Realizing that the weather in this area was man made and laced with chakra made Sorain instantly feel uneasy. In order for someone to keep such a constant jutsu going they would have to have an extreamly high amount of chakra. The thought that someone in such a small relatively unappealing village would possess such power was strange to say the least. Sorain made a mental note that he would have to return to this little village once again and look further into his suspicions. Forming a series of hand signs, the ice that was encasing the fire place opening quickly formed up into a cone of ice which Sorain proceeded to shatter with the release of his hand sign. Turning towards the edge of the roof top Sorain replicated the jutsu yet again, shattering nearly all of the ice that had entrapped the modest little hut. "Good enough" he said under his breath before twisting his body and leaping off of the roof only to land safety with a thud on the ground, sending out a wave of powdered snow from the inpact. Sorain retreated his head deeper into the back of the hood of his jacket in an attempt to reduce the amount of skin that was exposed to the harsh frozen air. He took a few steps forward and turned his shoulder to the side, using it to push the shop door open in order to avoid direct contact with the obviously freezing cold door nob. "The roof is clear, you should be able to start your fire now." he said simply as he made his way back over to the counter where the old graying man had been waiting patiently for the chore to be done. The elderly man raised his eye brow and rubbed his chin in a manor that showed his disbelieving. That roof had been frozen solid for months now, the likely hood that some random stranger would be able to clear it out in a matter of moments was simply a reality that he was not so ready to accept. Turning away from the bar and walking around towards the fire place, the old man reached forward and laid his hand over the bark that rested inside the fireplaces mouth. Almost instantly the food was set ablaze, sending a tremor of warmth radiating through out the room. The warm comforting sensation of the wood burning in the fire place sent chills down Sorains spine as his frozen blood was brought to a much needed thaw. He could feel his skin screaming out in joy as it was heated up from being constantly hammer with cold wind. "About that food..?" Sorain questioned. He was growing impatient, he had work to do and hanging out here all day was far down on his list of desired actives. The old man stood up erect and clapped his hands, dusting the wood specs off and allowing them to fall casually onto the floor. "Alright buddy, ill heat you up on soup." Sorain nodded towards the old man, anything that he was offered sounded like a five star meal. How could one be picky when going so many days without food? Surely the worst of scraps would be satisfying to someone in his dire situation. Sorain moved himself over to the bar and sat down. His clothing gripping tight against his body as they dried inside the warm shop. In only took a few moments and a bowl of spicy hot beef stew was placed in front of him. Like a punch to the face Sorain was almost knocked out of his seat at the smell of the food that was presented to him. Every part of his body roared at him to tear the soup apart in a dire need to have it inside of his body. Sorain bit down hard, trying to force himself to keep his composure, he had not eaten in close to a week and he was afraid that if he was not careful he would savagely devour the meal, throwing away all signs of dignity that could possibly hope to have.

Sorain finished his mean before exiting the shop. Now that he was well fed he felt entirely more energized and ready to make the last trip out of the area and into the lightning country. Tucking his head behind his hood once more, Sorain took his first step out of the inn and into the freezing cold terran that was the frost country. At first Sorain liked it here, his natural affinity towards Ice made him feel comfortable knowing that he had such a tactical advantage. But the longer he stayed away the more he longed for his old home. Kirigakure, even with all of its fualts was still the only place he had ever known as home. His country, and more so his family, the only family that he had left were back in Water. Though he did not know Sai's exact were abouts he was sure that Sai had indeed went back to Kirigakure. Sorain closed his eyes and continued walking as he realized that he would eventually have to make his way back there. Considering he was about to have his hands on one of the legendary swords it made since for him to be in water country as to not arouse suspesion as to where he found it. Not to mention the fact that he was currently poor, not well clothed, and had no idea where his next meal was going to come from. As much as he hated to admit it, he simply lacked the resources to make it on his own as of yet. Grunted to himself Sorian continued until he reached the outskirts of the snow village and eventually exiting the area all together, where a simple path through a frost covered forrest seperated him from the Lightning Country and the weapon that he so sought after.

