Well, I'm glad to see that my crew was able to answer those questions correctly. xD
As for the swords, all I ask of right now is that they not be handed out or mentioned anymore than they already have been.

Mana_ecl Zetsuya Bipolar Phoenix Correction. 3. They're already released. My RPC Doku Le currently wields the Samehada. The Mizukage isn't just handing them out. They must be earned. The Stars will show us the way!
Correction:
The swords are technically on a hiatus, by word of Shin. A long time ago. So, in essence, the swords aren't handed out. I was talking about that the other day, as I want to get my hands on Threading Needle. Shin popped up and said that was a no go.
Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!Okay, well in that case, based on what Shinny just said, I'm all good with Samehada. Because I already have it.

possible thought.....
in light of the mizukage and her badd a** three elements and 2 bloodline abilities, i was thinking of a way we could incorperate this into our guild. It would be stated as a new class, called the "Elemental" ninja. They would learn half 2/3 the number of jutsu per element then the ninjutsu class does. at gennin, they will only be able to use 2 of ther elements and must wait to chunnin to learn about their third element. However, they are capable of using both bloodliness right of the bat. the limitations of the bloodlines is they must be elemental bloodlines, meaning you cant do sharingan and satetsu, byakugan and sharigan, ect. They could be, however, satetsu and lava (earth, lightning, fire) storm and satetsu (lightning, wind, earth) ect. everyone get it?
the only issue would we have to add in nearly all the cannon bloodlines to make this new class applicable and possible. any thoughts?

Yay, another question. Wondering about Genjutsu. Are characters allowed to learn Genjutsu techniques that do not pertain to their village? For example, my character is in Konoha, so I would learn the Leaf Genjutsu, riiight? If I wanted to, could I have her learn... say, Cloud Genjutsu, or a Guild Genjutsu?
Or am I getting this all wrong and any character can learn any type of genjutsu, and they're just categorized that way for organization?

The second part of your statement is correct, Delightpho. You can learn any of them.

At points I have seen people or personally exchanged the post value for a set of jutsus. I had to do it because I took Liger bomb for James as a formless taijutsu, and then it was part of the style I learned.
will we be able to do this with bloodlines as long as the post count is equal and the two bloodlines are completely exchanged?

Aheh, I'm still not exactly sure what you mean. ^ ^;;
You learned the Liger Bomb of your own accord, and then you learned it again in the Kaiser Fist style, is that what I'm getting?
And, then, you wanna know if you learned a technique free form, and it's also in a bloodline, if you have to learn it again or something.
