Lillie wasn't sure anymore if she could keep a hold of herself. It was clear she should be by herself. She however knew that she could end up hurting another person. The young woman's legs were weak as she looked up at her lover. She really did love him and she didn't want anything to happen to him. "I'm tired. Let's talk about this later." The only way to keep her from getting away was if Yuri had put his arms around her or made her even more tired to the point that she had to get more sleep then he did.

Yuri gave a small nod, he too was on the brink of exhaustion. He could feel Lillie leaning against his slightly, it wasn't hard for the knight to know that her legs were weak at this point. "C'mon, you'd better get some rest as soon as possible. I'll take you to your dorm." He whispered. Dipping slightly, Yuri picked Lillie up carefully, one arm hooked underneath her knees, the other supporting her back. Slowly, he began to head back towards the school, hoping that he himself wouldn't buckle under the fatigue that the day had brought. Yuri couldn't help but wonder when the next time Lillie would be posessed or what would happen during that time, but he knew that for now he had time to figure out some way to help fight off that overpowerment.

Lillie was surprised when Yuri picked her up. She didn't think he would be able to do it. He looked so beat up and covered in his own blood while the only blood Lillie was covered in was that of her fathers. Other than that she wasn't injured at all. She would have to bandage her fiancee up once they get to her dorm. She had everything she needed to him him out. The girl wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her face in his chest.

The sound of his laugh gratingly harsh, almost making her flinch from the unusual sound. "His parent far. They matter not much." She told him; if Haikimaru felt it was okay to fool around with many people, women and men, then his parent's ideals must not bother him too much. Especially with being an immortal. From the way Cam was reacting, however, it was easy to tell the redhead obviously had great feelings for the purple fox. As time went on however, she felt like she was becoming more distant with Haikimaru. She felt like it was always lust with him, which wasn't wrong, and Maiara thought that is what she was originally okay with. But it got annoying, especially when she was not in the mood. He seemed like he was always in the mood. "I fear he not right for me. So you have him." Maiara told the blank face tinted with sadness as she slowed her pace almost to a stop, now realizing her decision in its full entirety.

The Gang Is All Here...

His frown deepened at her dismissal of Haiki's parents, the redhead shook his head as if he disagreed. "It matters to me. If he can't work up the guts to tell them we're dating, I don't see why it's worth my time." he tells her, his tone serious. "I'm not going to be that guy people have to hide from their parents." the little fox seemed lost in thought, and Cam was content to let her think. They were talking some serious stuff, and it had obviously gotten to her. She had some things to sort out, and he would wait for her to come to her own conclusions. It was an important decision based around an important figure in both their lives. He was surprised at her words, even more so when her pace dropped. He hadn't been expecting it, and he sped past her. He stopped, turning around to approach her once more. "Are you saying... what I think you're saying?" he asked, one brow raised in question. She seemed very serious about this decision. However, he wondered if she'd been listening; he had been very adamant about not wanting him in such a manner. Now wasn't the time to say that, and he kept it to himself.

Watching the monsters starting to get out of reach quickly, just like she felt her emotions were, she looked at Cam and nodded curtly. "Yes. I do not choose Haikimaru as mate." She had heard his comment before she had slowed her run drastically, and she disagreed slightly. If she were out of the picture, she believed the fox could tell his parents, especially if given time. All parents loved their children, no matter what. Even if cast out at first, after many years, the parents would let him back. But then again, Cam didn't have all the time in the world like Haikimaru did. Either way, somebody else could have the purple fox. Some other man or woman he was having fun with. Like the blond girl back at the school. He could be one of those men with many wives and husbands. That wasn't the lifestyle for her, she believed. Perhaps she was more like an arctic fox than she thought, or Wayra was pounding his ideals into her head; arctic foxes tended to be monogamous. Maybe kistunes liked to have as many lovers as they did tails. "I sorry for stopping. Monster get away. We must go." She said a bit stiffly, reprimanding herself for foolishly acting that way. Maiara took one more quick glance at the redhead before trying to make up for lost time.

The Gang Is All Here...

