Yuki followed Nat to her pony. It was very cute. "Okay Ms. Nat. Oh, hello Daniela." she said softly. "It is very nice to meet you. I am Yuki. May I brush you?" She goes to Dainela like Nat said and brushed her gently. "Is this okay Daniela?" she asked as she brushed the horse. "I have a snack for you after we finished brushing. Oh well maybe you can have one while I brush you." She gives Daniela one of the sugar cubes then goes back to brushing. "You have very pretty hair and I like your ribbons." Yuki said to the pony.

Aki looked at the ponies. He and Yuki were about the same height. Though being a boy he didn't want a horse with ribbons so he said, "I will try the Shetland." He was usually a little more outgoing than Yuki but she had been better at the ice skating. Aki looked at Adonis, he looked like a real cowboy horse but he was also very big and Aki felt small and intimidated by the big horse. Maybe if they could come back again he could try a big horse he thought.

Aki followed Ms. Nat and was happy with Percy, he was a boy horse. "Hi Percy. I am Aki." he said as he started to brush the horse. "You like strawberries? They are my favorite too. Thank you Ms. Nat. Percy is very nice."

Yuki was proud that she was doing a good job with Daniela. Yuki was talking to Daniela about how they went ice skating this morning and to the book store and the CD store and then to the toy store. She said, "Daniela likes being brushed and I am telling her about what we did this morning. She is very interested in what goes on in the town nearby." The horse was nodding as Yuki pet her and brushed her coat.

Yuki told Ms. Nat "I am almost finished. I just need to finish this side." Yuki was enjoying working with Daniela and talking to her. Daniela whinnied as if answering back and as Yuki told her things and finished up grooming her. "Oh sorry. You have a little sore there? Okay I will be careful." Yuki said as Daniela said she had a little insect bite that made her sore on her hind quarter.

Aki was busy grooming Percy. He too was talking to the pony and they were talking about how he had seen a real police car and how they went ice skating but he was not as good as his sister Yuki but he liked it. Percy whinnied back like he too was talking to Aki as Aki groomed him. Percy was saying how he did not like ice much. It was slippery.

Aki and Yuki finished up grooming the ponies and then gave the ponies their treats. The ponies were very happy and nuzzled the twins as they ate their treats.

Aki and Yuki then went to meet each other's ponies and introduce themselves.

Aki smiled and said "Okay I will stay and talk to the ponies."

Yuki followed Ms. Nat.

Aki could see Sonja on Adonis. She looked very pretty and regal on him like she was a princess not a cowboy he thought. Just like the princess in the book they saw, he thought.

Yuki followed Ms. Nat and got the rope things called bridles. Carrying them back to where Aki was, she said "We wear size 4 shoes." She watched Sonja take the jump. "Wow the horse jumped over the fence." she said.
