Today's intake: •1 med. scrambled egg with veggies •1 slice of whole grain wheat toast •1 ham sandwich made with ham lunch meat, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, avocado, and 12-grain whole wheat bread •ate out at Luna's: veggie burrito made with 2 wheat tortilla, veggies, beans, rice, sauce and cheese. Pink lemonade, ad tortilla chips with salsa.
Today's outtake: •walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins

Today's intake: •grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 whole grain wheat slices and mozzarella. •large salad with Asian dressing •1 Boca burger with a wheat bun, bell peppers, and 1 cooked tomato •1 cheese pita pizza made with 1 tbsp of sauce and mozzarella. •1/2 of a milky way chocolate caramel bar •8 oz of honey nut cheerios, 8 oz of non fat milk, and 1 banana.

Today's intake: •egg sandwich made with 1 slice of whole grain wheat bread, veggies, and 1 over easy egg •ate at toppers: 1 6 inch personal pizza with chipotle sauce, red onions, and jalepenos. 1 large salad with Asian dressing •small slice of birthday cake (chocolate) •1 grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella, and whole grain wheat bread
Today's outtake: •walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins
Just a rant: I have no idea how many points I ate today. I really have to stop eating and start running again. crying when I'm in a hurry though, eating out is the best option. Grrr. Oh well, I weighed myself today out of curiosity, and I'm still 177.5. I have to try harder.

Just a rant: My scale has been inaccurate. I have to step on it multiple times to get a correct reading and it's really annoying. Matthew bought a new scale and according to his scale, I'm 174. According to mine, I'm fluctuating between 177.5 and 176. The last recorded weight was from my scale and I dunno how true it is. I'm thinking of buying my own scale or something. Oh well, that'd be really cool if I were 174. Almost out of the 170's!!

Just a rant: I don't know how many points the pizza was. I know ranch is an ingredient for the chipotle sauce....but as for the cheese and bread, I have no idea how many points it was....I was craving pizza. I'm probably gonna get my period soon 'cause I always crave weird foods when on it. Which also means I have to take a multi vitamin again. Oh well, I'll just assume I ate 24 pts today.

Lost 1 pound so I'm down to 176.0. That's according to my scale though which is apparently inaccurate. Oh, at least I'm still going down!

Just a rant: That ground beef patty screwed me over! The patty itself was 9 points! Ugh wow what a waste. Oh well, I'll never touch those again.

Just a rant: I dunno how many points the garlic bread was, it had light sauce and I didn't know they cook it with extra cheese so I probably should have gotten it with light cheese. Oh and I my period sucks. I'm bloated and it feels weird.

End of week 4
I went down to 175. So that's good, I lost another pound.
I would have to say the biggest flaw of the week was eating out all the time. I don't mind getting salads from uptown or toppers because they're fresh, but I have to stop eating all that bread. I'll just have to make better food choices for the new week.
