 Leander seemed to raise an eyebrow with a slight grin to what she said first, when she said 'we' then when she tried to quickly correct herself, she at least realized it was too late! Then, as she turned and began, a thought hit him, she was actually a mermaid! What he had thought so impossible, was now just right in front of him... As she shifted into her mermaid form, his mouth seemed to gape open slightly, just staring at her in awe... Not terror, not fear, just... Awe, she was... So beautiful... He soon found his legs moving towards the path she had walked through (How could she be ashamed of that? It's the most beautiful sight I've ever...) She would then feel a hand on her shoulder, Leander suddenly turning her to him, placing both his hands on her shoulders, and suddenly leaning towards her, placing a soft kiss on her lips... She was the same one from his dream, and... He wouldn't let this chance pass him by... He was... So in love with her in the dream, he wanted that so much in real life, but not with anyone but her, and now here he was, finally finding her... He wouldn't just let this chance pass him by...

Azura silently had to yell at herself for being so shy and nervous, and now to top it off she was just ashamed! Her deep blue eye's resting on the water below, trying to once again calm her silly worried mind! She was just about to shift back to her human form until she felt a hand on her shoulder suddenly as he turned her to face him.The teenage Princess looking slowly up at him as he placed both his hands on her shoulders. When he drew closer to her, she could feel her heart rapidly beating of a new form of nervousness! Not..really a bad kind though. Her eye's widened slightly the moment his lips pressed softly against her own, for a moment she was shocked, completely taken by surprise! Though soon, she would find her arms wrap around him gently, as she returned the gentle kiss. Everything she had expected to happen, didn't happen...at all! (( ooc: ))

Soon, the kiss unfortuantly parted, but at least now Leander would be able to say he had kissed a mermaid and not felt like a crazy person! As the kiss parted, he smiled softly to her, a smile that hadn't shown on his face in a long time! " What did you think was going to happen? That I'd yell "eek! Monster! Run away like a little girl!"" he imitated a little girl's voice when he said that! " Don't be ashamed about this... You're the most beautiful sight I've ever laid eyes upon... You're just all the more beautiful in your true form, don't be afraid of telling me anything, I'm not going to reject you... This isn't a complication at all, in fact I love this, mermaids are so beautiful, is this what you were trying to hide? Is this what was stopping you from agreeing? How could you think I'd possibly be repulsed by this? I could never be..." he said, mermaids were so beautiful... Especially the one in front of him, none could ever match Azura in beauty, and it was just incredible that she'd like a human... He felt so unworthy to be with her!

Azura gazed into his blue- red eyes after the kiss parted, she felt as though she was in some sort of dream world! None of this seemed true yet..She knew in her heart it was. Seeing him smile, only made her face soften into a gentle smile. Then, her smile went into a slightly amused one at his sudden girlie screaming. Now -that- she didn't expect from the ever so cold-hearted Leander! At least, he used to be! Boy would his father be shocked to see him now. "..Never do that in public.." She said, a small laughter leaving her after she said that. Then her expression slipped back to a slightly more serious one. "But...That is true..You would be surprised at how many have said that here. If..you don't count the 'little girl' part in there.." At his next words, She nodded her head slowly. "...I'm...just so happy..I was so afraid..I didn't want you to know, for fear you would do just that...reject me..and I would...never see you again...I want to be with you so badly..It's just...going to be complicated, you know that right? I still have things I need to do....The place I told you that I can't take you to...It's ..My Kingdom..far out into the ocean, deeper then you could ever go..There's something there I must protect...All of my people disappeared and I am the only one left..Though by the Mystic Pearl..I can still feel them.." She paused a moment, glancing around, then just brushing that thought off. No one could possibly be here to hear that. Or find it for that matter! "The Mystic Pearl bonds us together, and protects us from some dangers in the sea. But...It's also our life-line..If something were to happen to it..." She stopped there, not really wanting to say what would happen! Though it was already somewhat obvious it wasn't good. "..A-anyway...That's why I go there everyday to keep it's protective barrier up by my magic..If anyone was to try and attack it, or steal it, my barrier will hold against anything long enough for me to stop them.."
(( ooc: Lol. I can think of all that for the Mystic Pearl, but still can't think of a name for her Kingdom! HELP MEEE! Lol. ))

