"Oh. I did not know you two liked the flowers so much. I will bring more then. Its nice to be making others smile." Aleksey said with a smile of his own. "I hope it does not be snowing too much here. Even if it does, it wont be as bad as Mother Russia." Aleksey said gently. He then looked back to Mindy. "More of flowers, da? Ah.. right now that is all i having. I do having other things though.. apricots, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, green Herbs. Oh and the sunflowers... and bee's..bunnies.. butterflies.. but i did not be bringing those there." Aleksey said as he looked upwards to think of the farm and everything that was on it. "I can plant roses in the fall, da? Pretty ladies can be having those." Aleksey said as he looked to Mindy and then to Mei. "You two are nice." Aleksey commented to the women with a light blush. "Women here are nice.. the men.. not seeming to be so much." Aleksey said with a light frown remembering the rudeness of Alex and the ignoring Keith had done to him.

_____________He certainly seemed to have a lot on his farm. Even cute little critters such as bunnies. She watched as he looked up to the ceiling in thought. It was cute how he carried himself. He then mentioned about planted roses in the fall. She lit up at the sound of that. Mindy loved roses, especially the way they smelled.
"Mmm, roses."
When he called Mei and herself nice, Mindy smiled brightly. She could get used to knowing a pleasant guy like him. If she had it her way, she would invited him back to the clinic everyday.
"Don't mind them. Mei and I are willing to talk to you if we aren't busy with the doctor. ."

"Oh, really? Thank you!" Mei called after Mindy as she stood up to go find a vase. While she waited for her coworker's return, she turned to smile at Aleksey. "It's very kind of you," she repeated, if anything, to fill the silence. When the nurse returned, Mei took her own flower and dropped it into the vase as well. You know, maybe if she was lucky, the vase would fall over and destroy the computer! Wouldn't that be wonderful?
"You have a fruit farm, Mister Aleksey?" she spoke up. That would explain it! How nice it must be, having a farm full of pretty flowers and nice, delicious fruit~ Oh, was she jealous? Probably a little bit. "That sounds lovely."
Then Mindy proposed that he come by again! (She actually didn't, but try explaining that to Mei once she had her hopes up.) "Yes, you should come by if you want to talk!" Mao probably wouldn't like it. But Mao didn't need to know! Aleksey could just say he was buying medicine! ...Oh, she hated how much of a liar she had become.

Aleksey blushed and smiled broadly at the two girls. Aw, they wanted him to come back, give them more flowers and just to chit chat. It made the Russian blush furiously. He had wanted a nice pick me up after the rudeness of the males, but he hadn't expected this. He chuckled lightly and put a hand to his head, his gloved fingers running through his pale blonde locks. "Da. I do. You two can be coming by and visiting? I would be liking the company. And i have Vodka from Mother Russia. And lots of fruits." Aleksey said with a bit of an embarrassed tone. Really he had just been giving out flowers because.. well he had been sooo happy it wasnt cold and snowy as hell here. The good weather put him in a good mood. And coming from Russia, Aleksey was used to sharing things with others. Communism kind of made you do that. "I will be doing that then, when im not farm running." Aleksey said in agreement. Yes. It would be nice to come by and talk with these two lovely girls. Aleksey fell into a gentle happy silence as now he didnt know what to do. He didnt exactly want to leave. Not unless one of the girls would come home with him. That would be nice. But it was too soon, they had just met. "Ah~ I should be getting going then, da? You two have the work to be doing, and im intruding." Aleksey said as he bowed every so slightly. "Pa-ka. It is Goodbye in Russia." Aleksey said gently and with a smile as he held up his hand in a bidding of farewell. He would wait until the girls bid him farewell, or tried to make him stay before he actually moved his feet though.

