He smiled watching the fire then he looked outside. It was pitch dark. He picked Kiora up and carried her upstairs.

Kiora snuggled against him as she slept. She loved being in his arms. She nibbled at him in her sleep.

He smiled at her. He got upstairs and laid her on the bed. He put the blankets over her then pulled them back and got under them with her.

She snuggled against him, falling into a deeper sleep.

He smiles holding her close. He closes his eyes.
Fenris gives her the same nightmare but worse. After the visions of him killing Aries and her she sees the scene of him killing Aries' parents and she knows that ones real.

Kiora whimpered in her sleep, tossing in Aries's arms. "No, please stop," she begged Fenris in her sleep. "Please don't hurt him! I'll do anything!"

Somewhere in the distance outside of the relm of her dream she heard Aries scream and yell. There was a warm gooie subsance under her the next instant.
The dream stopped abruptly.

Kiora's eyes snapped open as she sat up and looked around, shivering. She searched for Aries, not knowing or understanding what was going on.

There's a big furry thing ontop of him. She heard gradual cracking of bone and Aries' slow and pain filled breathing.
He's lying dead on Aries.

Kiora pushed the dead creature off of Aries, her heart beating frantically with fear. "Please don't die on me, Aries," she cried as she pushed the creature off of him.

He looked up at her. His body was covered in a mix of green and blue blood. His entire chest was broken and bleeding then he had huge jagged claw marks down the right side of his face.

Kiora cried as she touched Aries. She wasn't going to let him die, she couldn't let him die! Magic flowed through her as her desire to heal Aries took over. The healing magic flowed into his body, healing him completely.

He took a deep gulp of air then started coughing and he sat up. He looked down at fenris's dead body. "I...I did it..."

"H-he nearly killed you," Kiora whispered, her voice sounding exhausted. "H-how did he find us?"
