The girl then continued on her own way as well, passing fliers to anyone withing her range. And everytime she would say the same thing that she said to Jeremy "Circus~! Come see~!"
Clone sat on her bed, her knees drawn to her chest. Should I call him...? Her tail flicked to and fro as she thought. "Hmm..." She picked up her phone and looked at her contacts, then at Clayton's number. I should... She then hit the call button and held the phone to her ear, waiting for an answer. I should ask if his friend is doing okay...

Clayton then felt his phone vibrating. Conner had been kind enough to get it from his work before and give it to him. He was glad there was still enough juice in it. He looked at the call I.D, and though he didn't have her number, he saw it was from Curtesia. 'Could it be...' He thought, and answered the phone. "Hello?"
((Calls will go like this. I'll start the 'hello' here and duplicate this post in Curtesia, then finishe the conversation there before adding his end of the line at the end, interacting here also. XP You'll see what I mean during the call. ))

Clone nearly jumped when he heard him answer. "A-ah!" she squeaked. "Er, It's me Clone." She explained, her tail continuing to flick about. She never talked that much over to the phone, so she was still getting used to it.

"Oh. So he really can be a nice person," Vanessa stated indifferently, even though she already knew. After all, he did help her out a few times. But what Hannah said only furthered the pirate's belief to make sure she didn't take out her gun here. "Tch." Vanessa pushed her hat up a little, brushing the feather out of her face. "Do you know this forest well?" she asked Hannah, deciding to try starting a conversation.

"Oh yea, I know this place like the back of my hand! Though there are still some creatures I'm unsure of. Some of them can get pretty dangerous. If you aren't careful." She continued on, not aware about the rustling in a bush nearby.
"A-ah, hey Clone," Clayton replied, then there was the sound of him talking to someone else, then with a deep sigh he said, "It's real good ta hear from ya. How're things over there?"

Clone heard him talking in the background for a moment, making her curious but she didn't plan to ask about it. "Er, everything's fine. Ah...is your friend doing alright?" She asked, remembering the the reason he had to leave in the first place.

Vanessa nodded as Hannah spoke, only half paying attention when she heard rustling. Her eyes narrowed at the wildlife around her, wondering if she was just being paranoid. It could just be the wind or something. Regardless, she reached for her sword with one hand. "Do you feel...a breeze?" she asked, hesitantly, unsure if she was the only one who heard the rustling.

"Hm?" Hannah looked her way, then said, "No, I didn't feel anything." Just then, something jumped out of the bushes. It was small, and had orange fur with black stripes. It was fuzzy and had a tail like a kitten, but sat and twitched its nose and had long ears like a bunny. The creature was called a Yufree, and it was rare to see one, let alone on an island. They were nearly extinct. Hannah wasn't facing it however, so didn't see it.
"Aw, Bill? He's... He's uh..." Clayton sighed, "He's... Not looking too good. I dunno, he still hasn't woken up. I think he's gone comatose..."

Clone's ears drooped sadly. "Oh...I-I hope he'll be okay..." She said sadly, frowning a bit. Her tail stopped flicking about, since she now felt upset and worried. She kind of wanted to ask what caused his friend to be like that...but she didn't want to seem rude or nosy.

"Ah- O-of course he'll be okay! This is Bill we're talking about. Don't worry, he'll be up and about before ya know it!" Clayton noted the worry in her voice. He didn't like hearing her upset, and saying these things made him feel better, too. "Ah, w-well in any case, I'll come back soon as I can. Don't worry, alright? When I do get there... I'll take you somewhere nice, alright?"

Clone smiled a bit, glad that Clayton was staying positive. Her tail then began wagging at the second thing she said. "Alright~" She responded happily. "I-I'll be waiting." She added, sounding more happy.

"Hehe," Clayton uttered at the other end of the line, "Yeah... Um, be careful, okay?" He asked, feeling a little uneasy remembering the other girls at the restaurant that ridiculed her, and a little sore about Bill's situation. He didn't want Clone to get hurt or in trouble, too.

"I will!" Clone responded, not quite sure why he has said to be careful. Was there something dangerous lurking around the town? She decided not to ask about for now.
~~~~~~~~~ Meanwhile, Clara had gotten outside again...
She was wandering around the streets, clutching a little red crayon in her hand. Her red wavy hair stirred as she walked. It was easy to tell something was off about her. Well...the fact that she wasn't wearing shoes for one. That and she seemed so childish and carefree, despite looking about seventeen years old.
Clayton sounded relieved over the phone, "Good. I'll be there as soon as I can."
Jeremy saw this girl, and he blinked. Immediately he was sure this girl was not all there, but he smiled and asked her, "Well, beautiful day isn't it, miss?"
"I didn't either," Vanessa muttered, still on guard. As the animal exited the bushes, she immediately turned towards it her hand still on her sword, before relaxing. She didn't recognize what it was, especially because she hadn't seen one of them before, but she didn't think it was that dangerous. Actually... it looked kind of cute. But was it cat or a bunny? It looked like a little bit of both.
