 "Life is a waterfall, we're one in the river and one again after the falls..." Slowly, Meiun stirred, and, thinking she had said it out loud, said "I recieved your mental message last night... Loud and clear... You hit the floor a couple of times, but I caught you before you hit your head and dealt any fatal damage." Sighing, he slowly stood up, looking a little confused at his leg, now healed, but shrugged it off, thinking it must have healed while he was asleep. "You had some major damage, but not much. I took you in here and healed you... And don't worry, while I was inspecting for damage, I made sure to retain your dignity... I only frisked certain areas lightly and briefly." Sighing, he shook his head, and said "Why didn't you tell me when you were reaching your limits? It would have helped avoid all of this..." His irritation was plain... as well as his concern. He didn't quite know it... but he kinda liked her... "...Life is a waterfall, you drink from the river then you turn around and put up your walls"  Never gonna save me

And now it's over cause I'm stepping out, again Slowly, Athrius smiled, getting up and kissing her. "I think I could do that..." That was when his stomach growled as well. Chuckling, he said "And I think I agree... Food is deffinately neccessary at the moment!"Never gonna break me

Cause you're the one that's going down As her shoes tapped against the floor, it made a light thudding sound as she approached the bar. She passed right by where Miron and Selene were sitting, taking her seat at the bar. She drew the attentions of most people there... Espescially with her mutliple tails, swaying randomly. slowly reaching into the pouch dangling next to her blade, she placed a couple coins on the bar, and said, in her light, melodic voice that was typical to kitsunes, "A beer, barkeep... and make it a good one..." As he went about his job, one of the bar goers, obviously drunk, stumbled forth. "Well... A Kitsune... Might'nt you be that Kaldra gal..." Slowly, Kaldra rolled her head to look at the drunk. "Yeah... What of it?" Glaring, he said "You killed my brother at a bar jus' south o' here!" Laughing, she said "Ah... Yes... I see the resemblance... He got drunk, just as you are now, and started making advances. When I refused, he drew his sword on me. What are you planning on doing about it?" Drawing his blade, he said " I plan on taking yer life in re- re... recom... I'M JUS' GONNA KILL YOUR a**!!!" As he charged, Kaldra was swift. Her blade came out, skewering him through the chest. She sighed, closing her eyes, and said, softly, "Idiot." before letting him down, none too softly, and turning back to the bar. Everyone was suddenly very occupied with their own food and drink, and the barkeep was VERY quick to place the beer in front of her.  Tell me that we belong together
Dress it up with the trappings of loveMiron had been eying the problem since the man had gotten up, knowing something was going to down, and his caution had been running through the bond... Selene had had her back to the whole thing. Once the blade was drawn, Miron was getting up, drawing his own blade... but the problem was solved before he even had to blink. Shrugging, he sheathed his own blade, sitting back down, and said "And one wonders why I don't like bars..."I'll be captivated, I'll hang from your lips

  MinaMina took a deep breath, knowing that once more he somehow heard her thoughts. She closed her eyes and shook her head, her mind trying to come up with a reason that would actually fit. 'How is he hearing what I am thinking? I'm not sending my thoughts to him, so there should be no reason he would hear them. Yet he clearly is, what does that mean?' As she thought to herself, once more those thoughts traveled to him. She looked up to him as he spoke of healing her and the damage she had taken. She blushed slightly, something she never did before in her life, and when he scolded her that blush turned to a flush of anger. She spoke, her anger evident in her voice, a voice that was normally calm and even, was now raised and full of the anger that was boiling inside of her. "Well thank you for the help but Sir, you are not my parent or in charge of me in any way. I have cared for myself for a long time, have dealt with things now child should. So I think I can care for myself still. I made a mistake thinking I could expand all that energy, energy that I have been feeding to Selene for the extent of her whole life without issue, but I know that I can't do that with you all. I will be more cautious but do not expect me to report to you." She stood, allowing the sheet of the bed to fall from her before she turned and exited the room, walking down to her own and closing the door behind her. She changed out of her current dress and put another one on before she brushed her hair and headed down stairs to break her fast. She was still fuming when she reached the table where she saw Miron and Selene. A little of her anger drained away as she felt the bond that had formed between them and smiled to herself before speaking in her calm even tone. "Good morning Selene. Good morning Miron. I hope you both rested well last night." She placed a soft kiss to Selene's cheek before she took her seat. She sat away from them and from where the others would be seated and waited for the food to be brought to them.

Sheridan  Sheridan smiled as she placed her hand in his and headed to the door of her room. She opened the door and slowly exited and heading to the kitchen to ask the cook to whip up a meal for herself and Athrius. After asking the cook for the meal she walked with Athrius beside her to a small table in the dining hall and sat down. "It shouldn't take Cook too long to put a small meal together for us, even though she was not too pleased that I was not here for the actual meal she had prepared."

