So I found this online Pokemon game called Pokemon World Online.
The gay thing is that Tail Whip is probably the most broken attack in the whole game.
One Tail Whip and your defense drops by 24. Even worse than Leer's 10.
A Hoppip trashed my Geodude. I'm ashamed.

Wait, PWO is still around? I thought Nintendo sued the heck outta them a while back...or threatened to if it wasn't taken offline
@Lorika: Does it not see the network at all, or does it try to connect but end up with some kind of error? If it is the latter, it could very well be that your modem's firewall doesn't like the DS's connection.

Hmmm, I could try disaling the firewall, then. It can see the network and tries to connect to it, ut it has a "security" error. It says the security features on the connection are "not supported y the DS".... which sounds awfully worrying, myes it does

The problem may be that the router is using one of the WPA-type wireless security protocols... most DS systems can only get through WEP security... (3DS can access both, but I don't know if it works using older DS games)

Red may well be correct, I had forgotten about the WEP/WPA issues with games
If at all possible, tell your router to use a WEP key, rather than a WPA one. Less secure, but more compatible with stuff. (assuming you want to/can mess with router settings)

So, totally forgot about the Mewtwo, but I got the Reshiram yesterday. Funny that it's the first Pokemon of mine to be on level 100 considering I've got 6 level 96s that I've raised from scratch in my party. Oh well. Stranger things have been known to happen.
And what's this about DS security issues? Does anyone know a way around it? If so please tell me; that way I won't have to rely on my school's crappy Wi-Fi anymore!! 8D

Aside from changing your router settings to use WEP security instead of WPA or WPA2, I'm afraid I don't have any advice to offer...
In other news, the registration for the International Challenge WiFi tournament has opened. The battles themselves start next week (specifically at midnight Friday, UTC).
As before, I've already signed up, and will be happy to represent the Guild for this tournament if no one else is going to play.

Tournament's underway, and I'm pleased to say I'm doing quite well so far.
I've got 2 videos logged on the WiFi from the tournament. I'll record them for YouTube later too (I still have to upload the match against Lorika)
The IDs to view the two battles are:
59-05657-01508 98-68466-03529
My team this time consists of: -Tyranitar (SandStream; Focus Sash; Crunch/Rock Slide/Thunder Fang/Ice Fang) -Garchomp (Sand Veil; BrightPowder; Outrage/Earthquake/Fire Blast/Swords Dance) -Mienshao (Regenerator; Life Orb; Fake Out/Stone Edge/Hi Jump Kick/U-Turn) -Scizor (Technician; King's Rock; Bullet Punch/Brick Break/Aerial Ace/X-Scissor) -Heatran (Flash Fire; Air Balloon; Heat Wave/Flash Cannon/Earth Power/Protect) -Eelektross (Levitate; Quick Claw; Thunderbolt/Brick Break/Grass Knot/Flamethrower)

Wouldn't there be a lot of cheaters on a Wi-Fi tournament?
I find myself pitted against a lot of shiny legendary teams when playing on Pokemon Battle Colloseum...

Unfortunately, Bapp is right; I did encounter a number of obvious hacked teams (most of which defeating me) over the course of the tournament. Between those and outright superior teams, I didn't do as well as last time. (I'm pretty sure my final Trainer Score ended up slightly lower than the starting point...)
That aside, I have some more video codes to share:
15-28740-01508 47-20618-29392 32-02800-47249

The results of the 2012 International Challenge have been released. Mine are as follows:
Total Number of Participants: 9020
My Final Rating Score: 1480 pts
My Overall Ranking: 4562
So this time I missed the Top 50% by a half-percent. sweatdrop I need to strategize better

Still a great score Red! Better than anything I can do, and I'd like to think that my team in White is pretty decent XDD