Sorain trudged slowly out of the small village heading towards the Lightning Country. The area that he was in was loosely controlled by the cloud village although its direct location was no where near here as far as he knew. Like many of the other hidden villages, their exact locations where not very widely publicized and only Shinobi of higher ranks and clearence really know there direct location. Although Sorain himself was still a genin and as such did not have very much information, from what he had read the cloud village rested at the tips of a group of mountains where it was hidden promptly behind a series of massive natural storm clouds. Keeping this in mind Sorain made sure to steer clear of any large mountain bases to avoid unintentially strolling into a trap. As Sorain proceeded, keeping his stride concise and consistent, he began to pick up minute sounds off in the distance that were obviously of human origin. Frowning to himself Sorain continued walking down his path towards the Lightning Country making sure to keep a close ear out for the voices that he had only caught small traces of. The mighty winds tore through the area drowning out many of Sorains much needed senses in order to feel out his area. Being out here in the endless abyss of nothing made Sorain feel truly blind. So much so that before he even realized it, he had just walked directly into a road check point. Before he knew it he was surrounded by villagers, guards, and patrolmen whom were all clambering loudly at the interruption in the middle of the road. Slowing his pace down Sorain allowed himself to fall into the bulk of the crowd of villagers that were huddled up in front of a team of Shinobi whom where busy checking travel documents as well as taking close looses at everyone's appearance. "s**t.. Theres no way!" Sorain said under his breath, where they looking for him? But how!? How could they have found out where he was traveling so fast? Sorain ran through his mind, trying to find any weak link that could have tipped off the patrolling shinobi that he could be in this area. "That old man! Son of a b***h" Sorain grunted lowly. Sorain lowered his eyes to the ground to avoid being noticed before activating his Sharingan. The crimson red of his eyes swirled slowly as he scanned the area for a way out. "Surrounded" he thought somberly. There was nothing that he could do to avoid going through that check point, if he simply turned around they would grow suspicious and take chase, but if they saw his face they would surely attack him on sight. Time was running out, the massive crowd that he was using to concern himself was slowly funneling its way dry. At that moment Sorain decided that his best bet was to trap all of the villagers in a genjutsu and cause them to panic into a frenzy, such a detraction would give him time to make an flee attempt. Slowly, Sorain raised both of his hands to his chest and began to formulate hand seals, making sure not to put so much force into it as to alert the guards surrounding him. Sorain had only managed to get through the first teal seals before feeling a numbing sensation in his left hand, causing it to fall down lifeless to his side. Sorains eyes opened wide in shock, "What the hell is going on!?" He thought. His heart began to thump loudly in his chest as he scrabbled to try and figure out what had just happened to him. Behind his head he could hear a males voice, "Orasakai Sorain, Do not make a scene. You are surrounded, your game is over" Sorain clintched his teeth, "Just keep walking, if you make any attempt at running I will kill you where you stand. No use trying to formulate any jutsu. Without the use of your hands." Sorains entire body was sent into a state of panic. Even if he was to some ho manage to take out the guard behind him, he would have no hope of doing so without everyone else taking notice and aiding their comrade. Sorain began to contemplate his options. If he allowed them to capture him, then he would simply be taken back to Kirigakure, the transportation of him to the Water Country alone would be riddled with chances and ways that he could escape. But no, he was sure that if they were here at all then they knew about the existence of a Mist Sword in Lightning. He could not allow them to capture him and risk them ripping the information about the sword. Sorain threw his head back into a grin, "Looks like theres no helping it then" he whispered over his shoulder. "You should do your homework before trying to take down someone such as me. I bet they didnt even tell you what clan I am from did they?" As he spoke frosty air expelled from his lips. As he continued to talk Soran formed hand signs with only a single hand. "My clan posses many abilities which would shock you. Would you like to see some?" He said slyly. In an instant a paper thin mirror formed in front of him and behind him, instantly making him invisible from the angel that the Guard was standing. Sorain reached his right arm forward into the mirror, causing it to exit behind him and grab the neck of the guard before ranking him into the mirror, from which Sorain entered right behind him. As they traveled through the mirrors sorain formulated another mirror high above the area from which they both shot out and began falling rapidly. Sorain twisted himself in the air and sent his foot slamming into the chest of the guard, using him as a stepping stool to regain his composure before jumping up into a back flip and forming hand signs allowing him to blow out a series of ice shuriken that collided with the guards body. Sorain threw his hand out, creating a mirror directly below the falling shinobi. "Here we go!" He said under his breath as he sent himself into a spiral, snatching hold of the guard and crashing down into the mirror. For a moment, the two were gone. At the check point the same guard limped up towards the rest of the Shinobi screaming,"Hes making a run for it!" the Shinobi coughed roughly, sending out a baseball sized clot of blood which fell helplessly over the white snow. "He ran that way, stop him!" He screamed through a blood filled mouth. Instantly every guard took off in formation towards sorains alleged location. The moment they were gone the guard stood up and exposed two swirling red eyes. Sorain had switched clothing with the guard and used his Sharingan to hypnotize the rest of them into thinking he had a matching voice. Sorain looked down to his belt where the guard head band rested. To his surprise it was a Kirigakure Shinobi. "Perfect" he said before rubbing his forehead and proceeding through the check out towards the lightning country.

Sorain made his way around a large mountain to ensure that he was out of the visual range of his previous followers. Turning to his side, Sorain noticed a small opening at the base of the mountain. Deciding that it would be best if he lay low for awhile Sorain made his way to the small opening where he could lay and wait for the cost to cool down. Reaching down Sorain plunged his hands deep into the snow before ranking up, exposing the cold lifeless body of the Shinobi that he had killed. Before proceeding he had buried the body, and encased it in an ice mirror, from which he instructed to follow him from under the snow. Taking more time to properly undress the fallen Shinobi, Sorain quickly replaced the remainder of his clothing with the Shinobis before taking some time to accurately alter his appearances to match that of his. Everything down to the last blimish and scar on the kids face Sorain had copied until a Genjutsu. To all of those whom he wished to see him for who he was, he would simply be Sorain. But for all those whom knew no better he would now be known as, Sorain reached down and pulled off a dog tag and read it out loud, "Rizu Uchiha" Sorain grinned, how perfect could this be? He would not even have to hide his Sharingan traits as his replacement was from the same clan. Standing up quickly Sorain hopped down from the crack in the mountain from which he was perched and moved into a full on sprint towards the Lightning Country. The moment he crossed over the boarder into the Lightning Country he knew it. The snow had settled down and for once he caught a glimse of the ever allusive sun. Sorain lifted his face up to the rays of the burning ball in the sky, basking in its divine warmth. Just as the blazing sun, Sorain resolve was set to fire under the pure reality that he was dangerously close to reaching his goal. With that sword in his possession no common Shinobi would ever be able to properly challenge him. Sorain stopped for a moment as he began to think about which sword might be located here. Any would due, but there were two that he specifically had in mind. As Sorain got closer to the area he began picking up the tracks of Shinobi whom had come through the area, he was not the only one looking for the sword, his suspicions were conformed. But he damned if he would let anyone else get to it first. Sorain took off into a dash yet again, making sure to keep himself just out of the rays of the sun so that he could still be hidden by the darkness that was the frozen storms that layered the area. Up ahead Sorain caught sight of another small, lesser village that seemed to be made in a loose triangle formation around the base of two mountains of which Sorain assumed was home to the Cloud Village. Taking his time, Sorain entered with caution and began to seek out his blade. Quote: 216/216 - /Traveling 200/200- /Gathering Information Line Count:1520