"Life is a waterfall, we're one in the river and one again after the falls..." Mixed emotions ran through Meiun's mind... He didn't know it, but when he had created the energy siphon to Mina, he had also started the point to an emotional bond... but because of how he did it, it was currently rather one-sided. His emotions traveled through the siphon, since, now that he was alone, they had strengthened drastically. Anger, deprecation... both of which to himself... and some sorrow. Also teetering on the verge of the demi-bond was a sense of loneliness... He sighed, sitting in the chair, his head leaned back, looking at the ceiling... "Well..." He slowly said with a sigh, "That went well...""...Life is a waterfall, you drink from the river then you turn around and put up your walls" Tell me that we belong together

Pausing, he felt a bit of anger in the back of his mind, where the emotions he felt from nearby people were... Was that from someone else... or Mina? She didn't seem to angry, though, so it couldn't be from her... Shrugging it off, he turned back to Selene, folding his arms, and leaning his head against the table on top of them, looking at her whimsically. I'll be captivated, I'll hang from your lips

Thinking for a moment, she walked over, and placed a foot on one of the chairs, leaning over the table, looking at the trio. "So... You all look like you're on a mission... Considering the times, I'd say you have one similar to my own... Tell me... Exactly what is it that you're questing for? And for who?"Tell me that we belong together

Selene
Selene felt all of Miron's emotions and reactions to all the goings on, and then jumped when the other kitsune sat down next to her. She scooched away from Kaldra and closer to Miron, a little frightened of the female fox. As Mina kissed Selene on the cheek, Selene smiled at her, but then frowned. She knew Mina better than anyone else, except for perhaps Miron now. She knew Mina was angry or frustrated about something, but due to her loyalty to her sister, Selene didn't say anything. Listening to the kitsune's sudden question, Selene was taken aback.
"We're just looking for someone," she said softly, trying to get the kitsune girl to go away. Despite her bond with Miron, Selene knew that the kitsune was really more Miron's type as far as species went, and Selene felt that her own wings had nothing on the kitsune's beautiful tails. All of Selene's emotions were small and combining, bundling themselves together to go through th bond to Miron, but she didn't notice, still struggling to fight against her irrational fear of the kitsune's strength. Selene had her own strength too!

Linda
Linda looked at the soldier in front of her. He had gotten there only minutes before and explained the situation to her. The funny thing was, the woman he had described had run past her only an hour before. Linda scowled, tempted to kill the man.
"You're telling me that you can't even catch a woman barely able to hold herself up...?!" Linda hissed angrily, kicking the man hard enough to cave his head in. Turning to the soldier behind him as he started to resurrect himself, Linda scowled. "Very well, I will get her. But if you cost me my chance at this group, then you will be sorry..." she whispered, her tone threatening. In an instant, she was gone, into the hotel and making herself seem Fae, wings aura and all. She went to the innkeeper and asked after her friend who was sick, and she had just come in here, saying that she was there to take her back home. The innkeeper nodded and led Linda to the back room. Linda picked the woman up and left, running back up to the forest as soon as she was outside. "Here. Now take her and make sure you follow the orders Darian gave you."
The soldiers nodded and started back towards the Undead Land. They were careful to keep Sienna from harm, but she still had many scratches upon her by the time they knocked upon the doors.
Linda, Meanwhile, was back to watching the group, knowing that Selene would be falling over in a few hours because of the poison that Linda had slipped her. And Linda would be fighting them at that time, just to show them how powerful the little Princess was, and how integral she was to the group....

  King Darian
Darian was there at the first sound of knocking upon the doors. When he saw the way Sienna was scratched up, and weakened drastically, his rage boiled over.
"You fools! I told you to keep her from harm!" he shouted. "You will all be killed, and you will never be allowed to be sent out upon missions as delicate as this again!" He gently took Sienna from them, and then went inside, shutting the doors behind him. Summoning a steward, he commanded the man to get blood. The man nodded, going to the blood bank that Darian kept for himself and his daughter. Surely Sheridan would drink some as well.
"Thank you," he said to the steward as the steward left, and ignored everything after that. Taking the top off the bottle of blood, he raised it to Sienna's lips, and poured some into her mouth. He noticed an automatic reaction to the taste of the ruby liquid, and he raised the bottle to her lips again.
"Please drink it... Please..." he begged, his tone soft. He didn't want to lose her, not after he had found her again, and this time, she seemed to be worse off than when he had found her the first time in that village.

Riku Itsuki Amakura  All night staring at the ceiling
Counting the minutes I've been feeling this way
So far away and so alone ((I'm back! I beat Assassin's Creed Brotherhood! Not sure how to jump back in honestly. >.<)) Riku kept on sleeping. In his dreams, he could see memories of the life he once had. A life that he secretly wished to have again. Then again, didn't all assassin's long for the normal life? Riku did. Life seemed so much easier when there were no cares in the world. Unfortuntely, reality settled in and normalcy had to take a hike. This didn't meant Riku regretted the life he had. He just wish that he could see his family again and enjoy things most people enjoyed. Unfortuntely, that didn't look like that was going to be happening anytime soon. There's no way I'm giving up this time
Yeah, you know I'm right here

