San swore under his breath at the massive increase in chakra. He didnt KNOW this technique, but remembered Mam talking about it. This was highly destructive technique.....and they didnt need to be around when it went off. But with the village behind them and all, they couldn't abandon their position. Guess it was time to hunker down now, because the bijuu decided not to be a fleeing bijuu that they were tracking to a im going to blow you up bijuu. I guess showing up slower was NOT in their best interest. Wonderful, last time San was listening to the voice of god in his head.
Finding that it was not a good situation, San told james to blast the son of a b***h to kingdom come. Al did the best he could at the time, and Manny too was doing his best. It was now time For San to make sure they techiques were not in vain.
San's formed some of his iron sand from his particle technique to form a large rashumon looking iron sand shield/gate in the line of fire to defend against the giant bijuu ball. using chakra caligraphy on a kunai, and using his magnetic abilities to have it touch the iron sand shield, giving it an additional boost of a barrier seal. With the two working together, along with the others aid, it should be enough to defend against the attack, ready for his next course of action, smacking the bijuu silly, San figured that he would be ready to move with a burst of art of joint control depending on where bijuu ball would detonate. With kuriigu in action, on top of the others peoples actions....all should be good.

Opposite to how San felt about the voices he was hearing--which was something that he needed to get checked out--showing up slower would have been much better for them if somebody had not angered the beast and provoked it into attacking.
Manfread was stuck under the beast and unable to draw his sword or rotate because the creature was close enough to the ground that actually being underneath it meant that it was essentially sitting on him. He would have to endure the weight of both the insect and its Bijuu Ball in the moment before it fired.
The Nanabi fired its ball of Chakra, which detonated immediately and annihilated the bullets heading for it, the gate, the barrier behind the gate, and absorbed the sun. Just when things seemed horrible, the ground opened up and swallowed the Suna-nin and ANBU Captain, dragging them out of the way of the blast. An enormous mirror appeared directly in the path of the explosion, which did not pass the reflective surface. Instead, it came out of the ocean outside the gate and flew straight upward. The Shinobi would be crispy because of the absorbed sun, but otherwise fine. A large hammer met the Nanabi and, with a sound like a baseball hitting an aluminum bat, the Princess sent the creature flying through the Gate and into the sky outside.
The ground spat the Shinobi out when the smoke had cleared. The insect was gone, but something else was brewing in the area; the dark energy of the medical dude, two strange swirling Chakra masses that seemed to be a mix of San's and Akane's Chakra, and a ripple in the water outside had all appeared. Trouble was brewing, but the large mirror blocking off the Village remained.
"Attention Shinobi of the Sand and father!" Bast called out as she strolled from the underside of the island up onto the path in front of the mirror. "The big damn heroes have arrived!"
Zyonu walked up behind her, keeping one hand on the mirror. It rippled under her touch.

“Sh*t,” Manfread said with a wheeze, having thought the bug was..... bigger and taller, due to his previous fear of it, he had miscalculated the distance between its belly and the ground and was now a cushion.
Manfread sunk a good foot into the ground as the beast fired off its Chakra ball, not from any technique but shear force and weight. (((someone needs to stop eating the Twinkies >.> Nanabi))) Had his sword not distributed the impact more evenly around his body and taken some of the damage, Manfread would have been a Manny-waffle with blood for syrup. (Breakfast anyone?) Instead he was a Manny-dirt angel with out wings or a dress.
After princess made a home run, Manfread pulled him self up into a push-up postion. With an 'Ouch' and a nice sounding crack, or 20, he quickly found his joints seized up and immobilized. Coughing up blood, chunks of what was possibly guts or his lunch (hard to tell with it being covered in blood ) and snot Manny had a bad feeling someone was going to make fun of this experience after the mission was over. Rodeo score: Bug 1, Manny 0. (not bad for a first attempt)

((Apologies, but I will assume that everyone is on the inside of the gate & present?))
The vile, evil, despicable, muscled, Eiseijutsu man attempted to rush out of the gate, still a good 30 meters or so from it as Kabutowari exited. Behind him, the identical San & Akane ran with him, even as the group of Suna Shinobi stood around waiting for them to appear. The lightning that zipped out of the gate & across the water beyond the outside island's edges in trying to fry whatever was out there glazed across the surface before dipping down several meters. Fish of all sizes immediately fried & floated to the surface, but the chakra source remained as enigmatic as it had been previously just seconds before the strike, much, much lower in depth than any lightning could penetrate.

San quickly burst into action with a quick flash of hand seals, working two quick and easy doton techniques. The first technique, and set of hand seals, as his rock pillar prison technique. Multiple large in circumference and dense pillars rose from the round aiming to surround and form a prison around the BBEEG (big bad evil eisijutsu guy). The second jutsu, and set of hand seals to come from his fast and well versed hands, was earthen rising spears. Multiple large, and very fast and dense spears rose from the ground aiming to scewer him. This technique was not only designed to injure, maim, and kill the evil dude, but also meant to slow him down from reaching the gate. He seemed vitally important to this set of incidents, and San would be dammed it he were to escape.
San, while in motion, quickly exlaimed to the others around him, trying to set the people in motion in a well coordinated plan. He didnt know if Bast would listen, but maybe the others would.
"James, the chakra signature from the water is still there. Drop a depth or freeze the damn lake......or do whatever you want. Al, lucas, fin an enemy and use your different ranges and bloodline techniques to eliminate them. Manny, Bast sensei...please take out the other....."

Al shook his head slightly, already in a set of handseals. Slamming his hands to the ground, a surge of chakra would go through, and infront of the gate hundreds of pillars of chakra would rise. Completely blocking the gate, anyone who tried to go through would get instantly dehydrated. Slightly exhausted, he began another set, aiming to use Kabari to create 8 senbon, which he would launch at the Fake San, in a two-row spread from top to bottom.

As the pillars of Shakuton cut off the exit, Kuriigu began his support, seeing as jumping directly into the fray was dangerous and all of the opponents were accounted for. He formed several hand seals and used water from the backward-flowing waterfall as a part of Ja no Kuchi. A serpent leaped forth from the water, swept between Manfread and the Shakuton wall--since the boy was the most in danger of being thrown therein, Kuriigu wanted to give him a buffer to rebound off of--and flew toward the San Omni-Clone. Its fangs were bared and it was ready to sink its fangs into the false Satetsu.
Bast walked over to near Alvard, having noticed his fatigue. She summoned the Princess and Mononoke to her side along the way and formed a few hand seals. If any sort of attack were to come their way, she would grab the boy and take him to a safer location. Her golems stayed on standby as they awaited orders.
Zyonu simply stood next to the giant mirror and looked on at the battle, not a single emotion crossing her face. Coldly, calculatingly, she stared at the battle. Two Omni-Clones were participating, and while that interested her, she already knew exactly what had to have happened to spawn such an occurrence and had made plans to alter the seal on them later.