Takera moved as quickly as he could through the snow. He came upon an incline tredging through the snow step by step. You could hear the snow crunch beneath his feet. He turned to look back waiting for the two who had followed him. Takera wondered if maybe they were bandits or just low-class shinobi. It wasn't possible for them to be common every day people. Not when they were able to stay on Takera's trail every step of the way and not fall far enough behind for Takera to lose them. Finally he reached a solid point of high ground and turn around to face the direction that the enemy was coming from. He waited, standing in the snow and cold weather calmy. Takera flexed his fingers under his coat trying to keep the cold chill at bay. Knowing it was only a matter of time before the cold would begin to have a worse affect on him from standing still and unactive, he grew impatient as the minutes passed. Finally, they two made it to him. They had trouble getting through the snow to reach him, but they were determined.
Takera stared at the two closely. Their chakra wasn't anything out of the ordinary and they were nothing short of out of shape or just unfit for such terrain. He wasn't sure whether to believe they were really thugs or bandits of some sort or if he had been completely wrong and they were just really determined regular people. Takera continued watching them as they got closer. He wondered if maybe they were puppets like his first encounter with the cloaked figure and it's controller in Rain, but they were a world apart. His sharingan revealed truths to him when it came to people's chakra. The two got closer and closer before Takera began to speak.

"Who are you two? And, why have you followed me all the way into this frozen land? Don't come any closer. I'm warning you. I won't repeat myself." He said loudly with a tone of displeasure. The two rose their heads one after the other. It was a pair of older men. They looked eerily tired. "Please. Help us. We have a request for you. When we first saw you, we knew you had been the one to trigger and escape the traps around the shack in the clearing." said the first man as he tried to catch his breath. The other man simply nodded in agreeance to what the first man had been saying. "And? You came all the way out here following me because of that? What could you possibly want from me?" Takera said with little patience in his tone of voice. The old men looked at each other and back at Takera. "There are a group of bandits who had taken over. And until now we had been living in fear. You showed up and took down their base with almost no effort. They may not have been there, but we believe you could beat the bandits. We have one more request though." the old man paused for a second to try and warm his breath by breathing into his hands before continuing. "The one who leads the bandits was a child from our village. We tried to teach him and make him grow up right, but he has forsaken our ways and tried to gain through violence and fear alongside the group he now commands. Please don't kill the boy. He'd be about your age right now. We just want to be left in peace and surely if you take care of his men and rough him up, he may come back to his senses." the old man said as the two began bowing.

Takera turned away putting his back to the two men. "I'm not particularly interested. I won't make it my duty to find and take these bandits down.." Takera proclaimed. The old men began to lose hope. "But if I should run into them by chance, I won't hesitate to end them where they stand, so long as it doesn't compromise my own ambitions." Takera said before taking a few steps forward towards the town on the other side of the hill. The two men raised their heads in surprise and began to thank Takera. "I won't promise you anything. Now leave before the cold weather becomes the death of you." Takera remarked as he moved forward once more to the other side of the hill and made his way towards the town in the distance. The two men scampered back down the other side of the hill and found their way back from where they came. Takera sighed as he felt the chills and numbness running through his face, feet, and arms. He hurried to the town as fast as he could.

As the sun rised over the horizon, the lush leaves in the tree Hayato was sleeping in kept the light out of his eyes. This gave him more time to sleep but as it got brighter and brighter, it was hard to sleep so finally Hayato stretched and opened his eyes. It'd been a long since he last slept like since the last time was when his parents were still in the village. He reached into his bag, which was hanging barely above him. Inside he grabbed something quick to eat. After he was done, he just waited and relaxed until he noticed Mayu come though. When there Hayato jumped down beside her and smiled. "Good morning, Aya or Mayu this morning? Ether way, do you know where the Jonin who is joining us is? I haven't seen him or her period, and I've been here all day so far."

Aya smiled an looked at Hayato as he jumped down beside her, she had learn that he had meet Mayu and that she had beat him in the sparring match which was interesting, she smiled and looked at him, and then speaks up in her cheerful tone, making it easy to know that Aya was on the surface at the moment. "Good morning Hayato, and no I haven't meet them yet ether, I hope they are a nice person, and we weren't meant to meet them until 1-ish right". Aya said softly a little unsure, she hadn't really been the one to get the details so she wasn't really sure, she just knew it was sometime after lunch that was when to meet up.
You two hear a groan as a guy in his early twenties walked out of the village gate and looked around, his hand ran though his black hair pulling it off his hair off the right side of his face, revealing a light blue eye, before putting his hands into the large pocket on his hoodie which was a very dark blue in colour, he was also wearing a pair of black cargo pants that hang just over his black sneakers. "You two Aya and Hayato, if so I'm Kai, they put me in charge of you two".

Hayato nodded as she spoke about what she was hoping the Jonin was going to be like, and then about the time of the meeting. The Jonin being nice could make the trip seem shorter then what it was actually going to be. What he was mainly hoping for was to ether learn something from the Jonin or gain some time to look over his scroll that he'd recovered. "Ya, it was around one we were supposed to meet up with the Jonin to start the travel to lightning. He or she should be here any moment now." And with that, out came the Jonin from the village gate. He seemed younger then what Hayato was anticipating, but he knew not to under-estimate anyone so he kept the thought of age to himself. "Afternoon Kai, yes we are the Genin that you will be leading. We are ready to leave when ever you are." He stated as he was kind of speaking for Aya, but was almost 100 percent sure that Aya was ready to leave just like he was.

