Kaosujin Ryu Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu  Namihana frowned slightly, one hand gripping her bicep slightly tighter. "Fool... you think because you're demon that you're stronger than anything, yet there are ways to defeat strength. And you are a fool for even thinking you would risk your life over something so insigificant," she said first to the demon and second to Royce himself. "If I wanted, I could challenge both of you simultaneously and put you both down without even using a single tail of my strength," she snarled. Shikori shrugged. "I've encountered people and things that would surprise you, though few of them have seen my tails and knew what they signified," he said quietly. He could sense his sister's aura flickering more strongly than usual, as if she were angry. Nami... don't get yourself in trouble, he thought.

Royce looked back at Namihana and didn't really care what she said: he knew that he would become a target if he refused, so he may as well try and beat this guy. He was certain that the girl knew that as well, so he didn't pay her a response... besides, she wasn't exactly helping the situation. When Aura started tugging on Royces hand, he looked at her and gripped her hand firmly, as if to say that he knew what he was doing. "Don't worry, I know what I'm doing." The words of the pilot that flew him here rang through his head: "Don't worry, from da way you look, you can definately hold your own with dese guys." If just what he saw then was enough for him to say that... The demon boy retracted his wings and got into a faux boxing stance... Royce, however, he stood firmly and strong, a sign of his many years of training. "You ready, p***k?" He leapt foreword and pulled his fist back, as if wanting to land some kind of heavy hit that way. Royce just side-stepped the pathetic punch and, when the boy tried to pull another punch, slammed his leg into the muscled side of his neck. After half a flip, the demon offspring landed on his head, dazing him badly. "Had enough?" When he tried to get up again, the redhead just sighed. When the Demon tried to pull another punch, he just grabbed his shirt and landed his elbow into the boys skull with a sickening thud. Then again. And again, and again. The scary part about it was that Royce not only showed little remorse on his face, the movements were so precise, they looked trained. When the boy slumped to the ground, Royce let out a sigh, not even looking like he broke a sweat. "God-damnit, he can take a hit. Well, at least now he's out cold-" "Wh-what the hell? How the hell did you do that?!?" Bending down to grab the boys boots, he didn't bother turning his head to answer. "Two things: One, I've been trained in Mui Thai and Traditional Chinese martial arts for over 10 years, coupled with military grade training from the Australian Army Scouts for the same amount of time." He pulled off the second shoe and compared it to his own foot size. "Second, I have a rare neurological condition where I can un-restrict my muscle limits by choice rather than just being stuck with the boring 25% like the rest of human kind... though I didn't really change it from that in this fight." He stood up and slung the shoes over his shoulder, grabbing Auras hand to guide her back to his house. "That was just my normal muscle mass from all the training I do." Then, he turned to Nami and smiled. "Thanks for the concern, too, I appreciate it." Then he signalled to Kin to walk with him and started moving. "Wait, you're not going to kill him?" "The rules told me that I don't need to kill him, just keep him incapacitated for more than an hour... and trust me, with the headache he's gonna get when he wakes up, he won't want to do anything other than sit at home with an icepack for the next week." The three lackeys moved to their leader and tried to wake him up, but that won't happen for a couple of hours. At least now he made it perfectly clear that he was a force to be reckoned with.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Namihana cocked an eyebrow, but didn't say anything. Hmm... maybe there's more to the human than meets the eye; I know from experience sometimes it is the quietest and gentlest people that can kick your a** the worst, she thought with an expressionless face. Shikori shrugged one shoulder. "With kitsune, the more tails they have, the stronger they are; Namihana and I both have five and six tails respectively, though Namihana doesn't know I gained my sixth tail yet," he admitted. "Usually the difference between each tail is between three and five, meaning the second tail would be three to five times stronger than the first," he said carefully. He wasn't going to mention that the difference went up exponentially for each tail gained afterward. He took a deep breath as a swirling aura of pale gold energy engulfed him before fading away to reveal a small golden furred fox standing in his place. It was one of the lesser known talents of kitsune that they could shift forms to look identical to an average fox when needed. ((I noticed something odd in this video (12:25).... maybe you'll notice it as well... twisted rolleyes ))

Aura looked surprised by the sounds of the movement. And relieved when she heard Royce speak. "You really did know what you were doing..." When he took her hand, "Sounded impressive.. You'll have to teach me some of those moves.." She blushed at the thought of being taught self defense. "For self defense..."

 ٭٭٭٭٭₪₪₪↑↑↑↓↓↓∆∆→→→Eumi Isunden Dreldan←←←∆∆A sense of relief filled Eumi when Glass accepted her apology. The demonness smiled and nodded at the direwolf, glad to have that out of the way and move on. Eumi rubbed her hand back, over Glass's ears, scratching a good spot. "You know, you're kind of adorable at this size," She explained. Suddenly, Glass tensed up. Eumi bit her cheek, wndring if shed said something bad just then. Eumi took her hand back as the wolf shruged Royce's bag off with an air of purpose. "What are you doing?" Eumi asked loudly as Glass opened the bag. The direwolf aed her head, triumph on her wolfish face. Quickly thwolf snatched the bag back up and whisked it away into the backyard with Eumi on her tail. She watched, terribely confused, as Glass frankly buried it in the yard. "Heh. Are you sure you're not a mutt?" Eumi chuckled and quickly waved her hands across her chest. "Just kidding, just kidding!" A little later the angel receptionist appeared in the house. Eumi did all in her power to ignore her, but the moment the barbeque started Eumi gave up her demonic pride and started helping the angel cook the meat. Glass looked half sarved the way she was drooling at the meat. Eumi couldn't blame her, the demonness had never had lunch, and the hot smokey smell of beef and fish made her salivate as well.

Realine squeeled and stopped her self from hugging the fox.it was just so adoribol."you look so cute!!!!!"she squeeled."and i can do that two."she smiled and shrunk into a small black cat that had a bell on its tail."but your form is so much cuter!!!"she squeeled befor turning back to her neko form.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Shikori smirked slightly as he shifted, the aura rematerializing as he shifted back to his human form. "That form's useful for stealth... my true form is similar to that, but roughly the size of a horse," he said with a shrug of one shoulder. "It's funny... I've used that form around people who've noticed me but didn't realize the difference... but this is the first time I've actually used it in front of someone," he admitted, blushing slightly.

Kin didn't back down from the demons even as they laughed at him. However it seemed he wouldn't be able to prove himself to them as suddenly a kitsune girl appeared infront of them and began berating the demons. He remembered her from the forest, but noticed that she smelt....off....definitely not like she had smelt before even if it wasn't exactly unpleasant. However he didn't have time to muse over this as Royce then stepped up infront of both of them. Kin seemed to deflate and scratched the back of his head, clearly disappointed that both of them had just come in and stole the spotlight. His one chance to look cool and heroic and its just swept away, and not even by the people he was standing up to but his own friends.
When the demon challenged Royce to a death match, and the guy was dumb enough to accept, Kin's eyes went wide. He to tried to stop him, grabbing his arm and shaking his head at him worriedly, but he had just as much like stopping him as the others. He put his hands over his eyes and watched through the cracks as the two began to fight, but to his surprise Royce beat the demon like he was nothing. The deerkin cocked his head in confusion, clearly not expecting that at all. As Royce motioned for them to continue on, new set of boots in hand, Kin nodded and followed, but stopped and turned to look at the Kitsune girl. She may have seemed rude and abrasive, but she had still come to help them, so she couldn't have been all bad. He walked towards her and held up his notepad.
"would you like to come with us? we're having a barbecue"
it read, Kin smiling at her with his eyes as he held the notebook up just over his nose. He wasn't sure if Royce would let her come, but he had a feeling that he could convince him. Bringing up the fact that he had totally stolen Kin's attempt to protect them in particular would probably do the trick.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Namihana blinked, cocking her head at the offer. She shrugged. "Why not? I'm hungry as hell..." she said coolly. She just hoped that none of the wolfkin caught the strong pheremone scent she was letting off. Gah... it'd be easier if I had a mate at least to keep the damn dogs away, but I don't even have that, and Outou isn't likely to convince them of that, she thought with exasperation. Shikori leaned against the tree, cocking his head. "I'm not that big of a kitsune... compared to some I've encountered, like my godfather... now he's a giant... just one of his tails, the last time I saw 'em, was between fifteen and eighteeen feet from his a** to the tip," he said wryly, his fingers plucking out a slow rhythm as if he wasn't paying attention; he was extremely skilled at apparently blocking things out to the untrained eye while remaining keenly alert to his surroundings.

Shikori Kazayu, Namihana Kazayu Shikori smiled faintly. "The most I'm likely to do with mine, unless someone really pisses me off, is tickle someone," he said teasingly. He inhaled slowly catching the scents of lemongrass and mint along with a faint scent of barbeque. He didn't mention that the lemongrass-mint scent was from Realine herself, nor that he could smell her that easily.

Kin smiled, despite her aloof way of accepting he was still happy she would come.
"thank you"
he wrote placing the notepad back around his neck and taking the girl by the hand and heading back to catch up with Royce and Aura, pulling her along by the hand as they went. Though as they walked he noticed her odd scent again. He paused for a moment and sniffed the air then turned back to her. The deerkin released her hand for a momment to begin writing something down, though halfway through he started blushing as if he realized how embarrasing what he was going to say was. Still despite that he turned the notepad to her.
"are you allright? your not sick or anything are you....because you...smell different from before....."
It read, his face beat red, not sure how she would take it. Though seeing how she reacted with the others before it was a good chance her reaction would not be a positive. Fearing some sort of retaliation he flipped the page and quickly scratched somethign down.
"not that there's anythign wrong with that. You don't smell bad or anything...just...different."
the hastily scrabbled note read.