_____________She was glad to see how happy Mei was with this gentleman around. It was nice to see her smiling and not terrified of that . . Mao. Mindy noticed that Aleksey was blushing quiet a bit but why she didn't really understand. Unless, he was attracted to them or their personalities. . Or shy. That was a possibility too. It was nice that he had invited both Mei and Mindy to come and visit his farm. She just may do that when she is off her shift. She wasn't on board with the drinking but the fruits sounded great. Mindy looked up at Mei and her own sunflowers sitting in the vase on the desk. They looked so lovely together, dazzling in the office light or any light probably. She blinked a few times coming into focus when Aleksey said he would be leaving.
"Aw, so soon," she asked.
He had such manners, bowing as he was leaving or attempting to leave. There wasn't anything going on in the clinic so she didn't understand why he felt like he were intruding. She still hadn't seen Mao or Doctor Milly. Mindy frowned a little and wondered how Mei would react to this kind man's departure.
"Well, if you must. ." She paused and then smiled again to bring about a cheerful good-bye and learned a new word. "Pa-ka, Aleksey."

For a brief moment, Mei blacked out. Her eyesight went fuzzy, and then all of a sudden, she wasn't standing hellthe clinic, she was in the middle of a fruit farm. The trees were filled with sweet smelling fruits, hypoallergenic rabbits were frolicking in the soft ground around her. Birds tweeted cheerfully overhead. There were flowers everywhere, and the sun was shining warmly. And, of course, Mei was wearing the same sundress and straw hat she had imagined herself wearing in the last delusional fantasy, back at her apartment that morning. Oh, it was lovely. Couldn't she go there now? If only, if only....
But as quickly as it had come, soon her vision cleared and she found herself standing in front of Aleksey and Mindy once more. Oh, she had to hide the disappoint from her face. "I would really like to!" she answered, almost a little too eagerly.
Now Aleksey was leaving. Mei didn't bother hiding her disappointment this time. "Ah, oh really? Well, please come again," she replied gently, giving him a small wave goodbye.

Aleksey, who hadnt moved of course, watched the girls reactions to him about to leave. Did they not want him to go? Well.. he didnt have to. He just felt he was intruding. But.. They had already said goodbye. He should leave now right? Or stay? Aleksey's brow furrowed in thought. He started looking around for a clock. He did have a farm to get back home to.. but it wasnt like the farm would die without him. Not with how those seeds and plants grew so fast! Yeah he had started them off in his home land but here.. they thrived in all of two weeks and were already baring fruit. He held up a finger, opening his mouth ready to say that he could stay a bit longer but he frowned. No, he should go, it would be better to have the girls come to his house and have a nice dinner, some vodka, fruit and more flowers. "Da. I will be seeing you soon." Aleksey said with a smile. He then turned and headed out of the clinic. -exit Aleksey-

-Camelia Grey & Ilya De La Cruz-
-NEW DAY-
Camelia had not been happy these last few days. Either she ate something, or she was sick with something, but she had not been feeling well. It had been pretty recent, and at first she hardly felt something wrong. Except this weekend was not good for her. She came late to work on Mondays anyways, so the woman decided to get checked out at the clinic to be safe. Besides, no fun time with Vlad if this kept up... Camelia sighed lightly before finishing her trek over to the counter in the clinic. "Hello? I called a bit earlier? Camelia Grey. About a check up with the doctor?" She really wasn't sure what was wrong with her... so a check up had seen like the most viable option.
Not far from the brunette was Ilya, arriving with a good set of worries to the clinic. Yes, THOSE worries. Was she? Maybe not... Nah. Maybe she caught a bug and was feeling bad. Then what would explain that nagging feeling in the back of her head? Well she'd find out soon enough. Right now she went to the counter, signed herself up to be attended by the doctor, exchanging a quick "Hello" before taking a seat. It looked like the brunette was first.

