When you make your Jiongu user, you're setting up your character as though he/she has gathered no additional hearts.
The element you pick is the one your character his/herself always has. The limitations you get from your rank and such apply only to this element.
So, you'd only be able to learn three ninjutsu of your non-heart element.
If you collect a fire heart, you'd instantly gain eight {8} slots for katon techniques.
However, these techniques are attached to the fire heart. If you fire heart is destroyed, you'd forget those fire techniques.
Adversely, if you acquired another fire heart, you could remember the techniques your last fire heart had.

Okay, so the restriction of jutsu counts only for the original heart my character was born with, additional hearts gained then they get eight slots automatically and that's it.
Got it.

Right.
And, say your character's natural element is fire, she could still pick up a fire heart and then have eleven {11} katon slots.

question, where is the list of the new summoning group, the rabbits. It's not with the others in the listing, but the area to get them is there.
New question since I've checked again and now I see the new group. Would any of you mind If I found the pictures for the summons? I've got a library of pics I could offer to fill the images of the summons on the list.

If you really want to, just send them to me. The summonings might be getting a renewal sometime soon, so they might not be used right away.

kay and I can understand that the area's been needing a bit of revision since some of the sages. Have left or changed and the turtles aren't even a summon any more.

100 Ryo bonus to the person mining, & 100 Ryo to the Yukikage. A.C. is granted normally to the person mining, but the Yukikage won't get it as well.
