Briar was already holding Murren, so there must have been something seriously wrong with her if she couldn't tell. He had to hurry. Now. "I am, Murren! Whatever you do, don't go into the light. As tempting and as shiny it is, just don't do it!"

Bursting into the infirmary, Briar immediately made for the doctor, opening his mouth to cry over his lost friend, when he realized that he couldn't remember the other's name. That was awkward. Still, this was an emergency. Names didn't matter at all when it came to that stuff. "Doctor! Doctor! You must help her! She's sick, delusional, and every other symptom in the world. I think... she's dying."

"Ah...yes. How unfortunate that is," Javor said, frowning when he saw Briar lugging in another faerie. He hadn't realized there were two. How cute. "Can I hav....help?" he asked. Well that was a stroke of luck. He didn't think Briar would appreciate being asked if Javor could have the body. He'd caught himself just in time. "Ah, what I am saying, of course I can. Bring her here, Pippa. I will have a look."

"Please tell me what happened to her."

"B-Briar...." Murren said, clinging to him. "D-don't leave me...." She let out a faint, dramatic gasp. Hehe. This was fun! And she was good at it. She should have gone into a career in acting, though se didn't think many people would want to hire a faerie. Maybe for Peter Pan or something, but she had way too much pride to stoop to that level.

She could hear the sound of another person--he had a thickly accented voice and she was so, so curious what he looked like, but she couldn't open her eyes since she was supposed to be half conscious. But she would definitely have to make a fuss over how he saved her after this, that way he didn't feel so bad about being slow and could take pride in being a very, very manly faerie.

Then they could go on an adventure--like sitting in trees and throwing sticks at people from above, or stealing acorns from squirrels! Oh! And riding rabbits. Briar said he was going to teach her how to do that.

Pippa? Briar shot the doctor a quizzical look but quickly shook his head free of the distraction. He couldn't let wrong names take his attention when he was the type to do the same. But Pippa sounded nothing like Briar. At least, he was able to guess something similar when it came to names. He lifted Murren over towards... hm... Jaime? Javier? Oh! Javor! Yes! He got this. Wait, why was he getting so sidetracked here? However, Murren seemed so insistent with him being by her side. Gingerly trying to pry her from him in order for Javor to properly check up on her, Briar made sure to tightly grasp her hand for support. "It's okay, Murren. I'll be here with you until the end."

He glanced back up to Javor before reporting what he remembered. "Well, Murren and I were cleaning the stables and whatnot, but she was working really fast. Faster than I was! But then again, I'm kind of slow at that stuff. Anyway! Before I knew it, she was swooning and saying she was dizzy and stuff. That's why I came here. Do you know what's wrong with her?"

"I do not," Javor said, studying the little faerie intently. Well examining her was definitely out of the question. Hrm. He went to retrieve a magnifying glass in the hopes it would help him be able to see something useful. "Perhaps it is simply exhaustion."

He held the magnifying glass over her, at the very least doing a visual check her breathing and color. She looked quite rosy--like a faerie should be but her breathing seemed shallow to non-existent. He frowned, unsure what to do, but finally picked up a nearby cotton swab and poked her with it.

"Perhaps she is dead.."

((Sorry Briar...usually his nicknames mean something but he insisted you are Pippa. LoL))

Now that she was in the infirmary being "examined" (which apparently meant poking her), Murren wasn't sure how to end this whole thing. If she just got up, Briar would realize she was faking and he'd be mad at her. And probably wouldn't feel manly. She had to come up with a way to "get better" without letting on that it had been a ruse.

Then the doctor said she was dead. Murren's eyes flew open and she panicked. "I-I'm not dead!" she said. "I'm not dead yet! Actually, I think I'm getting better! Briar! I don't want to go on the caaaart!" She latched onto him squeezing her eyes shut. This doctor was crazy!

"GAH!" Briar accidentally let out a screech of surprise when Murren apparently sprung back from the dead and attacked him. It didn't exactly register to him as to what she just blabbed out, only the repetition of 'she is dead' echoed away in his head. Oh, berries. Murren turned into a... zombie. He was officially hysterical with his flailing no as he tried to get away from Murren. "Don't bite me! I'm not tasty at all. I don't want to die either. Don't drag me down with yooouuu!"

"What!?" Murren asked, clinging to Briar even tighter. "He's going to bite us!? I thought you brought me here to save me! Don't leave me here with the crazy doctor! I don't want to die!" She was so confused. Why would Briar bring her here if the doctor was insane. Maybe she was some kind of sacrifice to appease the giant cannibal. "How could you do this to me, Briar? I thought you liked me! You even said I could have your pants!"

She tried to inch away from Javor, but he was just staring at them slightly bewildered, wondering if maybe this was some sort of bizarre Faerie mating ritual.

"If you are better, then you may leave. Go away," he said to them. "Shoo. You are disturbing my patient."

Wait, if Murren wasn't a zombie, then it was Javor all along? Briar's brain was aching so much at the moment. "I'm so sorry, Murren! I was trying to save you since you died and stuff, and then you came back to life. Auuuugghhhh! I don't know anything anymore! I thought he was cool and stuff and he could save you, but I didn't know he was secretly a zombie. He lied! He lied to us all!" Briar frantically blabbed, most likely not even making sense anymore. At least, he was no longer shoving her away since she apparently wasn't the enemy anymore. Though, it was now Javor who was their enemy. "And I do like you! You can also have my pants, but now's not the time. We have to go before he eats our brains!"

With that said, he immediately scooped Murren into his arms to drag them away from this evil doctor of.... evilness.

Suzanne was bored and she wanted something to do. Her brother was nowhere to be seen and there was only one person left who she knew would entertain her.

"Javor! I've come to play!" Suzanne cried out as she bounced into the infirmary. "You're not busy are you? Take a break every now and then or you'll get wrinkly." Suzanne laughed.

Two little lights flew by her as she entered and she wasn't sure what they were but she kind of didn't care since she wanted to play in the lab and make monsters and watch stupid people do stupid things.

Javor was sitting there still sort of wondering what the daft had just happened, when Suzanne came bounding in. His face lit up. He was so glad to see her that he almost didn't notice how messy her hair was. "Professor Malevoylte!" he said. He stood and went to her quickly, pulling her in. The curtain was drawn around Jukka so he couldn't see if the boy was awake or not.

"There is something I must show you in the supply room. You must come with." He dragged her to the back of the class, and very nearly shoved her into the supply room before shutting the door behind them both.

"I have the patient so we mustn't speak where he can hear. But I have acquired samples for our project."

((Someone needs to catch them in there. emotion_awesome ))

Project? What project? Suzanne let him lead her into the supply room. He seemed really enthusiastic about this. Suzanne tilted her head questioningly. She was tempted to poke at his horns at the moment rather than listen to him though.

And she would have if she didn't remember what project he was talking about. "Ah! The mons--" Suzanne cut herself off since she almost said it to loudly so she toned down her voice. "The monsters? You really got samples? Of course you did. You're the school doctor after all. That's wonderful, Javor!"

Suzanne was getting excited. The thought of setting monsters loose on the battlefield sent chills down her spine which felt good and bad and it made her shiver with excitement. She had to clarify one thing. "As long as I don't have to fight them, I'm completely fine with setting must beasts loose on the school. When do you want to get started?"

((Bwahahahah. ;D It'll be known as the Secret Affair in the school newspaper. 8D I wonder how they'd react if they read it. ))

"The firsts of the samples is from a cat...person. I am unsure of the species name," Javor said, leaning against some of the supply shelves.

Suzanne was as enthusiastic as ever. It was quite refreshing to see her so exuberant about the project. He suspected that no one else in their 'alliance' as that man Ichirou had called it, would exhibit her level of passion. In fact, most of them seemed like passionless fools. He wasn't even sure of their motives. At least Suzanne was honest in her desire to merely wreak havoc for the sheer enjoyment of it. "The other is a Fae with the attributes of snakes. And no, you will not have to fight. I think it will be best to program a, what is it...a fail safe so that they will not attack us."

"One of my failures escaped and ravished the English class. I had to, regrettably, destroy it."

(( ;D Sadly, I don't think there is anyone who can find them unless Ayame wants to say Jukka was awake and heard Javor drag her in there. Hehe.

Also...Dear Javor, I do not think the word "ravish" means what you think it means...))

An English classroom!? Severin was an English teacher?! So that means...! Severin had a monster attack his classroom and he didn't tell her?! He even had the nerve to go to her library for class and he didn't tell her that he had a monster attack his classroom!? Suzanne wanted to see it! She wish she could have seen it. The students scrambling. The cowards cowering. The brave battling. She wanted to see that chaos!

"What a shame that I missed it." Suzanne huffed as she crossed her arms, "But no matter. There's more chaos to come anyways. We'll just see what happens and then set it loose somewhere. What do you think, Javor?"

She tugged on his sleeve, impatient to get to work.

((I know. TwT But Suzanne will probably come back often to visit him which will still lead to rumors. >D ))

"Mmm...it was quite interesting. Especially when a female student tried to feed it a bit of paper. Strange girl. I wonder if she enjoys having her limbs torn off," Javor said. "But at any rate, we can go to the laboratory to test these. I will leave treatment for my patient--the cat boy with pneumonia."

"I will give the samples to you and you will go ahead of me, if you like."

That way he could quickly check Jukka and give him the next treatment, and she could just head to the lab and get started with the machines.

Well, Suzanne was impatient to unleash the monsters. The moment he uttered "go ahead," Suzanne grinned at him and disappeared into the shadows. This was going to be a lot of fun. She would do some tweaking with the machines to get them ready to go for high quality performance, but she ought to be courteous to wait for Javor so they can witness the creation of the monsters.