It had been a quiet summer so far in the clinic. Mei had been as absentminded as usual, even though she kept on meaning to talk to Mindy about her visit to Aleksey's home a while ago, and to ask her some questions about what she had experienced. Really, as high ranking as the fancy private school she had attended from kindergarten all through high school claimed to be, it had really failed her when it came to alcohol and drug safety and sex ed. But that awkward yet equally entertaining conversation would have to wait until later, because the Chinese woman was much too busy doing work... Or not. Really, there wasn't much for her to do, especially when it was as quiet as it had been lately, and so she had pulled out an extra long sheet of paper, one of the kinds that she used to record hard copies of the computer documents onto. Over the course of the day, she had been absentmindedly doodling on it, drawing pictures of pandas and her "pet" cactus and the little spider she had befriended in the cupboard before she killed it in a fit of terror. Oh, and at some point, she figured out how to move the pen and make lines like a tiny little calligraphy brush, and so, channeling her school days, she began repeating the same character over and over and over again. What was that character? Oh, Mao's name, of course! But she hadn't noticed this, not until the door opened cheerfully and two women entered. That's when Mei glanced down at the paper, saw that she had thoroughly covered it in her boss's name, and then in a mix of panic, horror, and fury, she ripped the paper into itty bitty little pieces. She would have to remember to eat them all later, so there was no evidence whatsoever, but for now she stored them underneath the computer keyboard, where they would be safe.
Now she finally focused on the people who had come in. Both were very pretty, and Mei perked up at the sight of them. One took a seat, while the other, the one with really pretty green eyes, had beelined for the desk. The receptionist stared at Camelia blankly for a moment, before her brain switched to English and she realized that she was here for an appointment. Oh yes! She knew something was going on! "Oh! Yes! Miss Grey! Just a moment!" she greeted her somewhat dreamily. As she rose from her seat, she grabbed two rubber bouncy balls, the kind you can get from bubble gum machines, and made her way to Mao's office door. She stopped a few feet away and, taking one ball in each hand, threw them at the door, timing it so that it followed the pattern of someone knocking. "Doctor! You have a patient!" she called in Mandarin before spinning around on her heel. The less time she spent in his way, the better. And so she ran off to pick up the bouncy balls before returning to her desk.
Now she focused on Ilya, since Camelia was now Mao's problem. "Yes? May I help you?" she greeted the darker haired woman in the waiting area. But she didn't stop there. After speaking, she threw a third bouncy ball over the desk, so it bounced wildly around the waiting room before settling underneath one of the chairs. Why had Mei switched to a bouncy ball system? It was a brilliant idea she had come up with while hiding in the cupboard and speaking to herself, as she usually did when Mindy and Milly were busy.

Mao, who had, of course, been in his office as per usual, doing his normal routine of mixing the most random of items for their individual properties to see the result. If it seemed at all promising, he would then go out and either force feed it to Mei or any of the patients inside the clinic. Xochiquetzal was a bit too young for such things, hence why the infant, who was in her father's care for the season, was in the corner munching on a dried lizard tail quite happily. But, the baby was always like that when she was at her daddy's place, especially since Newt hadn't shown up in days. Ever since he had been catnapped, the feline had gotten a taste for the outdoors, only coming and going as he saw fit. Mao had yet to forgive the animal for being so pathetic as to get stolen by a crazed little girl, so he hasn't at all tried to keep him around.
Instead, he focused his lack of attention onto Xochiquetzal, by letting her sit back in a corner or roam the clinic whenever she got curious and the door was left open. But, the child was trapped right then.. Until two knocks came to the door and Mao stood up from his desk. He shared a look with his daughter before he went to open the door. A patient? ..Ah. “Your father will be back momentarily, Xochiquetzal.” He spoke to the infant in Mandarin, if only because he was determined that she learn the language. Manadarin Chinese was the only good language, after all! He opened the door and left it ajar, catching the baby's attention.. until she took another few menums of her lizard tail. Later~
Mao stepped out of the office and looked at the group of women there, his eyes going to Camelia first. He didn't know the women too well, no, but she had come for the occasional check up like most of the residents and, of course, she had called ahead to make an appointment. “..Ms. Grey.” He greeted and took a small look at the other walk in. Ah, he would let Mei bother with that one. “Let's begin.” He turned and headed into one of the back rooms, expecting her to have the capacity to follow him without some silly hand motion.