Leander laughed a bit to what she said first " Oh, that's so rude, here I was considering an acting career too!" he said, playfully of course, no way he'd do that! " They just don't know true beauty when it's right in front of their faces..." he said with a soft smile, then crossed his arms " No relationship is easy... We'll just both have to comit that much harder... And aww, I was hoping you'd be able to turn me into some sort of fish person" he said playfully, meaning 'merman' or something to that affect, but not being serious of course! " It protects you from the danger of the sea, but it can't protect itself?" he asked, not harshly or anything... He then crossed his arms at what she said next, contemplating something in his head, before speaking " Looks like I'll get to know this place a lot better then..." he said with a slight grin, he was willing to make comprimise for her, and this island was pretty peaceful, so, nothing wrong with it! Although he wished he could go with her somehow... So he could make sure she was safe ((Underwater Bliss? Glorious Grace? Heaven's Descent? Lol, just naming random things that could make sense, if one've those don't work then I can think've something! XD))

Azura couldn't help but laugh at that one! "As long as you never speak in -that- voice again, you might have a chance! " She said jokingly, giggling softly afterwards. A faint blush showing upon her face at his ever so sweet words. "I guess so..Though, I'm glad for that. I would rather not be one of those 'chased' type of girls! Except if it's you, then it's fine!" She nodded her head, smiling as she just suddenly shifted her form in a flash of a second back to her human form, then wrapped her arms around his next gently. "Turn you into a Merman? Hee-hee! I just can't picture you with a fin!! Though I really do wonder if there might be some way to show you." At his next words, she gave him a small nod. "Unfortunately, yes. It doesn't have the abilities to protect itself, it's the powers it gives us, the connection that keeps us safer. It can keep the more dangerous creatures away and keep the Kingdom safe from any pollutions that might be in the waters.." Releasing her arms from his neck she took his hands gently into hers to start on there way to exit the water. "I have something I can do, It's not much! But do you still have the pearl I gave you?"

Leander nodded " Perhaps you're right about that one young mermaid lady" he said playfully, then nodded a bit to what she said next " Oh yes, you should probably get used to me chasing you... I might need to learn to swim better to chase you better, but still!" he said with a slight grin " Aw, you were so cute like that..." he said playfully when she turned back into a human " What do you think? Do I look good with a fin?" he said playfully, laughing a bit to that " Let's hope so... Hm, I see... It makes sense that you go to protect it then, that's a lot more important then I am" he said, that much was pretty obvious! At her next question, he showed her the pearl, nodding slightly " Yeah, I wasn't just gonna throw it away or something..."

Azura grinned a bit at his first words,then giggled to what he said next. It was quite funny when she thought about it. "I'll be the fast one when it comes to swimming, and you will be the fast one when it's land, Mr.Lionheart. " She playfully added, stepping out onto the rocks as she held his hand to walk on back to the house just next to the falls. "Maybe i'll make something and we can see how you look as a Merman. "She giggled softly at that. It really just didn't fit into her vision well! "I think you're one of the most handsomest man I've ever come to see in my life. So, you would most likely look so cute in a Merman form too!" Stopping a moment, she turned back to him. "You're the most important person to me. I just know that I have to protect it, for two important reasons. Continued existence of -some- peace in the sea below, and continued existence for myself! " When he held out the pearl, she smiled softly. "Glad to know! " She took the pearl from his hand in her right hand,before bringing up her left hand and once again, glancing about the area first before continueing on. A sphere about the size of a basketball began to form into her hand. What he would now be able to see was what looked like an underwater kingdom beneathe the sea. Like a vision,it went on through the water, he would also see many white glowing orb like objects floating in the water that illuminated the kingdom, giving it a soft white glow.It continued on and went into Azura's room, nothing of what any humans would picture a room to be so most likely, he wouldn't even know it was her room. Inside off to the corner, a larger sphere appeared there, and just as she said a white and blueish aura flowed around a rather large looking blue pearl. Much larger then any man has ever come to see at the size of softball. The Princess's form suddenly began to glow of a soft sky blue aura, as she crossed both the small pearl and the sphere in her hand together. Swirls of what looked like clear tunnels of water began to circle around it before bursting off into a bright glowing light.
After that was completed, she kept the sphere up a little longer, though the peal in her hand was now in a different shape, it appeared to be transformed into that of a ring. She then handed it to him. "Okay! Put that on..It'll bond to you and fit perfectly. Now, when you call me, or want to see me at anytime when I'm done, just think it and look into the pearl of the ring, it will open a sort of vision into you're mind and you can see. Then, you don't have to worry so much! I can give you a sort of tour next time I go back.." She laughed a bit at that.

After all that was done, Azura walked along the beach silently, as the waves crashed into shore, there were other siren sounds of the sea she could hear clear as day, no matter how far she was, she could hear them. The sounds of dolphins and whales singing softly in happy tunes, finding her way along the rocks of the jetty that lead out to sea she went over, walking across until she reached the very end, then sat down. "A peaceful day..For once.." She said to her friends out in the ocean, smiling as she gazed off into the horizon. Not very long after, soft squeaks were heard at her feet as two Dolphins popped out there heads out of the water happily. "Hi! Happy to see you..You've been gone for a while.." She reached down to pet them softly, then...just jumped in. Why be strange and sit out there when she was a mermaid! They obviously wanted to play. In just about an instant, she shifted her form so she could better swim around with her two dear friends..

