Aya had drifted to sleep but she jerked back into wakefullness when she heard her name and looked down and smiled at Derek, "Did you sleep well?" She asked hoarsly.
Dorian appeared behind Bleu, "Indeed." Was all he said as he sat down with his breakfast.

Derek smiled. "Better then last night..." He murmered. "How are you doing?" He asked, his cheeks turning slightly red when he realised where he was laying.
Linx jumped slightly when Dorian appeared. "I hope it wasnt important..." He murmered, taking a bite of cerial.

Dorian shrugged, "Something interesting....seems we're at war." He said quietly so his voice didn't carry, "Seems that Derek was a weapon last night. Seems Dr. Bloor is our General." He finished before eating his own cereal.
Aya smiled and brushed some hair out of his face, "Good." Was all she said.

"I-I should probably go..." Derek said, his cheeks bright red by now. He tried sitting up and moving, but only managed to roll towards the edge of the bed. Another movement, and he was on the floor with a large 'OOF!'
"Isnt this great?" He asked sarcastically as he shakily pushed his body off the floor with his arms.
"W-war?" Linx asked, his eyes growing wide. He put his spoon back in his cerial and pushed it away a bit. "B-but isnt war for adults?" He asked, his voice shrinking to a whisper. The thoughts of 'weapon' and 'Derek' rang through his head, and he became even more afraid of the boy. "If he was a weapon... Is Dr. Bloor going to use us, too?" He asked.

Dorian looking totally unconcerned with Linx nervousness shrugged, "Maybe. If we have an ability he thinks is useful." He responded nonchalantly.
Aya laughed, "Maybe you should continue to rest, you don't look too steady." She said, amusment glittering in her eyes. She swung her legs over the side of the bed and stood, brushing wrinkles out of her nightgown she headed for the restroom, "I hope there is more food....I'm starving!"

"Yeah... Me too." Derek responded to her comment about food.
When Aya got out of the restroom, Derek was standing and leaning on a wall, grinning. "I bet Cook'll feed us." He said. "I want to eat, before I do anymore resting."
"Useful? In what way?" Linx was curious about the whole 'war' deal, despite that war usually meant death, destruction, and everything else.

Dorian looked up at him, surprisingly, his expression was long suffering, they would have to see how long that would last, "Take Derek for example. He created teh storm for a reason, probably to confuse our 'enemies.'" Dorian made the quotes gesture sardonically.
She was wearing a kimono again, this one a light blue that matched her eyes and hair. She swung her cape over her shoulders, "I take it you and Cook are relatively close?" She raised a brow.

Derek shook his head. "She's nice, though. My first year here, I got lost during the night and bumped into her. Since I was still in my pajama's, she took me to her part of the building and gave me hot chocolate and walked me back to bed. Ever since then, I go down and visit her sometimes." Derek's grin widened at the memory. "You look nice..." He said, examining Aya's attire.
Linx's eyes widened a bit. "What... What use would they have with someone like... me?" He asked, already thinking of ideas. Some involved him murdering someone, and he shuddered at the thought of it.

Dorian shrugged, "I dont' know." He replied laconically, going back to his cereal.
Aya smiled, "Well then I can't wait to meet her!" Then she blushed slightly, "Thank you."

Derek offered his arm to Aya, and soon they were off. They got a few glances on the way down, Derek still using the walls for support, but soon they were there.
It was a shabby room, with a chair in front of a fireplace, and a couch behind that. A plump lady greeted them and insisted that they sit down. The warmth of the fire, and the feeling of Aya next to him made Derek sleepy, but he stayed awake, explaining their prediciment.
Cook nodded politely and told them to stay in the room. She then bustled out of the room, headed to cook something up for the two.
Derek smiled at Aya. "See? She's really nice." He said and leaned his head back on the couch.
"Oh..." Linx murmered, then returned to his gloomy mood. He moved the chunks of cerial around his bowl with his spoon; his apetite had left him.

Aya smiled, "I do like her!" She exclaimed. She looked over at Derek and sympathy spilled into her eyes, "You can use my shoulder or lap if you're sleepy." She offered finally, not looking at him.
Dorian was silent as well. He finished his cereal, "Back to the predicament that brought us together, Linx. What are you going to do about dance class?" He asked.

Derek's head slowly lowered onto Aya's shoulder. "I should probably," He paused to yawn, "Stay awake." He finished. "Cook'll be back, soon." But despite his words, he fell asleep.
Cook did return soon afterword, bearing a tray full of different foods for the two of them. "Poor thing..." She said when she saw that Derek was asleep. "Here" She said, placing the tray down. "I'll go get some foil so we can wrap some of this up for him." And with that, Cook disappeared again.
"I-I just wont go..." Linx murmered. He then gave a light squeak, and the humming sound came. Linx disappeared just as Frederic headed over to the table. "Where'd that brat go?" He asked himself. A few of his friends tagged along behind him. "Lets go check outside!" He growled to them, obviously in a fowl mood.
Linx re-appeared a little while later and went and busted his tray, then sat back at the table, cowering slightly behind it. "I dont like him..." He murmered.

Dorian closed his eyes, his long sufferering running out. His mismatched eyes flickered to Linx when he came back, "You do realize you can enter a beginning class." He finally said as if there hadn't been an interruption.
Aya smiled and thanked her. She scared down her food in no time, moving the tray she shifted again so Derek's head fell into her lap. He was bitter than she was and it was much easier for her if his head was there. She smiled down at him and tentatively ran her hand through his hair. She nearly laughed, it was so messy. He must not have brushed it this morning, she figured.

"In order to do that..." Linx started. "I dont want to go to Dr. Bloor's office! Never again..." A shiver ran down his spine.
Derek smiled, and his eyes opened just slightly. "I love you..." he murmered. "Aya." Was the last word, and he returned to his deep sleep.
