She said a spell and her and Roxy's meat was chicken as she slowly ate, she heard a knock, "Another one?!" She mumbled under her breath as her wrist still bled.

She sighed, better than eating that food, I would if he would let me shift. She heard something in the woods and ignored it, probably a rabbit or crow.
