew what it was he had to do.
Slowly Oni would make his way back to his feet, his legs still shaking as he did so. His steps were slow and uneasy like that of a child trying to walk for the first time. If only he could summon Asa, the Summon Spirit of Life would be able to get Oni back to prime fighting condition in a matter of seconds. But without his old friend Oni would find that just walking was a task. "You angels need to back away from Kira now if you value your lives! If any of you know any healing spells you should aim them at me now while we have a chance!"
[!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!]
Kira would watch as his flames were being drawn away from the angel, whom he had caught, his yellow eyes staring at the angel, he was seeing what was happening, and it wasn't making him very happy. "..." Lifting the angel before he could start to kick once the flames were drawn away, he would throw the angel by the face towards the wall, wence he came, once he had let go, so he couldn't regain his balance, he roared in his direction, and a heavy gust of wind would meet the angel like the one before him.
Now Kira's attention would focus on to angel [7]"You fight without knowing your cause, you harm my companion's, and thus risk everything we've fought for, and those pulling your strings you follow without question like a puppet, and you expect me to stand here!?"
Kira would start inhaling the air around him, as well as his own flames while they were being drawn away, he would still obtain a good amount, at the end of his mouth a red and blueish color orb would begin to form, quickly growing in size. "Answer wisely angel, why do you stand against those chosen by the king, that's standing against those that would harm heaven and take the reins had they the means, that plot against heaven's king, and would seek the thrown themselves! or even worse, another war where lives, lost for what? power, glory? cause someone said walk off a cliff like a lemming?" He would take a breath as he held the orb in his hand, the burning crystal like creation.
Kira would grit his teeth as he stared at the angel. "We didn't ask for this battle, but, not once did you consider why you fight, we fight to save all world's not just our own..." Kira would close his hand and thus break the orb in the process. His breath deepened, and his air platform would lower its self towards the ground roughly 15 feet from where his dragon spiral was. "...I don't want to take life, it's to important for anyone to take away...we came here to stop those that would take lifes without even thinking about it, and look at what we are doing, angel's of heaven would even fight their own allies, without even stopping to think. Angel, consider your own stance on this, we fight because we must, we've been attacked, and thus we attack back, do we keep with this cycle, or will we do something to change it?"
Kira would stand where he was panting, as he put less weight on his hurt leg, trying to regain his composer, he was mentally stable for now, but his power had diminished greatly, for now, he had to remember why they were here, to fight and help the worlds, not defeat their own comrades.
[!] ~”And the flames of defiance burns bright within those that desire it ”~[!]
Before the angels could respond to Kira, seven streaks of white light would whip through the corridor. A violent gust of wind and a quick burst of energy would collide into each angel to knock them out and away from Kira, Oni, and Sabriel. Footsteps would come from the far end of the corridor to reveal General Grants had stepped assist Lucas' allies.
"You really don't have time to quarrel with mere soldiers, Kira." General Grants was a leader of the Warriors Guild as well as a commanding officer to a faction of Celestials. The wingless Celestial would sheath his white bladed katana and approach the small group with concern. He had just helped Wyndom escape and now he had just found another Vanguard who should have left St. Anne. On top of that he would find that Kira had brought two more with him. One of them being the Leader of Hell!
"You make some interesting friends, Vanguard. Oni, I'm General Grants. A Guildsmaster and General here in Heaven. In any other circumstance I'd have a lot of questions for you but your presence here speaks tenfold. I'm guessing Hell isn't in a proper state of affairs either? Heaven's ranks are falling apart at a rapid pace. There's little time to spare and I'm afraid my capabilities to assist you try even shorter. Here."
Grants was a man of action and didn't leave much time for questions. He'd pull out a Dragon Orb that Wyndom had left him for just an occasion. "I'm going to tell Wyndom that you all are safe. While I do so I'll be sending you to my Guild. It's probably the safest place for you that's not behind bars. You can rest and communicate with your comrades safely from there. My warriors are loyal to me so they won't give you any trouble. That's the only place I can make a portal to as long as I remain in St. Anne."
