Atticus said as he looked at how Mirai was acting, "This isn't a joke is it? Damn it." suddenly Atticus' eyes would glow white, showing that he was relying on his demonic power, "I won't let anyone harm Shira, not even Eric." Atticus said as he looked down at Mirai, "I'm going on ahead." Atticus then rushed off with the speed befitting that of a demon.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

 He who dares__________________________Eric sighed again. "You don't know Scarlet. And you don't know "James". But no more talking. I know I'm running out of time." He lunged forward, tackling Shira to the ground and grabbed her by the chin, opening her mouth. He popped the top off the vial and leaned forwards, pressing the vial to her lips and pouring a few drops into her mouth. Then he put his hand over her mouth and tilted her head back, forcing her to swallow it. Within the same second he leaned backwards and tilted the vial back, pouring the rest of the contents into his own mouth and swallowing. He had done it. The poison had passed the lips of a member of the Death family and the vial had been emptied and swallowed in the same second. Scarlet would think he'd done it. One downside of the poison was that it was expensive and a large enough dose of it was needed to work. The few drops he'd forced Shira to drink should cause nothing more than a bad stomach ache. The amount he drank on the other hand... For better or worse he had come up with this plan after he had given Mirai his memories so she would be unaware of it, perhaps thinking he really was planning to kill Shira. And he didn't want to try and explain, knowing that they would probably have refused to go along with this plan anyway. He tossed the vial aside as he felt his stomach begin to burn. He gritted his teeth and stumbled out of the tent, falling to his knees just outside as he felt blood beginning to fill his mouth. WINS [[sorry for the bit of auto-ing, but it pretty much would have ruined Eric's integrity as a character forever if they all had to assume he really was going to do it sweatdrop ]]

Seeing Eric on the ground, Atticus walked over transformed his hand into a sword, "You dare to betray my trust and attack my love. I'll kill you here and now." Atticus muttered as he raised his blade at Eric, not knowing what had actually happened, "Die." Atticus then thrusts his blade down at Eric.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

As his blade was just about to pierce Eric's skull, Shira would appear out of nowhere and take him away. Resulting in his blade piercing into the ground. Slowly turning his head towards the area where the two had landed, Atticus would seem to not notice Shira and attempt to kill Eric again, "If you plan on killing Shira, then you must be prepared on facing the consequences, Eric." he muttered. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Aislin was about to go take a walk when she heard some yelling from the tent. She rushed in looking frantic. She saw Shira trying ti force herself to throw up and Eric looking grim. She picked up a vial off the floor and sniffed it. The pungent smell was enough for her to throw up. "Poison..what the hell?" she looked at Eric then back at Shira and back at Eric again. If Aislin had a talent for something, it was how to easily tell what had happened from little detail "You...This is supposed to be a friendly camping trip! Not a suicide and homicide attempt! What's wrong with you?!"

He who dares__________________________Eric tried to say something sarcastic to Atticus and Aislin but all that came out was a mouthful of blood. Shira had been smart enough to throw the poison up, which he had hoped was the case. But he'd ingested too much to purge himself of it. He rolled around on the ground, more out of pain than of any attempt to dodge Atticus, since he figured it really didn't matter if Atticus stabbed him since he would only be speeding up the process. He rolled onto his hands and knees, coughing out another mouthful of blood, the pain all too familiar to him. "You'll be....okay Shira. Sorry....about this," he managed to gasp before he spit out yet another mouthful of blood. He looked over at her. "Remember....Jetter, Scarlet and Max. You guys have the element of surprise now..." he collapsed back to the ground as he gasped, his lungs filling with blood. WINS

She saw Atticus attempt to kill him so she ran and threw her body over him careful to catch herself on her hands and knees above him. "Eric!!! Mirai come help him! Please somebody help him!!! ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Mirai ran into the campsite and saw Eric on the ground, she quickly ran over to him and Shira, using her telepathy to suddenly see Eric's intentions. Shira seemed to become more and more agitated with everything "Aislin, Dara, help Mirai with Eric!" she snapped as she moved Eric out of the way again of Atticus' attack. She managed to get up "Crap that hurt..." she muttered as her stomach turned. She stood in front of her partner "Atticus, that is enough." she told him calmly "I am alright... he only gave me a few drops." she told him "You need to calm down please or I will make you." Mirai quickly started using her healing abilities on Eric to help him, if they worked properly they would get rid of the blood that was in his lungs and eat away at the poison. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Aislin was about to do something until nothing but blood came from Eric's mouth. She watched as he collasped on the floor. She stared in shick. The smell of blood filled the air. "Someone please explain to me what's going on and what happened." Aislin said. The only reason she wasn't going absolutely crazy at the sight before her was because she felt nothing could be done. Then she remembered. She dug in her pockets for the vial her father had always made her carry around. "I don't know what it is but try it. My dad saud to use it if anyone was in danger of death or something." she said handing them the vial.

Snapping back to his senses, Atticus would transform his hand back to normal and wrap them around Shira, "Thank god you are safe." he said as he would then realize the situation. "Damn it Eric, you do realize that you have people to talk to if you are in trouble. If not them, you could have came to me, you and I are the same, there is no doubt that we could have came up with a better plan so that this wouldn't happen." Atticus told him as he saw the state in which Eric was in, "Let him die." he said so coldly as he turned his back on Eric and everyone there.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

He who dares__________________________Eric felt the pain slacken somewhat as Marai began healing him. The poison was still active, burning at Eric as fast as Marai could heal him, keeping the current level of damage steady. He didn't know if the current level was enough to kill him, but it sure felt like it. He rolled on his side and then back on his back. He faintly heard the others yelling but his senses had become dulled. He felt himself go numb and the voices seemed blurred. As long as he could keep conscious he would know he was alive. And even though he had probably just swallowed a death sentence he didn't mean to go down without a fight. He could feel how pissed off Harold was inside of him, growling through the pain. You deserve every minute of this, making us drink poison you idiot! What was I thinking letting you do this! WINS

With each step the air around her seemed to become colder. She stopped once she blocked Atticuss path. "Would you like to say that again b*****d? He just saved your fiances life and my own! You are an ungrateful piece of s**t if you think he did this to save his own bottom! He has been through hell his whole life and not once has he thought of himself! He only thinks of the well being of others and you just toss him aside like he is yesterday's news. So I will ask again. Would you like to say what you just said again?"

Shira snapped as she looked at her "Eric needs you right now, save the yelling for later." she told her with a calm tone. "That goes for everyone else too." Mirai continued to heal Eric. She glanced at Aislin and looked at the medicine, she took it and smelled to liquid.
