The centipede screeched and submerged underground. The ground began to quake and rumble. Volcanic lava erupted from sink holes.

"This is getting crazy!" Exclaimed Eric, he combined his guns into a single gun and fired into the ground. It wasn't enough to draw out the centipede, but it did lift it's backend onto the surface briefly. Acid began to spray into the air every so often.

"Do an infusion!"

"A what now?"

"Grant Mina your wind and enchant her blades! That might help!" Explained Eca, figuring it was worth a shot, Eric granted Mina his Unin Winds to her, green gust of wind spiraled on an arm.

"I think that's right, see if you can draw it out!"

"Awesome!" Cheered on Eca, the Centipede was forced to the surface. It laid on it's side, defeated and was able no longer to continue fighting them.

It was then Dolan showed up to warn them of their impending danger...

"You all need to get out of here!" He cried out to them, it was too late for warnings. The Centipede gave a screech much different from the others it had done. The ground underneath them shook and suddenly began to spiral downward. They were being sucked in!

Three more, much larger centipedes appeared around them as the ground continued to go under. The poor thing was just a baby, forced to play a role as a trap to trigger the parents and the rest of the colony.

"Crap, I can't get out!" Said Eric, he tried everything he could to break free, but his legs were too far sunk into the ground. Dolan did what he could in taking his Axe to try and pull out Eca, but from where Mina and Eric were, he wouldn't be able to reach them.

"Mina! Eric!" Cried Eca, she didn't want to leave them behind, but she had no way of reaching them! She tossed Mina the inventory box, hoping that the two could use it somehow.

The two warriors were swallowed up by the ground, satisfied, the Centipedes took the young'n and returned to their colony...

2 Hours Later...

Eric got up, as whatever just happend must have knocked him out. "I don't know, we're not dead, are we?" That couldn't be right, he was in far too much pain to be dead. He searched for his gun in the darkness, picking it up and preparing to wield it incase any else tried to at attack him. Looking around, he notice a faint, pulsating, red glow coming from underneath Mina's armor.

"Don't look now, but your stomach is glowing."

"Can't she be serious about this?" Thought Eric, he didn't bother trying to ask. He looked around in the litte light given off by the belly. Uncertain, but he could had sworn he saw other things glowing that same reddish color. There was definitely a stone path, and perhaps torches.

"Say, Mina, think you can shed a little light while your playing with your child there?" He asked her.

"Can't be helped, my armor is mostly cloth, primarily white cloth to be exact." He answered with a shrug. He'd wash it later if they got out of this mess. Observing his surroundings, he saw a rather large torch cauldron in the center of the room. Eric guided Mina over to it and pointed to the cauldron, asking her to light it up.

After it was lit, the other, much smaller torches in the room began to be set ablaze as well. One by one the torches we lit till the whole room and the hall as well. Red crystals were floating in the air, glistening ever so faintly in the light. Their red glow was what was kept the room from being pitch black earlier.

"Just where are we?" Thought Eric outwardly. It looked like some sort of hidden temple ruins underneath the Duon soils.

"I think this place has something to do with your Duon ancestors, just judging by the appearance." He said looking around a bit more, curious about these crystals as Mina was. He reached for one, didn't seem to harm him any. "Kinda look like those crystals from Eca's diagrams..."

Concept kicked around inside Mina, the glowing becoming brighter when a crystal was nudged by her tummy. The crystal glowed bright as well, reacting to Concept.

"I don't see why not." He said grabbing as many crystals as he could. He jump up to reach some high crystals as well. "If these are the crystals, then we better take as many as we can. I bet Eca would had flipped if she saw this place." Added Eric, he pushed the little floating crystals towards Mina, making her belly glow even brighter than it had before.