With that said, Grants would manifest a portal to his Guild. He'd step through the portal, expecting Lucas' allies to follow quickly. --

It was only as she plunged her dart into Angel 2's thigh that she realized that he was wielding a sword made of cold iron and that its sharp butt was about to pierce her shoulder. She'd seen fairies before with injuries from cold iron before and they looked terrible. It had never crossed her mind that she'd ever have one of her own. Closing her eyes she tensed her body waiting for the blow that never came.
After a few seconds, she opened her eyes again and looked around. All of the Angels that had been sent to attack them were on the floor unconcious and there was a stranger talking to Kira and Oni. Wait. No! Not a stranger. It was one of the guys who had been down in the cave with her, Lucas, Aaron and the others. Grants or something wasn't it?
Remaining on the floor the fairy pulled the wax balls from her ears and put them back in their pouch. Not that she'd really be able to hear much anyway, her ears were still ringing from Angel 2's attacks. … Speaking of…. Reaching over she yanked her dart out of his thigh watching as a patch of crimson blood welled up on his clothes where it had impaled him. Putting her hand on his ankle, she sent some of her magic coursing through his body healing any injuries he may have sustained other than the one from her dart being very careful to keep him paralyzed and unconscious. She couldn't just leave him there. He might be useful to them in trying to get to the bottom of what was happening around here.
Unsteadily she tried to get back on her feet to no avail as with a thump she landed back on the ground with a loud yelp in pain. "Kira. Help? Him too?" Looking to her friend she gestured to herself and then to the angel she'd just healed. His initial attack that had knocked her from the sky had resulted in injuries from when she'd hit the ground. "Please?" She sounded a little panicked as she watched Grants leave through the portal, fearing that Oni and Kira would forget about her and pass through with him.
[!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!]
Kira would watch as everything played out, the angels being bushed aside, like feathers in the wind, it was strange, more often then not stranger things have happened. Looking down the hall as he heard the steps, he would start feeling the tingling around his body. 'That's strange, could it have been from the sword, first thing's first though, i will worry about myself later.' He would stand up to face Grants as he wondered into the room finally.
Listening to Grants explain everything, he had one of Kira's Dragon Orbs, he figured Wyndom gave it to Grants for safe keeping, chances were that he had a plan down the road, but Kira's vision was starting to blur as he was finishing his little speech. More to his trouble Sabriel was calling out, for now he would take a few action's. As Grants opened the portal, Kira had turned to Oni. "Get Sabriel and go, i will be right..." Kira staggered to his hands and knees, as he felt his heart speed up more, it was quite annoying, but he quickly got back to his feet, and walked over towards his sword. "Sabriel...get her to the guild..."
Kira would fall to his hands and knees and begin shaking uncontrollably as he reached out for his sword, the poison from the angels sword was starting to take a heavy toll on his body, crawling towards the portal his vision was hazy, no matter what strength he may have had, an attack like that was effective. Gripping his chest he crawl closer and closer to the portal. "Sa.b....po.ison..." With a loud grunt he would use the rest of his strength to try and get into the portal, but fall short as he landed like a log in front of it. Moving was no longer an option by his own means, hopefully Oni could drag him along, and Sabriel could mend him back.

Oni would watch as all of the angels were easily dispatched by a surprise attack. Just what I need....a bigger hassle. But as General Grants stepped into view and began to speak Oni would relax and dismiss his previous thoughts. The ex-Ruler of Hell would listen to what Grants had to say before summoning a portal and stepping through it not leaving time for him to speak on anything.
His body would shift back to his human form as he slowly started towards the portal. His arms would hang limp at his sides in varying shades of black and blue. As Sabriel asked Kira to help the angel as well he would wonder what she had planned. Of course his thoughts would be interrupted by Kira collapsing in front of the portal. Do I have to do everything?
With a sigh Oni would walk over to the angel that Sabriel had just finished healing and kick him with all the strength he could muster. The limp body would fly through the air and into the portal. Oni would take a few steps past Sabriel before kneeling down. "Both of my arms are useless right now so your going to have to hold on tight so you don't fall off my back." With her small size, even in his weakened condition, Oni would be able to carry the fairy on his back.