((Simple, go to the group. Talk to Kaldra... She's the knew addition... And a Mercenary, so...))
Miron looked at Selene out of the corner of his eye, and slowly wrapped his arm around her a little tighter, electing to go into his dragon form... With the way she was looking at the new girl's tails, then his tail, that was where the insecurity he felt came from... So he was getting rid of the point of comparison. And reinforced the show of love to her by holding her closer... He made sure to run reassuring and loving emotions through the bond to her.
Kaldra laughed, and said "Aren't we all? You're looking for someone, I'm looking for someone... I wonder if the person we're looking for is the same..." She leaned in further, looking at the group, a grin on her face, and said "I am looking for someone I'm pretty sure you know of... The legendary hero... Y'know somethin' about him? Or her, as the case may be?" Leaning back, she said "My contract said to look for the royal family, see if they knew anything, but let's face it, the few times I've had to deal with the royal family... They might not appreciate me showing up at their door for information..." Grinning, she said "So my only way of finding this "Hero" is by asking fay like yourself. After all, we're after the same thing? Takin' out the undead and whatnot, am I right?"
Slowly, Meiun got up with a sigh, making his way down to the room. Ignoring Kaldra, oddly enough, he instead took his food and walked outside.

Selene looked at Miron and smiled happily, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek before letting her emotions of thanks and happiness run through the bond, and then she looked back at the kitsune girl. Hearing her say something about the royal family, Selene flushed a little, but tried not to give it away that she was the youngest Princess. Instead, she latched onto the subject of the legendary warrior.
"The legendary warrior?" she asked. She made her tone appear scoffing. She had heard Riku do it often enough, it shouldn't be an issue. "There is no such thing, and I don't think that anyone should waste their time trying to find him." She turned away from the girl, a small wince on her face. She didn't think that she had gotten the tone down right, and she really didn't like to act like that... "By the way, what is your name? I don't believe you introduced yourself, as is proper," Selene said offhandedly, then gasped, putting a hand to her mouth. Had she really just said that?! Selene's face was really red now, and she shook her head, trying to get rid of the frustration. The flow of love and warmth and everything else from Miron was helping a little bit, and Selene slowly calmed down.

Kaldra slowly smiled, looking at Selene. "Well... It seems I struck a nerve. You do know something, and you're hiding it." Chuckling, she leaned back, and said "The name's Kaldra. I'm a mercenary... currently hired by a man who, by code, I am not to say the name of... but... he's one of yours, so don't worry about me being your enemy." Stretching, he said "Though... I will say that, while he wasn't in the royal family, he worked in the service of the royal family... And was paying a pretty penny... It seems as though the royal family believes the legendary warrior or whatnot exists." Finally taking a seat, and leaning her head against the backs of her hands, knitting her fingers together, she says "Now, you could either continue being meaninglessly uncivil to someone simply wanting to help, or you can help me to help you, and tell me what you know."
Mentally, Miron said to Selene "She's not lying... I can tell that much... A mercenary? I've dealt with them a while... We'd have to watch her, if we choose to trust her... and even if we don't, still watch her. Mercenaries are unpredictable, usually. Very few actually hold to real codes of conduct, it's mostly a dog-eat-dog world..."

Selene Selene nodded and then looked at Kaldra, sighing. "We actually don't know much yet..." she said softly, not wanting the conversation to carry very far into the common room of the inn. "We are on our way to the Oracle to see if we can get any information from her..." Selen sighed, feeling an odd ache in her stomach, but dismissing it before looking at Kaldra. "I'm not sure you would know much more than us, for we have the same information the royal family does," she added. Selene stood, and then looked at the others. "I kind of want to go outside and get some fresh air..." she said softly, then turned and started to walk towards the door. The common room of the inn was starting to get to her and she was feeling a little claustriphobic.

Miron blinked, standing up and running after her. He knew how claustrophobia felt... and the odd feeling in her stomach was not from Claustrophobia... He could tell that much from the bond, and claustrophobia, in his experiences, causes headaches for the most part... then again, he was a bit different from everyone else... He could still go and comfort her.
Kaldra smiled, leaning back, and said "Then I'm joining this party..."

MinaMina sat at the table just looking down to her hands, but when an unknown woman walked up her spine went stiff and she was ready to protect those that were under her care. She looked to Selene, glad to see she was holding up other then the few insecurities that she was feeling. She then slowly looked to the young woman and spoke softly, her tone even and calm. "Miss, even if we did know something, I have seen no reason to trust you with the information we have. But for you I will agree with my companion, we are going to speak to someone and see what we can learn from her. Now, if you do not mind I am going to see if my friends are alright." Mina stood and gave a slight curtsy and then turned on her heel and walked out the doors of the inn to follow after Selene and Miron. "Selene are you alright?" Mina looked about for Meiun, even though she was still upset with him, she knew he was a skilled healer. He had to be to be ale to heal the wounds he said she had gotten. When she spotted him so walked over and spoke to him in her calm even tone, not showing any of the anger that was still boiling below the surface. "Meiun, I think Selene might be ill. I am unable to tell what it is, I just know she is feeling claustrophobic as well as feeling a weird sensation in her stomach. Could you maybe help me to figure out what is wrong with her?"