-Camelia Grey & Ilya De La Cruz-
Well that was... a bit odd... But Camelia didn't care for odd at the moment. Why would you when the hole island screamed weird as hell in every corner? The woman looked in the direction that the receptionist had gone to, being met with the doctor. Oh joy, she had hoped that maybe they had another doctor, especially since each check-up basically ended in the two arguing with each other. She rolled her eyes, remembering those wonderful check-ups before heading back to follow Mao. "Yes please" she said to him. Once inside, she left her purse at the chair next to the door and crossed her arms when she faced the Chinese man. "All right, let's get something straight. No weird-a** concoctions this time" she threatened initially, the last ones were enough to leave her sicker than before, and she wasn't even sick at first. "Now, I'll be fast. I... I've been pretty fatigued lately, and I've had some dizzy spells, and I don't know why. As far as both knew, I was fine so... Care to help me figure out what's wrong with me?" Course she had been moodier than ever, but telling Mao that was possibly a free ticket to get insulted...
Ilya looked over to the woman at the counter, opening her mouth to speak before a bouncy ball came into the room, bouncing around until settling underneath the chair. She couldn't help but laugh a bit at the whole scene. "Actually..." she started as she got off the chair and to the floor to get the ball. "I'd like to take a test... Ah got it" added the female once she grabbed it and stood up. Ilya turned to face Mei before throwing the ball to the floor, with enough force to to send the ball over the desk and back to Mei. "A pregnancy test... Word to the wise... go on the pill. Then you wouldn't be wondering like I am right now" said Ilya with a small chuckle.

Mei watched Camelia walk past and disappear into the back with Mao, before turning back to look at Ilya, who had taken the bouncy ball in hand. The Chinese woman flinched as the other woman threw it back, and attempted to catch it, but a bouncy ball was smaller than, say, a fish, and so it instead soared over her desk, far from her grasp, and came to settle in the corner by the cabinets.
She continued to smile as Ilya walked over, though it faltered as the woman mentioned a pregnancy test. Ahh, more unsavory topics. It seemed that about half of the time, someone was coming in for a pregnancy test, or something related to STD's. It made Mei feel uncomfortable, having to talk about it so openly. "Uhm... A... test?" she repeated, staring at Ilya blankly as the woman went on about pills. Not only had her school failed her in terms of sex education, but the pill wasn't a main form of birth control in China, not at all, and so the idea of taking hormone pills was an unfamiliar concept. Besides, her mother had always said that taking birth control before one was married was something for whores and ugly women. "...Just a moment." Now her smile returned, and she turned where she stood, trying to remember where they kept things like that. She DID sell medicine and the like. Most people wanted to see a doctor first, but she did have at least that much power...
After poking around the cabinets for a moment, Mei stumbled upon a small stack of pregnancy tests. She turned one of the boxes over in her hand, looking at it curiously before returning to where she had stood and handed the box out to Ilya. Sure, she didn't approve, or really understand, but she could see how it could be a nervewracking situation, and so she felt for the woman.

No concoctions? Mao was practically pouting as he put the jar full of some jelly substance full of round, oval, and shriveled up objects floating about back on the shelf from whence it came. Camelia was a rather amusing test subject, to say the least – almost as much as Blaire, though Blaire's helplessness and requirement for his medical care made it more entertaining. What could he say? Mao was a sore loser and, even if he liked a challenge, he liked having the upper hand more.
“Dizzy spells?” Mao arched an eyebrow at the girl and made a soft hum, as if he really was thinking it over. “I'm afraid there's hundreds of things that could be wrong with you with just that, Ms. Grey.” He stated dryly after a second, frowning at her, “A common cold, obesity – you have been putting on weight,” He said with a pointed look to her revealed legs, as if there was an extra layer of fat there that sprung up since she last saw her own reflection, “or early menopause. Tell me, have you dried up yet? We all know, I'm sure, that you check in with the mood swings, but that could be because of your inherit insecurities. ..Speaking of which,” He held up a finger in actual consideration, “have you been sleeping around? I don't believe you're dating, but since when has that ever stopped anyone such as yourself?” He shrugged and looked at her flatly, waiting for a proper response. ..Maybe a little mean, yes, but.. if she hadn't told him no on the weird concoctions, he would have been much nicer! By Mao's standard's, at least.