If Sabriel climbed on his back Kira would get a kick through the portal similar to what Oni did to the angel, just with less power behind it with how close Kira was to the portal. If Sabriel didn't want a piggy back ride and healed Oni's arms then Oni would just drag Kira through the portal by an arm or a leg while carrying Sabriel with his other arm.

Wincing in the process, Sabriel eased herself up on to Oni's back wrapping her arms around his neck. He would find her surprisingly lighter than she looked considering her size, something that he would probably appreciate given his current situation. She had a funny feeling that something in her legs had broken on impact with the ground. Of course, if her wings weren't quite so crumpled for the second time that day and her balance wasn't quite so off, then she would have easily taken to the air again, but she wasn't quite so lucky. Gripping the King of Hell's sides with her knees, like one would ride a horse she failed to grimace at his treatment of the angel, though cringed as Kira's body was subjected to the same torture. "I understand that time is of the essence, but I could have healed your arms before you took to using people as footballs… Not that I object to your treatment of the angel, but you know… Kira's a different story even if he does deserve a good kick now and then"
Grinning despite herself, thinking about all the times she'd attempted to kick Kira herself, she tried to peer down at Oni's arms to try and assess the damage done to them. Her grin faded on her first glimpse of them making her sigh heavily and close her eyes, turning her head to rest her cheek on the back of his head. "… I'm sorry for not being more help back there. I'm not much of a fighter and Kira knows it. When we get to whever this portal takes us, set me down next to wherever Kira's landed so I can try and burn whatever's been put in him out and then I'll look at your arms. It's a promise."

"The mutt will be fine. It's clear you've known him longer than I have, you should know just how resilient he is. I just didn't have any other way of getting him through the portal." Oni would only nod to the rest of what Sab had to say as he stepped through the portal.
Once in the guild Oni would walk over to Kira's body and kneel down to let Sabriel off of his back. Once she was down Oni would look to General Grants still fairly cautious of his surroundings. "Don't confuse me with Lucas. There are none in my home that would betray me. If I had to worry about schemes while gone I wouldn't be here." While Oni believed that to be true he didn't know of Kikyo returning to her throne. Truth was, he was worried about his home as he still didn't know who sent him to the Abyss, nor how he escaped it. But he wasn't going to tell any of this to someone he didn't know, or currently trust.

The small resistance group would find themselves in the courtyard of St. Anne's Warrior's Guild. Statues of Heaven's leaders, warriors, and legends would stand proud around a fountain of water. The night sky had overtaken the light and the stars were shining clearly above everyone. Although it was a Heavenly realm the stars still seemed so far away. General Grants would look up for a moment to admire a sky he had forgotten was so beautiful.
"Yes, I'd be a fool to think you were like Lucas. He's a...brazen man. If I can put it bluntly, he's rather crazy. But I say that with respect. However we may be just as crazy to stay so loyal to him. But I don't mind...I feel good trusting him. And I think that's partially what has the Council and a fraction of Heaven uneasy. Although they didn't accept his background they had no choice but to trust him. And even for a split second if they became comfortable then they'd have to question the countless years of monotony and why things hadn't changed. But I digress.
Heaven and Hell have always fought with each other. Although they have had eras of peace the eternal hatred has remained. I can't recall any other leader attempting to change things from the inside...to push people out of our comfort zones and expose each other to different perspectives of our enemies. Oni, you're not Lucas but if you choose to ally yourself with him then you also have my full support. I'll assist you all as best as I can."
Right on time, several nurses would rush out from the Guild to attend to everyone's wounds. Although some were skeptical and shocked to see the leader of Hell, a Fairy, and one of the labeled "rogue" Vanguards, each Celestial would follow through with their duty and take everyone to the patient area. Grants would walk with everyone and find a seat in the room as he allowed the nurses and healers to do their work.