Time went by as she swam with her dolphin friends, before they suddenly jerked off to the direction of the open sea, making rather loud, panicked noises. Azura sighed heavily, great. A few moments peace and now those jerks were back! "Have to go again..Sorry! I'll be right back...They're..back.." She said into Leanders mind, before diving off into the depths below, swimming with the two dolphins along side her as sort of guardians, the farther she got, more dolphins would show, and soon the same Orca that had earlier saved her from the whalers. All of them now swam in one large group, below the surface and out of sight of the ship.
As soon as she appraoched, she would see the harpooner's attempting to shoot at a curious pair of dolphins. They loved chasing ships, it was a horrible, sad fact..And that was how they were so easily caught and killed by these murdering pigs. Suddenly, the ship began to rock heavily back and forth, and much like before, she climbed back on board, taking to her human form and doing something completely different from what she ever had done before! Went right up to the harpoon gun, and using a wave of water to slam into the man knocking him over board. Then, she spun it around, now facing it toward the group of men.. "Ready...? I'm going to let you feel the pain you put us through..." Her eye;s narrowed, and...She pulled the trigger! The massive steel harpoon flying out and striking one of the men in the leg. It was clear now, she had enough of them!! Below, the larger whales were attempting to attack the ship from all sides, though doing no damage.The man with the harpoon just happened to be the captain! "How does it feel!?! Take it in....Suffer, feel every bit of pain that baby whale you killed suffered, and all the others...It's you're turn!!!"
As she stepped back from the now empty harpoon gun, that was still stuck in the captains leg and NOT a very easy thing to get out nor painless! As the men started to advance toward her, she started to pull on the rope attached to the harpoon, causing the pain to scream in anguish. "Come closer, and I might just rip it out as you've done once before to me..." They stopped, and instead pulled out guns! One fired at the rope, instantly breaking it off from her and the captain. Again, she made more waves crash around the ship, enough to make it violently rock and sway, knocking some things into the water unfortunately, she would have to get that out next...The others firring at her, though the bullets only slammed into her water barrier that flowed around her form just as suddenly as they pulled the weapons out! She started walking toward them now, the men having been frightened started backing away because she wasn't taking any damage. Azura found her way to the control room, and busted out the locked axe inside a glass case against the wall. Then, with the axe in hand attempted to destroy what she could of the controls, destroying there radio contact, and some of the mechanical objects stopped working.
She really had hopped to stop the ship and leave them stranded there with nothing to work! But she wasn't that lucky, the better shooters opened fire once again, finally taking out her barrier. As she got behind a wall to avoid the gunshots, the ones with the guns waited for her to go back out. "How am I still alive? " She asked herself. Everyday was intense and somehow she always managed to get out. So she had to wonder, would she get out of this one??
Not quite wanting to stay there with them and get taken in, she had to take quick actions, there was another door to the bow of the ship just a bit further away, while in the room with her was the men with the guns.Leaning her head up against the wall, the young princess took a deep breath before suddenly darting out of the room, the most worst thing that could happen is if that door was locked on the other side and she got shot to death right there.Unforunatly she didn't think of that before she ran for it! Grabbing ahold of the door, the sound of gunfire erupted again and by all the heavens luck, the door swung right open and she ran out to the back of the ship! Nearly there to the edge, she was just about to jump when she noticed the large props swirling like a giant grinder below. Azura froze up instantly, slowly turning toward the men, smiling slowly as though she had felt this was her last fight. The sea would have to defend its self soon..........
Dropping the axe to the ground, she just...gave up! "Awww.. Is the little fishie afraid to become sushi?" The man with the injured leg said as he slowly limped his way there. He began to back her toward the railing, grinning. "We told the great ShinRa of you..The reward to bringing the most bothersome girl I've ever come to meet, Is well worth it. So, As they want you alive..." The man grabbed her, slamming her up against the steel poles hoping to just knock her out right there to FINALLY bring the creature in without a grand struggle..
As Azura was slammed into the pole, the first thing she felt was the pain before things began to get blurry and hazy to her vision..
The man then would feel a great force slam into him, by some sort of unseen force that flung him back away from the girl, causing him a good bit of more pain for that leg of his.The men with the guns fired again, and only hit an invisible barrier, she sent a wave of flames toward them in a firega spell, before helping the girl up. She was still conscious, just a bit dazed..The before anyone else got a chance to do anything, she teleported them both back to the island. Rinoa was a mysterious one! How she knew what was going on was a mystery. The sorceress powers possibly having a lot to do with it.."Are you alright?" She asked her..

