Deryk's eyes widened at Allan's news. Wait. They all get some bandages?! Well his personal survivability increased a bit there.
"Thank you Allan-Taichou!" he said quickly before getting in line so that he could get himself some. It was a one time use thing, but that was fine. It was still better than nothing and he was greatly gracious for the Sun lead's help here nonetheless.

What’s that? More first aid material? Molly was all over that. She wandered away from her current gathering of Misties to approach the table with the basic runic bandages on it. “ Thank you so much, sir!” She chirped, taking one for herself and then moving off to go and secure it in her bag. Once that was done, she shifted her bag once more and then looked around. She caught sight of Rep, and paused for a moment in thought. Making up her mind, she smiled and came over to him, giving him a wave. She then looked around, as if she was being cautious of someone, and leaned towards the red head. “ I like to look at the bright side, Rep!” She whispered with a smile. “ If something happens, at least we won’t have to fulfill Dakota’s favors, right?” Molly teased.

Candace grinned. "Always." She crooned, happily accepting the next kiss. Despite all the terrible things Candace ever said about H, and would still say because they were true, she would just as readily speak highly of him. She was marvelous, H's marvelous plum. Candace brushed the back of her fingers against H's cheek, looking up at the doctor with pure adoration. "Just for you." Candace whispered without thinking, her cheeks flushing hotly when she heard someone clear their throat. She finally stepped back away from H, still smiling helplessly despite the reminder the world could possibly end if they ******** this up.
"Thank you, H." She watched him leave, sighing lightly and pressing the tips of her gloved fingers against her lips. That was enough to get her through the next few hours. You'll do well, Candace. He believed in her. He wasn't being a troll, he wasn't mocking her. He believed in her. When did she start to trust him so much?
Candace rubbed her lips together and looked Allan's way as he called out to the trainees, perking up at the offer of bandages. She already had clearance for chains and a torch, bandages would also be an amazing addition! "Thank you, Allan-taichou!" She was grateful for sure, approaching the table to pick up a roll of bandages and putting them in her bag. The next thing she would have to pick up would be the chains and torch she was given clearance for. Definitely.

The moon trainee almost lost her balance as Robert reached out to snatch her up, immediately pulling her close. But of course, that would have been impossible -- even if she had tripped, he would have never let her fall, quite capable of not only catching her but picking her up right off the ground if he so desired (which he did frequently enough.) Still, she seemed less surprised by that response than she had been by his whistle, not even seeming to mind that he encompassed her completely. Where she would have looked extremely awkward even casually being touched by nearly anyone else, Petra seemed almost relaxed in Robert's arms, subtly leaning back against the firm, broad expanse of his chest where it was pressed against her back. Lifting her hands to rest them on her fiance's arms, she gave no one in particular a little eye-roll, as if she were being only tolerant of his antics, but a sharp eye would have been able to notice how her thumb brushed over the sleeve of his hunter coat affectionately, returning his possessiveness.
Not that he had anything to worry about -- it seemed Jerry was far more preoccupied with Sasha, enough that the former Zeta member was stumbling over his words a little. Curiouser and curiouser. Although it could very well have been because Candace was being blatantly affectionate with a man likely twice her age. It was one of those things Petra, being as clueless as she was when it came to human interaction, would likely never understand.
But while Jerry's nervousness had sparked a slight interest in the moon trainee, it was Sasha who really demanded her attention. The moment the girl's expression lit up, Petra found her attention drawn inexplicably to the girl, midnight blue eyes meeting the ones which gleamed with happiness almost as acutely as the broad smile. So genuine it seemed, in fact, that she could have sworn she felt a warmth from the female Life hunter, one which was not not only unusual within the confines of Deus, but almost unheard of but between close friends. It was... infectious. Furrowing her eyebrows for a second in a moment of perhaps embarrassed uncertainty, it disappeared within the span of a heartbeat, replaced instead by the slightest of smiles from the normally stoic girl.
"It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Sash-- adjgacklck!"
Making a comical face as Robert blew a raspberry into the crook of her neck, Petra wiggled a little in her fiance's grasp, flushing a little in surprise before she twisted her head to stare up at him a little darkly, pursing her lips.

Sherry had completed her final check, and Armagnac had been chastising her for not being better prepared. Runic clearance would have to be a priority if-- when they returned.
That was when she heard Allan offering bandages. "Thanks," she said to Allan as she moved to the table. She took one bandage, and made sure to pocket it securely. Then she moved out of the way, to wait some more.

Harrison wasn't going to snub an extra set of bandages, but he looked nervously at the real Moon Hunters in the background. They didn't seem too happy about it. Probably because it was a waste of supplies.
He set his shoulders. It wasn't going to be a waste.
"Thanks, Allan...tighto. Sir," he said, taking a box. He put it in his jacket pocket with the other tin.

As Allan set out the bandages Rep didn't hesitate a moment. If there was something that could save his a** in a fight? He wanted it. He made a beeline straight for the bandages not far behind Harrison. The other hunters could deal with it, he was determined he'd make it out of this godforsaken baby rank and to full hunter. That meant surviving. He pocketed one and headed back.
Along the way he spotted Molly and really had to agree. "God yes. At least that's a consolation. Death is preferable to the things in that guy's head I'd imagine" He actually gave her a smile, put in an overall better mood with the increased chance of survival they'd just been handed.
He did linger however on his way back, leery of going back to Ofie, not because of anything in particular against the girl. Just finding it..surprisingly difficult to deal with the guilt.

Sydney headed straight for the supplies offered, picking up a box and thanking Allan. She wasn't about to turn down a bandage, not after her few missions.

At Robert's sudden raspberry to Petra's neck, Jerry flinched, squeezing Sasha's arm a moment before suddenly pulling away, "I sh-should... go see about those bandages! Want me to get some for you three as well? Ah... Just a moment!" Robert wanted to show off, clearly. He hadn't seen much of Petra lately, but the fellow Zeta was always deeply immersed in her missions and training, it was to be expected. And of course, deeply immersed in Robert. It was, at least, a wonderful distraction from the impending doom as he approached the table to grab some bandaids for himself and his friends, murmuring a polite, "Thank you, Sr." He still wasn't sure what "Taichou" meant.

Leon was not going to pass up on bandages. It was part of his attire afteralll as he sauntered up to the table and put one in his fannypack. Yes he had a fanny pack for missions, shut up. "Well Allan, guess you've been stockpiling supplies for emergencies like this huh?" the boxer said gruffly and grinned at the more experienced hunter and the pile of first aid supplies that rivaled that in the labs. hopefully these wouldn't be as deadly with its side effects. "If only the scanners got improved since the last mission." he thought with a frown, they needed every thing in tip top shape, and having bad equipment meant potentially facing another situation like in the cave, and having a deadly opponent sneak up on them again was not going to be good. he spent the next minute experimentally tapping the device and checking in on all the people present, in case of any fluctuations that could be noted before the mission. and promptly frowned at all the various instances of affection, didn't they realize there was a viable chance this potentially the last time they could see each other again? Maybe that's why meathead."maybe so Nid, maybe so."

Vanessa nodded, an approving expression appearing on her face as Wilson gave her his good news. "You've been promoted? Excellent." She gave him a rare, full smile. Clearly Wilson had done something great to actually get such a response from the Lifer. A promotion was an accomplishment worthy of pride.
"A pleasure to meet you two as well." Vanessa paused when she turned to look at the other boy. He seemed vaguely familiar. Slowly, an eyebrow raised and she said, "Were you...Epsilon...?" The name Aleister stirred a faint memory. She suspected he'd been one of her team once, but hadn't seen him since leaving the pod-room. Maybe she was just crazy, but she really did think she'd met him there before. Volt was no help either, since they hadn't partnered up until after that.
Sydney had arrived as well, and Vanessa gave her a wave over. Remembering the newer trainee's previous reaction to the tablet-retrieval mission, she gave her a look that she hoped would translate into "Don't worry, we're all in this together." When she came over, Sherry reintroduced herself, earning her a curious glance from the red-head. "Ah, we seem to be in the same division." She said to Sherry, nodding to her own coat's design.
To the situation at hand, Vanessa was torn between warning the others that they would probably all die, and keeping her mouth shut. In the end, she didn't have to decide. Soon, the leaders were arriving. She listened as the debriefing began. Life was together under H, of course. She glanced to Sherry, giving her a nod. They would all need to protect each other.
And then one of the leaders was giving out bandages. Vanessa's respect for this figure immediately doubled. She slipped into the line and waited to recieve some of the one-time-use bandages. Volt gave a happy hum in her mind, glad his partner would have something she could use to replenish his Fear Shield. She glanced to the map's edges that were under the box, and then claimed a set for herself. "You have my thanks, Sir." Clearly Vanessa wasn't really familiar with the Sun Leader, otherwise she would've had a better name to call them by.

The Mist trainee had to laugh, despite the idea that they’d welcome death over some ominous favors. She couldn’t help but look around again, just to make sure said favor holder wasn’t near by. She grinned at the red head in return. “ Hey Rep…! If you need…you know…a buddy—“ She made a gesture at the Moon Trainees. “ And if my orders permit it, just let me know, alright? I’ll do whatever I can to help out!” Heavy Weapon kin-ship.

It was a very nice gesture, and one that surprised him. Molly was either too oblivious or just plain too nice to treat him the way he really felt he'd earned with her. She continued to be outright pleasant to him regardless of everything else. Here and now he appreciated it, he really did. He wasn't in the mood to take frivolous hostilities to the grave.
"Thanks Shakey. If I'm in a bind, I'll be sure to take you up on that." She might have been a woman, but she'd proven she could fight.
Though the talk of buddies did make him wonder. As he headed back to where they'd been loitering, he looked around vaguely for Harrison. No reason at all.

Mercedes followed her pseudo-leader (hey in her eyes Candace was a leader, even if there was no official title to accompany her), sullen eyes darting between Molly and Deryk, whom actually she'd just realized wasn't even part of her division. Shucks, he seemed like a nice guy to get to know. The odds of BOTH of them coming out alive and not fractured enough to continue to "HANG OUT" if you could even call it that were unfortunately low. Or at least the code of Deus would insinuate that. Still, she offered the boy another salute before she was called over to their small congregation. Oh the tiny little division of mist.. Won uoy gnillet tsuj, bmal retaerg ton era puorg rellams a ni gnivivrus fo sddo ruoy os.. Everyone had their chance to tell their dear friends goodbye and yet here Mercedes stood with just a few people she was able to smile at if only for a second and the weapon she'd bonded with. Why couldn't she have found a nicer creature? Why did it have to be the one guiding her along? She felt cheated by this, cheated by the fact that there actually were hunters with better relationships with their weapons and that should any of them die, including herself, then they'd die either with the measly human satisfaction that they died with someone... but for Mercedes? Dying with Hadjoc was the same as dying alone. Enim sa esproc ruoy, dnah ni dnah, rehtegot klaw lliw ew. Ssenkrad eht otni em wollof nac uoy, bmal elttil. Hadjoc was interrupted when Candace brought around the headsets and raised a hand to take one from the Mist hunter. "I uh, I'd imagine we can't do without, there's just so many people ehre.." Doof hcum os~ The cooing sound the ravenmocker made was unsettling. She eyeballed Molly and Candace as they talked quietly, and bit her lip. These were her superiors for sure. Mercedes was usually very confident but the mystery and drama surrounding this particular mission would make her sick in the end. Why couldn't things be more black and white? Not a question to ask Caelius for sure brah. Though one thing could have made her more ill and that was watching the mist 'lead' she'd admired gushing up to the Doctor, a shiver sending all the hairs on her arms and neck on end. Secretly, Mercedes was convinced the Doctor was a vampire wraith demon but such suspicions were best kept to herself. ^^^^idk but this paragraph decided to italicize itself entirely

"Thanks, Jerry." Robert appreciated the chance to not move when he had Petra in his arms, especially when she was giving him that look that meant she was feisty, unf. He waited until Jerry returned with the bandages, before pocketing a set and immediately picking Petra's hand up in his own. He held it up for Sasha to see. He was proud of that ring, okay? "Yeah, I'm fattening Sasha up. Look at her, she's a twig. Some big guy's gonna come along and break her in half, poor thing. Gotta get strong, like my sunshine." He grabbed Petra's hips in both his hands and squeezed. Shameless.
"You got everything ready, sunshine?" He breathed into her cheek. "Any runic weapons need charging?"