"As soon as our angelic add-on is healed we'll need to portal him back outside the Guild...." Grants would mutter to one of the Celestials before looking at Kira, Oni, and Sabriel. "I urge you all to stay here for a couple of days and rest. I know you're all on a mission but I believe we should let things cool down out there before you get back to it. Until then...Whatever information or answers I can give I would be glad to provide. I've hurried you all here but I think we can slow things down for a while."

Goin Down N Flames

Right before Kain could actually reach Altonrak he would simply zoom past not only himself, but also Aurora and into the inn that they just came out of. Rotating on his feet to watch Altonrak rush into the building, Kain would notice Aurora which greeted him. "Seems like one, although not sure how Altonrak feels about it? When ya gotta go, ya gotta go, right?" With a light chuckle Kain would begin to look around their surroundings in the light. It looked completely different than when they came in at night, and in fact..it seemed more like a small town than an actual city? It seemed like a small town you would pass through on a trip, or maybe where some people who liked the simple life would settle. He kinda liked it, actually.
"We still have to find out where we ar--"
"You're in the beautiful border-town of Aminifu. I was born and raised here. We're a good, hard working, lot here." The lady towered over Kain as she moved up from behind him - her armor glistening in the morning rays. She would look between Kain and Aurora, a slight curl on the sides of her lips to give them a warm welcome. She had strong and deep milky brown eyes, and her long golden hue blonde hair seemed outrageous as it reached down past her lower back. However, before either one could say anything, she would speak some more.
"In fact, I'm pretty proud of this place. I'm curious, though, Kain - why exactly are you here? I mean, one moment I hear you're part of Hell's army - a general in fact, and next I hear from reports that you were detained by a big wig, but you managed to escape with the group of three."
She could see it, Kain was on edge because of this encounter. She could practically smell the urge to run coming off of him, but could see that his hand was sliding around for his pillar. Was he trying to simply catch her off guard to give them enough time to dash? "I wouldn't if I was you, Kain. Things can get messy real fast. My name is Belen, Legion Commander of the 402nd. Heaven is currently looking for anyone and everyone connected to Lucas, Arc, his Vanguards, Oni or even the death of the Seraphim, Aaron."
With a swift kick, hitting the back of Kain's knee, Belen would be able to bring him down onto his knees and pull both hands behind his back before he even knew what happened. With a swift flick of her wrist Kain was restrained with a celestial binding.
"Wai-- Whoa, whoa - hey!" It was all he could manage to get out in this situation - he would look up at Aurora and Altonrak briefly before trying to see Belen over his shoulders frantically. "This has got to be a misunderstanding. I don't even know there was a Seraphim named Aaron! I don't even know what the hell a Seraphim is!"
"You are linked to Lucas, his Vanguard Wyndom and are a member of Hell's military. I need to detain you two, too - no funny business. I'm not alone. C'mon - follow me."
Forcing Kain to stand up, she would turn him about and begin pushing him along by the arm. Eventually after a little walk they would reach the obvious military HQ for the border-town. There was a lot of hustle bustle, and it was apparent that the military compliment was higher than it was originally meant to be. Once inside, Belen would lead Kain around until they got to an empty room. After pushing Kain in, she would make sure Aurora and Altonrak would make it into the room along with her right hand man - Raziel.
Once everyone was in, Belen would close the door. "Alright - now we can talk." Raziel would release Kain's bindings and Belen would sit on a chair behind her desk to face them all. "I've got news, I need some from you, and I need your help. First of all, what are your names? I know Kain, but there's nothing in the grape vines or even reports that mention you two. Who are you?"
(Sorry for the huuuuge post guys, and sorry that it sorta rushes it, but trying to get us caught up and it was easier like this than slowly over a series of posts. XD)

❄XXXSabriel MegalithXXX❄
Sliding off of Oni's back and on to the ground next to Kira's body Sabriel bit back a yelp and nodded up at the King of Hell, busying herself in fussing with her hair to hide the pain on her face. The action revealed a small smear of blood along the side of her face tracing back to her ears. "It's perfectly understandable. Trust me, when my duties to my realm and family aren't howling at my gates, I'm managing the assassin organization I inherited from my adoptive brother. I know men cut from exactly the same sheet of cloth as you."
When Oni turned away to talk to General Grants, the petite fairy maneuvered herself closer to Kira so that she was positioned at his head, her hands on his temples. It was an accident that she had gotten embroiled in the politics of Heaven and she hoped that she wouldn't get dragged much further into them. A hope that she felt was rather silly because after already being used as an attempted bargaining chip by Aaron, helping in the fight against him and being caught up with Kira and Oni, she was already in way over her head.
With a sigh she was only vaguely aware of the perplexed band of healers and nurses rushing out of the guild as she settled herself in to try and drive the poison out of Kira's body. Her ears pricked up though at Grant's mention of removing her captive from the guild after he'd been healed. Not really conscious of the words slipping out of her mouth she muttered: "Over my dead body. He owes me information and I want revenge."
Inhaling to her lungs full capacity, she closed her eyes and on her exhale she sunk her magic through her fingertips into Kira's body allowing her magical self to travel to every inch seeking out the poison, the damage it had done and any other injuries he'd sustained. The bright side to the lycan being knocked out cold was that he for once wasn't complaining about her healing hurting and squirming in pain even though she'd heard from others that the sensation was really just mildly uncomfortable at times But then, Kira had ways of getting himself into predicaments with his health she'd never encountered anyone else getting themselves into before.
[!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!]
Kira would have brief vision's of his past, battles with Imperius were fresh in his mind, but also though of a not to distant past, where he fought with Lucas and Raven and Wyndom, Kira would stir where he laid passed out from the poison that entered his body, as if he was dreaming, but was breaking into a cold sweat, his reaction was caused by Sabriel's healing magic, but also the struggles within his dreams, as he twitched a small locket would fall out of his pocket on Sabriels right hand side, with a hole that was punched in the center that had some of the poison still on it.
Slowly his hands began moving, the grip on his sword tightened, and the sword would light into azure flames, and a small dragon like form would appear on the surface of the sword its self. "Greeting's i am Azura, the spirit of the Dragon that dwells within the blade, Sabriel, long time, have you been well, all things considered?" Azura had changed slightly since the last time Sabriel dealt with the temperamental weapon.
The spirit would turn to Grants after greeting Sabriel. "Master Grants, i may be able to assist you, as well as Oni and Sabriel of our troubles, to the point of what Kira can recall, as he and i may be apart, our minds are never so." However the dragon would look towards Kira. "He however, is unfit to battle for the time, Since he left on the mission to hell, then back to heaven, his fatigue, is beyond what most human's, muchless meta human's could withstand, never have i met someone with such tenacity."
The flame spirit would lift off the blade and hover over towards Grants and rest on a near by table, the wood or metal either or, would be safe from being burnt. "Master Grant's what may i assist you with." The little dragon would await his answer, considering she knew Kira would be unable to talk, muchless fight for an amount of time.
[!] ~”And the flames of defiance burns bright within those that desire it ”~[!]
"Are...are you all this stubborn?" Grants was taken aback by Sabriel's demeanor but at the same time it was rather refreshing. Throughout the whole ordeal with Aaron and now the squadrons of Angels, the small group of would-be rebels were still at ease.
"I don't know about revenge but...I suppose we can keep him here. We have cells of our own for rowdy participants or pupils. Sometimes a student goes berserk...so we needed a way to detain them. However I still think it unwise to keep him here. This is one of the few places in Heaven that Lucas' allies can rest comfortably and uninterrupted. As far as I know...The Council is unaware that I'm assisting you and Lucas."
His attention would shift to Kira, or rather Kira's guardian spirit? Grants would arch his brow, intrigued at such an entity. "I only ask that you properly rest yourselves. It is I who am assisting you. My role is to find anyone willing to stand at Lucas' side here in Heaven. You all are already tagged as criminals...I'll be staying out of the spotlight to assist you all."

"Although I have not know Lucas long, he has earned my trust and respect. If he needs my help I will give it." As the nurses began to heal his arms they would find that the speed that his arms healed would far surpass what they had intended. In fact Oni would find that he was back at full power. While the King of Hell would believe it was the healing magic of the nurses; the true source of this would come from him unlocking yet another gift from his spirits. The healing magic would set in motion the gift of enhanced regeneration, but Oni would remain oblivious to his new ability until his next fight.
Oni would let out a laugh as he pulled up a chair. "Look at the situation we are in. We have to be stubborn if we are going to pull through it on the winning side." His attention would turn towards the unconscious angel, a crooked smile spreading over his face. "If you don't want him to know where he's at I can arrange that. Doesn't take much to damage the eyes you know. And so long as your healers can fix it later I don't see a problem. He won't know you are involved so long as we can keep him some place private that no one would hear him scream from." It would quickly become apparent to all around him why Oni was on the side of Hell and not Heaven. He had a very dark, sadistic side to him that he let out far too often.
Oni would finally shift his attention to Azura with one eyebrow cocked. "Tell me, how can a spirit trapped inside of a sword help us? While I do not doubt your power, nor knowledge, what can you truly do while the mutt is out of action? What can any of us do while the only one that knows where we should be looking is taking a nap?" The ex-King of Hell was slightly on edge at the moment. He had a few issues of his own that he needed to look into, but Lucas needed his help far more than those questions needed to be answered. I just hope that Kal has been able to keep the city from destroying itself out of panic after I disappeared.
[!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!]
Azura would listen to Grants as he mentioned resting for the time being, non-stop battles have worn Kira down indeed, and the more fatigue he gains the less control he has over the dark wolf within, that made a brief intro as it was. "As you wish master Grants." Azura would hop of what object she had landed on, and glade over towards Kira sword yet again to watch over the boy, course someone was waiting for her, and had addressed her.
Azura would watch Oni and listen to his reply to her, of course the proud dragon was not pleased with how the King of Hell was presenting himself, and thus would be treated in kind. "Oni, you say thou not doubt my power or knowledge, when thus i already answered, that Kira's mind is connected to mine, thou's action's does not do your words justice" Azura would hover in front of Oni as the flame spirit would glare at him. "Thou may have title of king, but thou acts like a squire, control thy self, less you be outclassed by said 'mutt' in terms of manner's, for you'll get your answer's not because thou asks, but for i feel the need to assist the group, otherwise i can return myself to the blade, and leave you without answers." Azura had a temper, Oni was finding out the hard way.
Azura would hover down onto Kira's left side, and looks towards Sabriel. "The poison was on one of the angel's swords had entered his chest, he'll still likely be asleep after you treat him, but while thou tends to his wounds, i'll explain everything up to this point, master Grant's thou like to listen as to why our company is in the state it is in?" Azura would hover back onto Kira's sword and fold her fiery wings, she would almost look like an eagle if it wasn't for the Dragon like figure of flames she had acquired.
"Kira came to Heaven to look for the where abouts of Lucas, and the other Vanguards, unaware of what was happening, after encountering Wyndom, Kira went to face off against the angel's on his own, one angel in question is Imperius, out numbered and weakened by the non-stop event's he was defeated, and captured. Awakening, he met an elder angel named Syrel whom seemed as lost as Kira was, however, Imperius before their struggles, had mentioned a 'master' of sorts thank's to Kira's wonderful hearing, whom would, and should be considered in a seat of power in Heaven.
Kira has taken it onto himself to try and find whom is pulling the strings so to speak wanting to hunt down the vanguards, as during their talk Kira was assured that he would not be attacked, but as you found out, the stage is against you, and allies known to us, the squad was likely sent without Syrel's consent, and due to being able to smell, and or hear thing's otherwise impossible, Imperius sent them. Which leads myself and Kira to believe, until the puppeteer's are dealt with, there's little good to having Lucas appear here, if the same thing would still happen. If master Grant's is still here, you now know what is transpiring, i thank you for assisting us, once Kira awaken's i will inform him of where we are." That's if Grant's stuck around.
The Dragon would rest on the blade and over look Kira, and await everyone's reaction's.
[!] ~”And the flames of defiance burns bright within those that desire it ”~[!]