"Nice my meet you Mr Kai". Aya said lightly and politely as she bowed to the young man that had turned up, she smiled a little and looked to Hayato happy that she was going to be able to leave soon, now that the Jonin was with them, she was beaming a little bit. Aya smiled a little and adjusted her ninja bag so it sat around her waist nicely, and the other travel side back hand over her shoulder and over her chest, resting on her side lightly as she looked at them happily, like a little kid on her first time to another place.
Kai looked at Aya and signed a little as she beamed with joy, then over Hayato as he stood by seeming a little interested in seeing another place, Kai rubbed his face a little and seemed to be still slightly asleep, and looked to have only woken up an hour ago. "Yeah we can leave now then, first a few things, I am not going to be teaching you anything for at least an hour or so, this trip should take about two days or some, we'll be camping out for at least one night, or if we do really well today we maybe able to make one of the towns between her and the Cloud village". He said in a sleepy tone as he looked at them his eyes glazed over a little as he was still waking.

Hayato watched their new instructor as he rubbed his face and started to walk away from the village gates. He seemed not 100 percent there, very tired still. This he found was odd since even though that he was only there to lead them to their destination, Hayato thought that he'd at least be more aware or let alone awake. Again, he wasn't going to underestimate the Jonin only because he was a Jonin. With all of his thinking aside, He followed behind both Kai and Aya as they started on their long journy to the land of lightning. From what he heard Kai state, it was going to take two days. If it took the right amount of time, they'd make it to a small village by nightfall. If not they'd be sleeping in the woods in which he didn't have a problem with. Ether way as long as they got to the exams on time he would be happy.

Aya smiled she was happy that be able to see some place new, it had been a long time sense she had left the village, in fact she had never left the village sense when she first come to the village from the research center, so going to a new land was very interesting for her. She walked a little behind the Jonin Kai, he seemed like a alright guy so far, but he seemed to be still half a sleep for some reason, maybe he hadn't gotten to bed until late the other night, but she wasn't really sure on him as of yet, but she was sure he was a good ninja seeing as he was a Jonin and looked to only be a few years older then herself and Hayato
Kai walked a little a head of the others as they headed off towards the Lightning Country, he was still slightly asleep as they walked along the road, he walked in silences for a while after about able 20 or so minutes he was awake, and looked back at Hayato and Aya and looked at them again, he turned fully to look at them, he kept walking, but now he was walking backwards, so he could look at them and talk with them without having to stop. "I didn't really introduce myself before, I'm Kai Miyaku, I didn't get much sleep the other night, so I'm not on my game at the moment, you must be Aya Hyuuga, nice to meet you, you did pretty well in school and then took a year of training rather then being place right into a team, at the request of your clan, I hope the training comes in handy". Kai said in a polite manner and seeming a little impressed that she took a year off to do training with her clan, he then looked to Hayato. "An your Hayato, there isn't a last name on your record but your parents are currently on a long term mission, that's about it, you got out of the academy a few months ago, but the village is hoping for a lot out of you, if you haven't guessed I have read your files, seeing as I know a little about you two, here's a little about me, I only became a Jonin a few months ago, your going to be the first team I'm in charge of, I'm a information ninja, I do tracking and recon, so any question in that field and I should be able to help". He said with a smiled as they got out of the forest around the village.

After having departed the two requesting a service of him, Takera had made his way down the snowy landscape of the hill he had been on and was now closer than ever to the village located in Frost. Takera's hands and feet were now numb and he had begun to really feel the effects of the cold weather. Upon arriving in the village he realized that no one was outside and the stores were all closed. He scrambled hoping that his time hadn't been up and he could still find a place to stay and keep warm until he was ready to head out once more. Takera noticed a sign above an inn as he reached the 4th building down the snowy path cutting through the village. Though the sign was covered in snow, Takera was almost certain that it was an inn. In his confidence, he ran up the steps and hurried to the door. He knocked 4 times on the door hoping someone would answer. After a while of hearing no response he grabbed the cold door knob and attempted to turn it lightly, but the door was locked. He was now smack dab in the middle of the Frost village and unable to get refuge or atleast warmer clothing to extend his traveling. Refusing to give up, Takera ran down the steps and quickly moved down the streets as he breathed into his hands for warmth. The thought creeped in the back of his head that he may not make it, but after everything he'd been through in the past month, he couldn't let himself fall here. Takera ran all the way to the other side of the village before he noticed one of the lights to a house down a row of housing in the village was lit. He took a few steps closer, then his vision began to blur. He held his head as he began to wobble back and forth. He had begun to lose his equilibrium. Soon his concious was going to fade and if that happened now, so close to his last chance to take shelter from the cold, he'd go unfound, dead and buried in the snow as a frozen corpse. Just then a flash of the mental image of Sai running alongside Takera during the fight they had in Snow ran through Takera's head. His eyes widened and by sheer will he pulled his vision back together. He took another 3 steps forward still fighting to keep the effects of the cold weather, now baring down harder than ever upon him, away. He reached the house and placed a foot down upon the wooden plank covered in snow on the porch. Finally Takera reached his limit and his eyes began to roll back into his head as he muttered his last words before slipping into an unconcious state. "Am I.. really.. this.. weeaak. " With a thud across the snow covered porch, the old lady inside was startled and jumped from their chair dropping her knitting needles and thread to the floor beside her.. Unsure what was outside the hurried to the curtain covered window to peak outside. The older lady noticed Takera laying unconcious on her porch. She quickly hurried outside and begun to shake Takera. "He.. he's just a kid. Are you alright, boy? Answer me.... I've gotta get him out of the cold. " The old lady dragged Takera inside and laid him out infront of the fire. The old lady walked off and a few moments later a door could be heard opening and then shutting. She hurried back to Takera's side and placed a blanket over him to help warm him up. She then placed her hand on his forehead. Takera's face was flushed and his head was burning up. He began to rustle as if he were experiencing pain. --------------------------------------------------------------Dream/Flashback Begins
 --------------------------------------------------------------
Takera and Zeru finally reached the crossover point where the forests of Rain ended and the deserts of Wind began. Takera walked through the sand with Zeru close by. The sand was loose and grainy unlike the solid or even the muddy slippery ground that Takera had become accustomed to. The wind blew and Takera felt relaxed. They were a single re-stock of supplies short of heading down on boat to Mist. "Things are lookin' up for us now after everything we've had to deal with, huh, Zeru? " Takera stretched his arms and looked back at Zeru who had been very quiet since they left Mist. "I guess so. " Zeru said as they began to walk. Takera grew curious and worried. Zeru's unusual lack of communication meant something was wrong. At that point another memory came back to Takera. The time in Earth Country when the kunai fell from his bag and cracked upon landing on the ground. Takera stopped and turned to face Zeru. "Something is wrong.. isn't it? " He stood and watched Zeru who's head hung low to a degree. In an instant and without any warning, the sand between them erupted up and into the air. Takera's eyes warped to the Sharingan in the second it happened and things to go by in slow motion for him. Zeru was knocked back into the ground tumbling away by a kick and second short of being able to respond Takera's body went light/numb. He couldn't feel his body and then suddenly in the next instant his body erupted in pain and agony. Blood spilled everywhere as he fell to his knees and then backwards. The sounds around him became distant and his vision blurred. Through everything he could only think not of himself, but of Zeru. Unable to see straight or move, the sky began to fade away. The sharingan receeded, A shadowy figure hovered over Takera only a few moments later. Takera was unable to tell who it was before he faded off. 3 Days Later.... Takera could feel a sharp pain. His senses returning to him slowly he opened his eyes, His vision unblurred. He could feel his arms and he could feel the constant ache of his wounds. He was laying down on what seemed like a mattress or futon laid out on the floor. A damp cloth laid across his forehead. It slipped off as he turned his head to look around. His body was still weak and he knew moving would cause his injuries to open up. He expected to look over and see Zeru nearby in better or the same shape he was in, but there was no one there. The house was empty, though there was a fireplace recently used and food laid out on the table. A deep feeling of emptiness began to form in Takera's chest. The last time he saw Zeru was a second before he was nearly killed. Just then the door creaked open and a glimmer of hope came from Takera's eyes. Maybe Zeru was okay and had returned. But the feeling remained in his chest and the doubt sunk in before the old man stepped through the door. It was the very old man he had seen back in both Water and Earth Country. Suddenly Takera's mind raced. The shadowy figure he saw before was the old man. He'd been saved, but what of Zeru? Where was he? Takera's mind frantically searched for answers and he began to become stressed. Ignoring the injuries he rose to a sitting position and looked over to the old man. "Where's Zeru? Where is he?" Takera spoke aggressively with a hint of sorrow and confusion in his voice. His eyes weren't what they had been before the incident. His face took on a form of sorrow and his eyes were filled with pain. Takera was fighting the thought that Zeru was taken away from him and he was too weak to raise a finger to save him. The old man looked over at Takera sitting up in the corner of the house. Takera's expression showed a sense of frustration, sorrow, and confusion. Takera had spoken out to the old man with questions, but the old man knew he was lost inside. "I don't know what happened to the person you were with. When I arrived he had been dragged off through the sand and you were laying there nearly dead. I did what I could to heal your wounds and bring you back. The road ahead of you is going to a difficult one and you may not like what you find, but you have to learn to face reality or you'll be eaten alive by your regret and follow a path of revenge that will lead you to your own demise. " The old man spoke with a confident and strict tone to Takera as he poured himself a cup of tea and began to drink it. Takera tried to rise from his sitting position to a standing, but stumbled an cringed from the pain that followed. He laid still on his stomach next to the futon/mattress, but it wasn't long at all before he was once again trying to regain his momentum. This time he reached a standing position and began to use the furniture and things around him to stabilize himself and move towards the door. The old man set his cup of tea down and immediately moved to block Takera. "You mustn't move around. " He placed a hand sturdily on Takera's shoulder holding him in place. Takera tried to force his way through, but was unable to find the strength to remove the old man's arm or push forward. "Let me go! I have to go find him! Takera shouted at the old man. "He's still out there alone without me. There's no telling what they'll do to him! I have to go! I have to! " persisting to push on the old man's arm, but to no avail. "What can you do in the state you're in? If you go back now, they'll kill you where you stand. I won't be able to save you a second time. You're falling apart as it is. If you go and foolishly throw your life away, who will save Zeru? I doubt they would kill him, but if he managed to make it out there again it could jeapordize his life as well as your own. " The old man tried to drill sense into Takera's head. "He's out there! If I just sit here while they do unspeakable things to him.. I could never forgive myself. I refuse to sit here and do nothing. I'd rather die trying to save him than not lift a finger to help him when he needs me the most! Why can't you understand that?! Why!? " Takera shouted forth at the man trying so desperately to remove the old man's arm and grip from his shoulder. "Then I'll train you. I'll make you more than strong enough to take him back by force. It will take 1 month. They won't kill him. If he wasn't there with you nearly dead as well then they took him and if they have a purpose for him, they won't kill him. I will train you for an entire month once you've recovered. I'll drill everything I can into during that time, and once done I'll allow you to go after him. Don't throw your life away. Take the hatred and pain you feel and use it to fuel your drive to get stronger and unleash it upon those who caused you this pain, but once you've done so, let it all go. The scum that attacked you are unlike the ninja of the village. They don't have families to true friends that would go so far to get back at you like you would them. Let the circle of hatred and sorrow end with them. Don't kill them. Be prepared to accept that things aren't guarunteed to go your way. Now lay down. " The old man watched as Takera dealt with the turmoil inside. His eyes had gone from a pained look of sorrow to a pained look of passion. A fire had been started that would soon rage uncontrollably. Takera turned back towards the futon/mattress and with the help of the old man he laid back down. The old man returned to his tea and the last glimmer of light from the windows faded as it became night. 