-Camelia Grey & Ilya De La Cruz-
Gross... good thing she threatened him on time, because that looked horrible. Camelia had spent a good second grimacing at the sight of the jars... and their insides. The crappy feeling brought by those things was gone quick enough when Mao opened his mouth to talk. At first it actually looked like he would behave... Sure a little attitude, but it was a doctor-adequate response. Or so she figured. "Hey!" Her legs were not obese! ...So he had a point about the weight but it wasn't that... crap... Her eyes narrowed at the menopause comment. "Sure. As if 23 year olds are constantly suffering from menopause" she commented with a scoff. She didn't know if it was possible, but it sounded pretty ridiculous to her. Hm? As helpful at the next part was, it was still disrespectful. "I think as much as the chances of you getting laid" snapped Camelia at first, crossing her arms in front of her, still for a moment. However she slackened her shoulders and let a breath, possibly trying to let her guard down, even if a bit. "I have been having sex but..." as her voice trailed off, the realization hit her. Could it be... "No. It can't be that... It shouldn't be that... Am I?" Goddamn it demonic Chinese guy! Be useful for once!
"Sure" nodded the woman, looking around the room as she waited. She was really hoping she was wrong about this but... hey what could she do? Whatever happened, she wouldn't tell anyone for a while... What's the worst that could happen really? Besides... the father would be... Oh that's something she shouldn't think about. This could even be a false alarm and-Ah Mei was back, breaking the woman from her thoughts. "Thanks" smiled Ilya as she took the box. Had she ever used one of these? Oh right... Back in high school when she had that scare, but back then she had actually panicked. "I'll just go... use this... yeah..." she said before searching around for a bathroom. It was better here... Kaleb would probably be pissed if he found out right now anyways... Or panic more than her... Oh well here was the bathroom.

Mao rolled his eyes at Camelia's so predictable responses – but, to be honest, he rather enjoyed them. But, only in the way one can enjoy biting into a chicken wing when one certainly asked for a steak. The girl's personality was better than most, true, but it was only a cheap imitation when compared to such women as Judith. That basically meant that, while Mao rather enjoyed speaking to Camelia, he wasn't having any wet dreams over the girl. It would be hard to tell if that was more comforting that someone like Mao wasn't jerking off to her thought or just upsetting that an old woman like Judith could seem more attractive, but, he wouldn't know either way. Camelia had admitted to something, forcing his eyebrows to raise and him to stare at her just a tad more intently than before. “..To correct you, first of all, Camelia, early menopause is a real disorder that can happen at any age after puberty begins,” He drawled before pausing, turning slightly to the cupboards in the room, “but, I don't think that's the case..”
Considering how much of a slut she was, he would presume the most likely answer was.. ah. Pregnancy. He took down a box with a basic, but certified, pregnancy test and handed it to Camelia unceremoniously, “We could have you wait a week for the completely accurate test, but I don't think you have the capacity to be patient – not until you forgot about it entirely,” Because he was sure every female that wasn't Judith was so small minded that they couldn't hold much in their head, let alone memories. It was why he had to remind Mei every time he saw her just how worthless he found her by a look or comment. “so the ninety-seven percent accurate test will have to do. Go down the hall, the bathroom is there. Use it and return here.” ..Why return there? Well, because he wanted to see the result and mock her for it! But, he said it serious enough to make it appear as though there was a real reason there, so he doubted she would detect it~