Rinoa followed her future sons presence to what little she could feel of him from there short, unhappy meeting. Though she didn't quite show herself yet and remainedsort of hidden behind the trees. Not as though she was trying to spy! She only just got there really. So lucky for Leander she didn't know of the little mermaid love Interest! As though she would be against it or anything. She hardly had any say anyway! The young teen began to walk a bit out of the foresty area and toward the beach not yet really finding ether one of the two but she knew he was close by...

" So this is what you've been doing..." A voice came from behind the two girls, as Leander stepped forward, not seeming to even pay the slightest mind to his mother! He was looking straight at Azura with eyes that would bore down into a person's very soul! " The next time you do this if those bastards don't kill you I will" he said, he didn't seem too happy really! How he knew what had happened was a mystery... Of course the killing part was exagirated... " Next time you go for your environmentalist stuff you're doing at the very least take me so I know you won't die" he said, then glancing at his mother finally " Hey" he said rather simply before turning back to Azura! Soon enough the Ragnorok could be heard overhead...

I promise." Leander's eyes twitched slightly " You think knowing you were in danger before is making me feel better?? I'm following next time and there's not a damned thing you're gonna do to stop me, no you wouldn't've, mother had to save your skin! I'm not gonna let you risk yourself like that..." he said seriously, glancing to his mother, but before he could say anything, Squall was suddenly there, and... Had Leander in an embrace! "Why would you just run away like that?? You think I want you in danger?? What Rinoa said doesn't mean anything, it's not the first time she's been clueless!" it was obvious where Leander got his over-protectiveness! And... Squall didn't seem to care that Rinoa was right there! He soon released Leander at least, how embarrassing for the boy right in front of Azura! He glanced to Rinoa "You apologized right? I know you're not normally like that... I don't want the two of you angry at each other..." he said, Leander shrugged a bit, looking to the side " Sorry too for what I did, I guess I wasn't thinking straight..." it seemed Azura had gotten him back with his head on straight at least! "I couldn't stand a day without a past or future..."

"It just..proves that I can escape? " She blinked innocently, she didn't really expect him to have such a reaction like that! "Besides! If you didn't know me, it wouldn't of mattered what happend..This is the life I--" She cut her words off, when Leander was suddenly hugged by his father. Well...this was awkward! And his mother, right there. She looked away quickly, kind of embarassed, so she carefully stood, staggering a bit, that slam to the head wasn't quite the greatest thing! As she got her balance she slipped away from the family reunion.It made her nervous to be around such a thing plus she didn't want to really interfear with there....moment. It was none of her busness! "Umm..i'll be in the hut while you talk to them!." She said in his mind.
Rinoa jumped a bit when Squall rushed in to hug there future son there, he always came out of the strangest places so suddenly! Scared her almost every time! The blue clad Sorceress blinked at the two, frowning at Squalls words. He really didn't understand. This moment was just completely awkward for her and made her feel like a horrible person! "..I did..." Was all she said before turning away. Geez! She wanted to go crawl into a hole or something..
After a moment of silence from her, she spoke again though wasn't looking at ether one of them. "I'm sorry that wanting to protect you for a change was such a horrible thing..That news wasn't something I would be rejoicing over, Squall..." She then turned to Leander, wanting to give him some form of a hug though she couldn't seem to. She forgave him for the way he acted toward Squall but couldn't seem to shake off the feeling she was getting. That feeling of being hated she had felt the day in the airship in space and after, which lead to her going along to the Sorceress Memorial to be sealed. After moments passed Rinoa gathered her streghth and gave him a small, apologetic hug before releasing him and looking back to Squall. Her eyes shown a sternness in them that was rarely seen my the normally cheerful young teen. " You made a promise once, but i need another one. From now on... Whatever happens.. Don't you dare try to protect me in anyway or form from anything. I am a sorceress, I can handle what ever comes..Okay? " She had to at least get that out! If he would stop being so protective of everyone then nothing would happen in the future.. " "If you want this family.. You will have to stop being so....... Heroic! "
Then she turned once again back to Leander. "So... You came to this island for a escape but instead got a catch of a girl-friend huh!? That was fast! " She -tried- to put on a kind, somewhat fun attitude, though she still felt incredibly guilty no matter what....
Rinoa turned away, about to head over to where Azura went off to toward a little hut near a massive water fall. She...couldn't even believe such a beautiful place existed! But! She realized something a little late, as though it ONLY just hit her. Rinoa's eyes set over Squall, seeming to look him up and down. "Wow, Squall...You look really..! ...um..Never mind." Awkward! Her son was like right there. "Really handsome in that new outfit!" She finished off in her mind, giggling as she walked away for the waterfalls..