3 Days Later..... Takera was sitting across from the old man at the table in the living room of the house in Wind that he lived in. Takera hadn't uttered a single word in the past 3 days, but his wounds recovered at an amazing rate. He was almost ready to begin his training, Takera sipped the tea slowly from his glass. His mind kept sorting through his thoughts over and over trying justify and comprehend that he was sitting here doing nothing, but recovering while Zeru could be in the midst or torture or worse. Takera's hand shook lightly. The old man looked up from the table after sipping his tea calmly. "We're going to start your training shortly. Your wounds aren't entirely healed by any stretch of the imagination, but I fear the waiting will only further endanger your mental condition. " He rose from his seat and walked over to the window, holding his arms propped behind his back with his hands cupped together. The old man sighed lightly as he pondered the results of the coming training. Takera's hand stopped shaking. Slowly he lowered the cup to the table. Pushing the chair back he moved over to the dresser against the wall and pulled out his old shirt and vest. He left the mask in the drawer and as he rummaged through he found his old blue overcoat. It had been torn and nearly ruined in the fight, but amazing the tears were mended leaving no trace of tear and the partial sleeving had been removed to be open for his arms. Takera pulled forth the coat and held it out. "You modified my coat? " He questioned as he turned back to the old man. "You're a mess, Takera. We're going to focus your talents to encorporate all of your abilities. You can't let yourself become enraptured with only one set of talents when you have the potential for many sets. I'm going to train you to balance yourself between the 3 major forms of fighting. The first is Genjutsu. The second is Ninjutsu, and as you're fully aware the third is Taijutsu. The first lessen will be refining your Taijutsu. The coat was modified to give your arms complete freedom of movement, but for now you don't need it. Just bring your basic clothing. " Takera raised a brow at the statement and folded the coat back up, placing it into the dresser. After putting on his shirt and shoes, he pulled his pack off the top of the dresser and latched it to his pants on his backside. Takera walked over to the door and opened it. The old man watched Takera get prepared. He followed Takera out the door, but soon took the lead.29 Days Later.... Takera rose from his bed. The sun had barely begun to peak over the sandy hills outside the house. The house was isolated away from the main village, but the village wasn't too far off. He sat staring as the palm of his right hand. He flexed his hands and thought back on the training he'd undergone over the past month. Rising to his feet he walked over to the door where his clothes lay. His body bore a huge scar along his chest to his shoulder and there were various bandages and other things on parts of his body. As Takera reached down to gather his clothing, the old man opened the door. Takera reflexively caught the door with his hand without looking. Takera moved out of the path of the door holding his old clothing and let the old man in. The old man was holding Takera's bag by the strap and letting it hang at his side. He slowly shut the door and then raised his arm with the bag towards the table. Setting it down he proceeded to open it. "I've prepared your supplies for the trip, but even more so I found your old clothing to have been ripped and destroyed by the training and made you a new uniform to show that you've studied under a style of Wind. " The old man laid out a black almost leathery feeling shirt, a pair of proper fit pants that were somewhat baggy, fingerless black gloves with studded knuckles, a grey sash, and an arm pad. The arm pad that Zeru had been wearing before he disappeared. Takera's eyes widened. "Where did you find this? " He asked in surprise as he moved towards the table and lifted the plating off the table. The armplate was light, but durable and two straps hung down from the sides. The old man watched and stepped aside as Takera came forth to view the armplate. He thought carefully before speaking. "I had found this nearby when I found you. I assuming it belonged to your brother. I kept it from you because I wasn't sure you would be able to handle it in the condition you were in. I take it that this item really has significance. " The old man kept his hands behind his back and waited for Takera's response. Takera rubbed the front of the plate with his thumb. The mark had been wiped clean, but he knew it was the armplate Zeru had been wearing. He heard every word the old man spoke, but he chose not to respond right away as he became centered on the thoughts that resurfaced after seeing the armplate. "I see.. " Takera finally spoke as he looked back towards the old man. "I know we don't see eye-to-eye sometimes, but thanks. " Takera turned back to the table to gather everything up and proceeded to take it all to the bathroom. After bathing and cleaning up he began to slip his new clothing on. The shirt fit properly over his body and covered almost his entire upper body and his arms. It felt very durable and rather comfortable, but it was flexible and that counted the most. Upon the shirt in the upper right corner was the symbol for 'Wind' and on his back was the symbol, but at the center and much larger. After getting dressed he stepped out of the bathroom and proceeded to put on his sleeveless coat, but left it unbuttoned. He then proceeded to sling the bag over his shoulder. He looked over the house one last time before clipping his mask in place. His eyes then fixed to the old man. "I'm going now." Takera said as he hugged the old man. The old man hugged back and they parted ways. Takera opened the door and closed it behind him, taking a step into the sand. Takera reached the spot where Zeru was last spotted and began to search along the border of Rain and Wind. The wind picked up and suddenly Takera could feel the enemy's presence. His muscles tightened and he moved his feet apart getting into a stance. His eyes began to swirl once more into the Sharingan, but something more happened. His rage welled up inside as he recalled the events that took Zeru from him and his eyes once more began to take a different form. The swirls connected and formed a new kind of Sharingan. In the instant that the sand exploded in front of him his eyes widened and he forced his arm forward reaching into the sand at the right timing. His hand clenched around an object that came forth and he drug the person through the sand into view. The man had scratched violently towards his throat that was now tightly gripped upon by Takera's hand. Takera lessened his grip enough for the man to breathe and the man settled. "He stared the man directly in the eyes. To the other two standing across from Takera, it seemed as though Takera just held the man still and the man didn't move or struggle at all. Inside the man's mind it could simply be summed up as a torrent of hell and disaster.
A few minutes passed and Takera let the man go. He fell limp to the ground, not dead, but his mind was devastated and his body was worn down. Takera moved towards the other two slowly shaking the hand that held the other man by the throat. Fearing for their lives they tried to run, but fell short of making it away from him. While Takera didn't kill any of the rogues, he put them all through an unbearable hell leaving them to their pain. Through all of his interrogating in the Genjutsu he cast upon each of them, he was unable to acquire the information about his brother that he desired, but gained the knowledge that Zeru went missing from the rogue group's midst as well. Takera began to process some of the clues he gathered from their minds. It was time to move towards Snow. Takera had become universally more adapt to the styles of fighting, swordsmanship, and his element, but he was by no means strong enough to just continue imposing his will upon those who he suspected of knowing things. His goal was the sword the old man originally told him of. Once he acquired that he'd head to Lightning Country for one of two things. To join the Chuunin Exam after gaining citizenship in order to find Sorain. With Zeru gone and Takera now gone long enough to be considered a fugitive in Mist, he could only hope to re-align himself with the only other person he felt any bit comfortable around. This person was, ironically, Sorain.

Takera's eyes opened slowly. He had sweated through a cold that came from the snow. He just laid there looking at the ceiling. He came to the realization that he'd survived, but there was one key factor that rung through Takera's mind. It was cold, but Takera wasn't simply a victom of the cold. This had been an attack against him. Possibly to slow him down? Either way he knew exactly what he had seen. The snow all over the town was infused with chakra. He had been caught in some sort of jutsu that tricked his senses. It didn't feel like Genjutsu, but anything was possible after the fight against Sai and Sorain. Takera rose from the floor. The sheets had slid down from his chest to his waist and he could feel the heat of the fire flickering next to him. He was definitely alive. Looking around the room he noticed the old lady who had taken care of him. Takera lifted the blanket he had up and rose to his feet. He took the blanket and brought it up over her. After lightly tucking it around her, he grabbed his bag and coat and quietly left the house. The snow had died down and the area was no longer as active as before. Takera wondered if the one responsible for the chakra filled snow was still about. Treding carefully he made his way through the sections of housing being careful to stay away from the main path through the snow village. He needed to remain out of sight and hopefully take the caster by surprise.

After a while of walking, Hayato was able to notice that their Jonin was ocationally turning his head in which was unlike checking his surroundings, but more or less like he was checking up on both Aya and himself. Being as they only paused right away for a few seconds in order for a very brief introduction, he couldn’t tell if this was going to be a normal occurance or if he was just trying to get a feel for the both of them. Soon enough though he got his answer, as Kai turned around and started to walk backwards while talking to them. His first started to address Aya. He seemed to know a bit about her, without her having talked to him about anything he stated. Unfortunately he didn’t know if anything he was saying was true so he took it as one of two options. Ether he lying or he’d done his research on her. This could in fact explain his reasoning for why he was so tired. Before Aya could respond to what was just stated, Kai turned his attention to Hayato. Not much was known about him but what he did know was accurate. It was right after Kai spoke about what he knew about himself, that he stated that he had read their files and that being the reason he knew what he knew about them. He nodded slightly as their new leader explained a little about himself. It seemed that even though most teams were created for balance, there was no medical specialists and two recon specialists. He’d made the reference in the point that if anyone needed any questions answered in the field of recon and tracking, that he was ready to answer them as best he could. Hayato thought about it for a bit but then ended up shaking his head. He knew the basics and knew then learning much now would jeperdize his skill set by putting his focus in too many places at once. His main focus right now was to get as far as possible and then read the scroll from his family chest. He looked over to Kai and spoke up not knowing what Aya was going to say. “Excuse me, Kai? Not to be rude or anything… But I think we should get as far as possible before nightfall then rest. From what I could tell, we are a little behind in the race to get to the Hidden cloud.” He stated as he walked up to Aya’s side “In all honesty, from what I can see… Aya’s been really energized ever since the talk of going somewhere came up. So if we can use that energy we can cut some our traveling time down a bit.” Hopefully Aya knew where he was trying to get with this because they had to continue. After they’d finished talking about his topic on continuing to travel and finished talking about anything misalaniouse. They continued on until there was next to no light left for them to travel in. The temperature had become drastically lower then what they were used to at this time of year in the hidden leaf. A fire had been created in which they were all sitting around. Hayato had packed several pairings of clothing, but none were meant for this type of weather, so he’d actually put on every piece of clothing he brought except one set. This kept him warm enough with the fire in front of him, Aya and Kai. While the down time was there, Hayato figured that this would be as good of time as any to look into his scroll. With this thought in his mind, he turned and reached into his backpack and pulled the scroll from the hidden compartment. He looked over to Aya and then Kai. He paused before opening the scroll to read it and looked over to their new sensei. “If you’re wondering what this is, it’s a family heirloom in which I was just able to gain yesterday. I’m just going to read this quickly before sleeping.” He stated as he broke the seal and opened the scroll to look at the information that it contains. As soon as it was fully opened, Hayato felt slightly dizzy as his eyes became completely forest green like when he placed his hand into the chest. He watched as his vision became slightly blurry, then turn white. Then he could see the foggy forest that he was in last time. This time though he wasn’t so up-tight about the whole situation. Instead he was looking around trying to find the four animals that he saw last time. “You won’t find them Hayato… just me.” A voice played in his head as a rather large grey wolf started to walk from the hazy forest towards him. Hayato moved to face him a little better. With them now face to face, there was a moment of silence as they looked into each-others eyes. Then finally the silence was broken but not by the wolf. “So… why am I here? What possible reason is there to be here let alone where exactly is ‘here’?” Hayato asked as he looked around with a very confused look on his face. The wolf sat down and let his yellow eyes focus on Hayato. “This place… is a part of your mind. A special part that only a select few in your family can open. This is displayed by you opening the chest in which this scroll was sealed in. The reason why you need to be here is because it’s the only place in which I can give you weeks of training in a few hours while your body rests.” Hayato was taken kind of off guard by this statement. He didn’t know exactly how this could be, but the thought of training defenatelly caught his attention. “Exactly how can I be trained though? Isn’t a lot of training about muscle memory?” He asked knowing since his parents had taught him about muscle memory. “Generally, this is true. But this area of your mind we are in is a large part of the chakra control and nervous centre in your brain. With that in mind, When you are trained in this area of your mind, your chakra will create the muscle memory in which you are physically unable to do right now. Do you have any more questions? Or can we get started?” Hayato paused for a moment, thinking about exactly what was going on here. He wasn’t sure if this wolf was speaking the truth, but he figured that As of right this second, he had nothing to lose so he willingly nodded in approvel. The wolf grinned as his eyes lightly glowed a yellow ting and stood up into his normal posture. As the wolf did this though, Hayato’s muscles forced him to get into the exact same posture. This really confused him as he tried to fight his way back to his normal stance without success. “What the hell?!” Hayato demanded as he glared over to the wolf. “Your first lesson is to utilize my attributes. I can smell out most prey, and this scroll will give you the ability to use my senses. This posture though will also use your arms to help you move faster and quieter than just on your own two feet. Don’t fight this, you will get adjusted to it in due time. Anyways… your first lesion I will not force you to do. It is an offensive technique in which my look like a purely physical manouver, it actually is more chakra based. Let me show you.” With that, the wolf walked out in front of Hayato and got a little lower in stance. This stance was only held for a second as the wolf jumped up into a backflip. This was no ordinary back flip though because instead of just rotating once, the wolf continued to rotate with such speed in that any true features were blurred and there was a strange glow about it. As soon as the wolf hit the ground, instead of stopping though he continued spinning and lurched forward straight to a tree. As he headed towards the tree, the rotation of the wolf sped up. Once hitting the tree, he cut right a hole right threw it. Hayato watched the large grey wolf cut threw the tree and could start to feel his legs and arms tighten, almost like he’d been working out for a week. He looked over to the wolf then back at his arms and legs. “What’s going on?” Hayato asked as he moved himself over to where the wolf finally ended up stoping. The wolf got up, looked over his shoulder, and then turned to completely face Hayato. “As it stands, for some reason this part of your mind is resisting my presence here so there is not enough time for you to try these manouvers out yourself so more chakra is being used to imprint what skills I can teach you without you doing much. Next is a cloning skill, then after that I’ve got a ranged attack.” Hayato looked at the wolf and was about to say something but the wolf had already started to move around into his next part of his plan. He was still facing Hayato but obviously just wanting to continue in training. The wolf’s eyes started to glow slightly again as it focused it’s chakra to the point where it needed to be. Then in a very slight poof of smoke, three exact copies were created. As soon as the clones were created, They moved away to get ready for the next phase of the training. At this point of time, Hayato’s body had fallen backwards like he’d fallen asleep, but the scroll he was holding had caught on fire. Not by the fire they were around but as he was learning. The scroll had completely burned up within a few seconds.

"Ok then Hayato, Aya, lets take this up a level". Taking Hayato's words on board, Kai speed up little by little, pushing the two Genin to move a little faster, an as time passed the small group from fire walked along the long road to the village, lucky they had manage to make it to the first village before dark, thanks to them going a little faster the Kai had thought would be possible for the genin, but it seemed he was wrong and they were able to move relatively fast, he had been given some money to cover most of the costs while traveling with the two genin, which was pretty cool, Kai got one large room not really thinking of getting a second one for splitting the team by ether Jonin an Genin or Boy's and Girl, once in the hotel, the night went by without trouble, they had some dinner together at the hotel, Kai had notice more of the day Aya had been really cheerful and happy, while Hayato had been a little out of it.
The following day Mayu was in control she was also happy to be out and about, but only seemed like a more relaxed Aya, that day went by fast, Kai decide to test the two genins endurance and ran so of the day resulting in them being in the land on lightning early, and meant that they would reach the Cloud village by nightfall. Before long that were in the village, only a few hours before the exam were meant to begin, but there we in place, the air alive with the excitement that was to come.

Takera watched the rooftops and kept to a low key as he made his way back through the village to the other side. The closer he got to the other side the more the snow resonated with chakra. Takera stopped and looked at the snow infront of him. The chakra was like a trap, but it also lead Takera to it's source. Takera made his way through the houses around to the one with the strongest flow of chakra in the snow around it. Coming up behind the house to the back window, he slipped inside to see two men laying down, asleep and snoring. He took a look around to find a wall full of notes and photos. Alongside the photos was a sketch of Takera with his mask on. He noticed the red 'X' through the image and realized that they believed him to be dead. Among the files he looked over he saw one that listed a set of locations on a map marked with dots. All but one was crossed out and the word sword was under the final one. Takera realized these guys were also looking for it and had known what Takera came to Snow for. Immediately he quietly gathered up the few scrolls pertaining to the sword and snuck out the back window from where he had originally entered.
Takera continued to visualize the mark on the map and was able to use his compass to figure out a location to the spot on the map, but he wasn't sure what he was going to find. Trudging through the snow, he made his way towards the mark on the map, but as he left snow in that direction, his foot caught on something and he almost tripped. Regaining his balance he looked back. Something shined that had gotten caught on his boot. "What's this?" He said as he bent down and pulled the item free from the ground. It was a necklace. It seemed really familiar, but Takera wasn't sure where he'd seen it before. He liked the appearance and it seemed unharmed, so he put it on and let it hang at his chest before continuing on towards the spot on the map.
