Niko fought the urge to pout when Bill was told to check on Louie. Well, he had failed once already at trying to cheer Louie up, no wonder Bill was told to go instead. Niko sighed before he blinked when he felt Damien behind him, body being pushed into the correct position. He nodded slowly, staring ahead and drawing in a light breath "O-okay... got it..."

((sorry people, I've been thw past whole week as part of a selling stall at a manga convention near my place here in Spain.... but now I'm back))
Bill clumsy-ed a lot while practicing as Damien instructed them to, his mind was not totally set on what he was doing and he was worried by the sudden change in Louie's behaviour.
When Damien asked them all to stop Bill mentally facepalmed himself at the clumsiness and lack of style and elegance of his own moves. But well, being part of a troupe meant that he was meant to improove and polish himself, and he hoped Damien and the others would help him get better.
He as well saw Louie leave the room and when the coreographer asked him to go check on the prince, he nodded and went, although inside he was thinking:
What use would that be of? he'll say nothing's wrong and he'll say cruel things for me to leave him alone once again like earlier today....
But he said nothing and went to Louie's room, getting a bit lost on his way but reaching his destination.
He knocked on the door.
"Louie...? .... Louie it's me, Bill... .... May I come in...?"

Adrian chuckled, and a feeling of relief spread through him. Thank the gods he wasn't interested in him or anyone. He was quite protective of the boy, and he knew how much love hurt.
"All right. I think that your choreography ought to convey it without issue." he said.

Arrow smiled brightly. "Really?" he asked. He pulled himself up and got off Adrian. He felt hope swell in his chest. Maybe he could get Adrian to fall in love with him since they would be dancing together. He winced a bit when his feet touched the floor. Looked like he was nearing his pain resistence limit. He shook it off. He could keep going. He cast a worried look at the door. He was worried about Louie. The dancer had looked upset and had left so suddenly. He scooped up his notebook.
'Think we should check on Louie too? I'm worried.' he wrote and showed it to Adrian.

Louie opened the door to let him in but quickly retreated back into his room. He had now shut off all the lights and he sat on his bed staring into darkness. "What you want?" he asked his eyes now turning to Bill staring into him. "Back for more...why would you come after what I said?"

"It's simple, isn't it...?" said Bill. "I'm here to check on you... because we're all worried." He came into the room, leaving the door open to have the minimum light as he didn't want to suddenly open the lights and make Louie even more mad at him.
"Damien sent me for various reasons, I suppose... the first of all he didn't sent Arrow because his feet are already too sore... Adrian is taking care of him and you seemed to have quite mixed feelings to him... and Niko is the shy one... so I was the best option at the moment"
Bill stood in the middle of the room, there where the light coming in from the open door faded into the darkness. He was just a redhaired silhouete standing in the way of light, for Louie.
"And well... what is the matter..? What is having you so troubled?"

Louie turned away and kept his face now hidden from view. "I don't want to be checked on..these people..they don't know me..or care about me..because they've never met me..and if they had how could they care..I am darkness and that is all..it was foolish of me to try to dance in the light..with Adrian..I thought he would be the one..to be my true partner..but its obvious no matter who comes to him he has lost interest in both of us." he said darkly. "There is no creature on this earth who can bring balance to this dual natured soul. Honestly I would slink back into my hole..if the light wasn't too afraid of the pain to come out. So as always I must suffer the agony while he hides away."

Adrian bit his lip. "Knowing Louie? He'll be pissed enough at just one person. I'll talk to him later." he said.

Bill felt sad for Louie. He seemed to be really torn and in pain inside.
He took some steps further towards him.
"I only know of you what few things I could read in interviews to the troupe and what I saw on stage whenever I went to see you... so I don't know of that dual soul you speak of..." he hesitated a bit before speaking again as he kneeled on the ground, gently putting a hand on Louie's knee.
"I'm a freshman out of the academy where my grades were good... but nothing learnt there can compare to what I'll be learning working with you all. An the few times I was dead set on abandoning my dreams of becoming a professional dancer... always someone helped me bring my spirits back up once again... I know I'm not as good and seductive in my moves like Adrian.... or so fluent like Arrow... I only know you all from what I've seen of you all on stage... but I do want to know you better..."
He said that and he fell silent, removing the trembling hand off Louie's knee and standing up once again. