Mei practically burst into laughter when Remi kept poking fun at the black dog. The fact that he was putting in all those remarks about Tybalt's height every chance he got was enough to make the doll die from laughter.
Looking to Danny when Remi asked on who she was, Mei had to admit, she didn't know her that well. "Er..I believe I heard your name is Danny, correct?" She asked the demoness, hoping that she guessed right.

Alex cast a glance over towards the ghoul, and she might have caught the flash of worry in his eyes. Really, there was just a horrible feeling in his gut that seemed to be getting worse and worse as time went on. She shrugged. "Of course, he's your boilfriend." Still, he didn't have to be that blunt about it. Not that things between them ever went smoothly, she there was no reason to think this time would be any different. And she'd tried to help him with that before, and felt like she got completely blown off for it, so this time? Odds were she wouldn't be so quick to help, even if it was for Alex's sake. The other two were completely lost on her. "And you guys?" she said, waving lightly at Roch as he joined them at the last checkpoint. It was an idle wave. Just one acknowledging his existence, and then going straight back to the little group they'd formed. "Oh!" she said, blinking at the ghost one, "Don't you hang out with Sushi ... err ... Night?"
Yeah, the nickname still hadn't disappeared. Oops.

Tybalt frowned at Mei's laughter. Of course she'd jump at the chance to laugh at him. Laugh it up Mei! Though rather than make a fuss about it, instead, he kept an impassive face towards the kitsune, refusing to let him win by biting the bait.
"Hmm?" He looked back up at Remi with an 'innocent' look in his eyes. "Sorry, I didn't catch that. I don't take long distance calls."
Though when Danny spoke, Tybalt nearly choked.
"NOPE. I don't know any evil spawn named Night."
Obviously Tybalt was still pissed at the black cat.