Blinking in surprise, the redhead frowned and ran a hand through his hair. This hadn't been what he was expecting, and he wondered how the kitsune would take it; being dumped by two people at the same time. Cam had decided, back when the kitsune shamelessly started groping the blonde in front of him, that maybe this wasn't what he wanted. Now, however, he might just hold off. He hadn't changed his mind, of course, but he worried about rushing into a decision. Shaking his head, he dislodges thoughts of all this for now; they had a mission to complete. He nodded in agreement to her statement, turning on his heel to take off after her. She was moving more quickly now, making up for the time they had wasted, and it took him longer to catch up to her this time. Trailing behind by only a few feet, the redhead stopped talking for now; he had a lot to think about, especially with this new information gathered from the little fox. Keeping his eyes on the monsters for now, he figures now was a good time as any to focus on the job at hand.

So Many Characters In One Place...

Now knowing that his family was safe, Andrew relaxed considerably. Noticing his sister’s gaze shift from himself to the sylphs behind, he was intrigued enough to turn slightly. His eyes flickered between the princess and prince in mild confusion at the sight of a very upset Rina and a rather amused Icarus. Though he was now completely to facing them, he took a moment's hesitation as he tried to decide if approaching the two at this time was best idea. Sighing, he put it off as over-thinking, and decided to simply approach the two, asking, ”How‘s your ankle?”

With her attention falling upon the siblings not far from her own position, Amelia allowed her brother to go, and took the time to check on Lyndis. Once again, she was seen asleep, and the mother's brow raised slightly from the fact. She'd only uttered sparse and quieted cries earlier, and now looked completely recovered. It was so odd, yet she wouldn't complain, and felt that this would lead to a very calm child. Looking back up, she decided to rejoin her brother's side, politely greeting Rina first, "Hello again Rina.” She nodded to the male, introducing herself informally due to the fact that her daughter was preoccupying both of her arms. “And hello, I‘m Amelia, Andrew‘s sister."

Sighing, she accepted his answer, as she also had no clear idea. Her gaze swept over the now retreating scene, noting that it seemed most were either returning for sleep or seeking medical assistance. Briefly she studied Andrew and Amelia, glad that were alright, and in higher spirits. Her only worries now fell upon three others that she hadn't seen all night. Deciding that now would be the most appropriate time to find her distant cousins, she nodded to Adney, planning to wrap up their conversation for tonight. ”Maybe we can dig a bit and find out, eh?” she proposed, trying to lighten the atmosphere to leave a better impression. She would hate it if every time the two ever crossed paths that he could only think of this negative night.

Even with the heavy thoughts on their minds, both continued on in the chase of the monsters. With every step, she felt like she was getting closer to solving the mystery. Trying to put the thoughts of the kitsune out of mind, and trying to keep her concern for the redhead at a minimum, Maiara told herself her decision was the right one. Her gut was always right. Sensing that Cam had caught up, even if he did keep behind a bit, the pain in her side continued to throb but it now sent a shock of pain every few minutes. But Maiara didn't allow this to show on her face, but her hand returned to her side, and to make it worse, her fingertips and toes felt a strange tingling numb feelings starting to take hold. The wound shouldn't be giving her this much trouble, but thinking back to the fight with the wretched, foul smelling creature, she tried to figure out possibilities. The creature oozed with acids and other chemicals, and swiping her with its claws could have contaminated the wound. But it wasn't infected, she made sure of that. Thinking about it for a few more moments, it finally occurred to her that it could possibly be venom making its way throughout her body slowly. The spirit warrior didn't want to stop; they could be close, but it kept getting more difficult to keep her pace as she lost feeling in her toes. Her next step resulted in a stumble as both arms were wrapped around her midsection now. "You keep chase." Maiara told Cam wearily, still trying to maintain her facade of being fine. It would be a waste if they both just turned around now, having come this far. She was confident she would be fine, as when has she ever been otherwise?

The Gang Is All Here...

