I like nature. I went fishing once. I caught a small black bass. At the time it was one of my favorite fish to eat. (From the store) It was rather cute and didn't look tasty at all. I haven't gone fishing since, nor have I eaten that type of fish. Slowly turning vegan...

Modern medicine didn't always exist. Natural just usually takes a bit longer. Resting CAN mean sleep, or not lifting too much, or going outside or anything you suspect might make you feel worse really.
