Chaos got up dusted himself off. "Gee! Ya think someone would show a little gratitude after you save their life!"
He said then followed after the others. "And why did you say that that Amaya I guess your name is. That is the second time someone has said that."

Sighing softly in frustration, Willow adjusted her katana before starting up the stairs behind Saria. While walking, she surveyed the damage that her "brother" had done to the railing and sighed. His aim needed slight improvement, she noted. Glancing down at the charred body, she stretched out a small tendril of energy from herself, and used it to finish the work. The charred body suddenly caught fire again, and after a few minutes there was nothing left but scattered ash. The tendril of energy retreated back into herself, and with that done, Willow turned away from the scene and noticed another guard running from the far entrance to the room that their group had entered from. With lightning reflexes, she smoothly brought the handgun up, aimed, and fired a single shot, and watched him slump to the floor. She sighed again, and put her arm down and turned her attention to Chaos. "Why should I show gratitude for something that I didn't ask for, and for something that I could've handled myself had someone not been busy yelling right behind my ears?" she growled, baring a fang. This was more of her militia experience showing, but right now she could care less.

"Chaos and Saria. It is true. Shamas told Kai and Kaia and they told me. So don't ask me how. Ask Shamas when we find him okay? Come on." Amaya said while walking up the satirs cautiously. She did not now what was ahead, but she was guessing guards.

(( Actually, Chaos' aim could be improved. If he had shot the fireball at a different area of the body of the guard, he most likely wouldn't have stumbled forward into the railing. Like one at the shoulder, or even two on both shoulders. That would have pushed him back and set him off balance causing him to fall backwards. I'm assuming that the fireball hit him in the leg or stomach, somewhere in the lower region since those are the only areas I can think of where the body might fall forward if not hit hard enough. ;3 hehe. and I never said your aim. Just your character's. If the power level had been too high, then it would have incinerated him upon impact, and then the flames would have immediately dissapated, or kept going, setting the wall on fire. -shrugs- ))
Looking at Amayas as she talked, Willow let out another yawn, shutting her eyes for a minute. She listened hard, and heard behind the doors the sound of three heartbeats. At least that much she could tell. Perhaps more. "At least three behind the door," she said softly, opening her amethyst-colored eyes to look again at Amayas.

Amaya turned to Willow with ruby red eyes. "Thanks. This should be quite fun. Coming?" Amaya placed her hand on her blade that she had placed back onto her waist. She then placed her staff back into her caress. She gripped the handle and went ahead.

Willow shook her head, and sat down on a part of the railing that hadn't been burnt to a crisp. "I'll be staying here, making sure no reinforcements come up behind you three. I hear the hum of an elevator somewhere nearby, so that should at least take you up a floor or two. Stay safe," she said softly, while she was looking down and checking her hidden weaponry. After a few minutes she nodded to herself, seeing she was all set, and decided to bide her time simply by tapping her foot softly.
((Have to go for the night. Saria and her brother also had to go for a bit, but they should be back sometime soon. ))

"Suit yourself Willow. I want to thank you for watching my back. So thanks." Amaya walked the rest of the way and opened the door. She then placed the staff in her hands and rendered the guards unconscious. Amaya made sure that her foxes stayed with Willow. Amaya continued to walked down the hallway and stopped at the corner because she heard voices.

Reno slowly got up and threw the cig out of his mouth and stompped it out on the ground. He grabbed his cane and rested it on his shoulder. "See. I could take on more than an army in this condition." He raised his eye brow."By the way what did you want to ask me? You stopped in the middle of your question."
As they started down the hallway, the lights started to flicker on and then off. Eden, with her newly found sight, had no difficulty adjusting from dark to light, however, she was unsure about Reno... Since he was an assassin, he was likely able to adjust fairly good as well, so she did not bother to ask. "Uh... I was gonna ask you where the hell you've been. You've been gone for like a month, and uh... I haven't seen you since, since - s**t, I can't even remember since when..." Her voice trailed off. Then it started back up again with renewed playfulness, "So, you gonna offer me an explanation or what?"

Reno grinned and chuckled."Awww, somone missed me. Well this is new. Everytime I went away on my old job no one even noticed I left. Well if you must know I was called back by my boss. We had an incident and some vampires attacked a ship of ours. I simply had ot take care of that and sign my resigning papers.Im back in the hunters for good now."
Reno liked the thought that she missed him."Ohhh thats right Edith I still owe you dinner from when we first met. Remeber? We made that arrangement in your hospital room after I kissed you?"

Edith rolled her eyes, showing that she was still more focused on her objective, but at the same time, still playful. "No one noticed when you left? That's ******** up..." Edith then gave her own little chuckle and broke into a jog down the halls. She came to some stairs and began to climb them.
"Dinner? I seriously don't remember that... My memory isn't that good, unfortunately. Anyways, I'm glad you're back for good. So was your old job why you were kinda sneaking around before, are are you always like that?" She was nearing the top of the stairs, cautious to make sure no guards lingered on the other side...

Reno kept his weapon at the ready incase they ran into any gaurds."Yeah my old job was a bit....confidential. But its in the past. Now I only need to worry about how I can help you and your friends out." Reno had to ask." So after this how about you and me get a bite to eat and go to a movie?" Though he was now more seriouse about work Reno was still Reno.

Edith couldn't help but smile, going and getting themselves bathed in blood, then going out to dinner and a movie, how ironic it all seemed. With a little chuckle, and a fist to her mouth to show her contemplation, she answered with a simple, "Sure."
Carefully Eden opened the door, as soon as she did, she could hear footsteps advancing toward her and confused voices. This time there was no flashlight. This will make things a whole lot easier. Hastily, she turned to face Reno and give him a reasurring nod, then she silently continued on into the dark hall...

Reno smiled as she aggreed to the date and followed close to her.His eyes sharpened as he heard footsteps."Edith." He said in a whisper."Three on the right,one on the left and one in the middle." He nodded back at her and followed her.

Edith said back to him, barely above a whisper, "Yeah, gotcha. I'm sticking to the right." She winked to him and carefully crept closer to her targets. As opposed to her axe, she chose to wield her knife, it was more useful for quick, silent, undetectable kills, and judging by this current situation, that would be exactly what she wanted, a fast and easy job...
Finally she'd reached one of the guards, a quick slit to the throat, and she was a goner. Before the female guard's body contacted the ground, Edith caught her and laid her down upon the floor quietly. Careful not to step on the body, she carefully brought her left foot over it, followed by her right. You could never be too cautious, especially in the dark...