Noting Maiara's hands on her side, the redhead raised an eyebrow. It seemed she really had been hurt, and the redhead stopped immediately when she did. He looked at her skeptically, his eyebrow rising higher at her statement. "I can't leave you here." he told her, his expression stern. "You could be seriously hurt. It's not worth chasing after them." he frowned, crossing his arms to show he was quite serious. Glancing over his shoulder, he silently fought with himself over what to do; he really didn't want to let them get away, but he couldn't keep going. There was no way of knowing how far they would be going. No, Maiara was definitely the most important thing here for now. There were still slower creatures behind them, and the redhead turned, picking them all off with carefully aimed fireballs. "We need to get you to a medic." he continued, his attention shifting as he fired at everything in sight. It seemed he was waiting for some sort of permission, as if afraid she would maul him if he simply carried her off.

Looking up as Andrew asked about her ankle, the Sylph forced a smile. "Just fine. It'll heal in no time." she lied, hoping to set aside an worry he may have felt. Turning to Amelia as she was greeted, the Sylph smiled more genuinely. "Hi Amelia. Are you alright?" she asked, far more concerned for Andrew's sister than she was for herself. Her attention shifted to the baby, and her expression softened; it seemed that Lyndis could literally sleep through a war. She figured this was a good thing, especially when compared to the far more fussy children she had encountered in her years. "It seems this one is just fine." she commented, lifting her gaze back to the mother's face.

Frowning, the older Sylph shook his head to disagree with his sister. "It is very badly strained. She might need crutches for a whi-oof" he bent over from the sheer force of the boot being jammed into his stomach, crossing his arms once more. Rina suppressed a smile, pleased at her brother's pain. The prince grit his teeth, looking up as the girl who must be Amelia introduced himself. Instantly, his polite smile returned, and while it made him flinch, he stood up straight. "I am Icarus, Rina's brother. It is a pleasure to meet you." his tone was polite, and he didn't bother to extend a hand for shaking; Amelia's were very obviously too full for such a thing.

Smiling faintly, the redhead nodded in agreement. "Yes. I think there is definitely something going on here." he agreed, frowning as he noted his brother stop. Something was going on over there. Turning to look at Bellatrix, he imitates his younger brother's charming smile. "But for now, I think it's best we part ways. I'm sure you're as concerned about certain people as I am." not that their certain people were the same, but he could tell by her sweeping gaze that she was concerned for someone. Maybe she had family here as well? He couldn't be sure, and he didn't want to assume. "We should dig further, and meet up sometime. I'm sure there's plenty to be found if we're willing to look."

So Many Characters In One Place...

His look of suspicion returned as she spoke of her ankle, as something told him that her words were down-playing the truth. His expression softened at the mention of Lyndis, and he watched as his sister nodded in agreement. At this rate, it seemed that the child would never let anything bother her. His head turned back to the sylphs as he heard Icarus' first words, causing his look to become one of confirmation. Crossing his arms, he let his sister speak, letting the matter of Rina's injury drop for tonight. Maybe.

Her radiant smile appeared quickly on her features, as she agreed to the princess' statement easily. Her daughter may wake up a bit early, but overall, no damage was done. Her attention returned from Lyn as Icarus spoke, and she glanced quickly to Andrew when he was cut off. Ignoring the small incident, feeling that it wasn't her place in any way to interject, she simply nodded to the prince, her tone holding no matter of formality. "You too. Although I'm sorry for the circumstances, and time."

Flashing a smile, she nodded to Adney, taking a step back as he finished speaking. Giving a small wave, she agreed lightly to the idea of researching. "That'd be interesting. And I'm sure that it won't be very hard to get in contact." Allowing her focus to shift from thier conversation, she waited for his own goodbye before turning, wishing the best for his own concerns as she headed away from the scene and to the dormitories.

The Gang Is All Here...

Rather liking the way people around here spoke so informally, the prince got an idea of why Rina hadn't quite told anyone who she really was. Shrugging it off for now, he gave Amelia his full attention as he spoke. At her words, he shrugged, his polite smile still in place. "Better here and now than never." he tells her, finding the circumstances unpleasant but bearable. There was no need for her to apologize, as it certainly wasn't her fault, but it was something he would leave alone for now. He glanced at the child in her arms, a softer expression shifting across his features; it seemed even the prince had a soft spot for children. His expression righted itself as he noticed his sister's triumphant smile. Deciding to remind her just why she was wrong, he took the boot she had just shoved into his stomach and tossed it nonchalantly over his shoulder.

Noting the look on Andrew's face, the princess bit her lip. She didn't quite like that look on his face, but was quietly pleased when he didn't say anything. She was slightly surprised that neither sibling spoke up about her treatment of her brother, but supposed it was because they understood the nature of sibling quarrels. The princess opened her mouth to speak when her boot went flying over her brother's shoulder, carried farther with the power of a strong wind. Gritting her teeth, she made a low biting comment to a very amused Icarus before turning slowly on her good foot to limp away after it. "These are... my favorite boots..." she growled out quietly, moving faster than she probably should.

Noting her step back, it seemed he had made the right decision in choosing to say goodbye now. He gave a short wave in return, his charming smile still in place. "Oh no, I think it will be quite easy. I'm usually in the Auditorium or the pool office." if he wasn't in his dorm of course, but that wasn't something to share now. "I'll see you around, Bellatrix." the redhead took a backwards step, nodding to her in farewell once more before turning and taking off in his brother's direction. He had no idea what he could do to help, but he would be there none the less. He had had a nice conversation with Ms. Solindo, and he certainly hoped for more in the future, but for now it seemed his knucklehead brother needed some sort of assistance.

"No." Maiara said stubbornly, her lips pressed tightly together, whether from the pain or from her adamant statement, it was hard to tell. They had gotten this far, the redhead should continue on; who knew how close they had gotten? They weren't too far from the school were they? She hadn't really been keeping track of how far they ventured from Reed's. Although she didn't want Cam to go on alone; she didn't want all this time chasing them to be for naught. She was sure she could make it back to the school alright; she didn't even know if the poison was even lethal. It could just give her an awful sickness for a few days and then be gone from her system. Maiara was willing to take the risk, and besides, the smile man was just some ways away, she could make it back to him at least. Maybe use one of his flying ice chairs to get back. "You need keep chase. But you better not hurt yourself." The spirit warrior told him, her arms still wrapped tightly around her mid-section even as the numbness in her fingers and toes continued to get stronger. Even if she was getting weaker, it was obvious she wasn't going to go down without a fight if Cam refused to continue on.

The Gang Is All Here...

Frowning at her words, the redhead opened his mouth to argue when a figure in the distance caught his eye. He raised his head, noting the red hair and long black coat flying behind him. He sighed in relief; with that man coming, he would be able to proceed without worrying about Maiara. His expression shifted, and he looked at her sternly. "I will go. You, however, will wait here for a very good friend of mine." he directed her attention towards the Drama teacher approaching at a quick speed, his long stride carrying him to where they were at a fast pace. "That is my brother. You can tell by the charming good looks. It runs in our family." he tells her, flashing his signature charming smile. "He'll make sure you get back to the school." a small pillar of fire shot into the air, signalling their location. With that, the redhead turned and raced off.

Advancing quickly on the location of the two students, the older Sol raised an eyebrow as his brother raced off. He was about to turn his course to follow when he noted the column of flame near the girl. Sighing, he keeps course in her direction. For whatever reason, he was being asked to go the girl instead of following along for support. Maybe she was hurt, and was being difficult? It made sense, as they had come fairly far, but it seemed Cam was reluctant to leave her alone. She was probably a friend of his, one obviously good enough that he was worried about leaving on her lonesome.

Turning her head in the direction Cam had referred to, and there was indeed, another redhead. About to make a remark about his comment on their good-looks, Cam had already bolted after the monsters once again, to make up for lost time but not before giving his usual smile. He really could give Troa a run for his money in the smiling department. She could only wish she could go with him, if only she hadn't been so slow in dodging the first monster and gotten this horrid gash. She hated it, despised it, and now she would have to bother someone else about it. Watching him run off created a strange pang of emotion in her gut, but she couldn't quite identify it, and didn't quite have the energy to. The brothers should be going together; she wasn't about to let someone carry her back to the school, so really, in her mind, she could make the trip back alone. Shielding her eyes from the bright fire with one hand, she did note the similarity between the two brothers, even if the other was still in the short distance. Redhead number two was closing in fast, and Maiara had already started to head back to the school at a decent walking pace, still trying to hide all signs of any pain.
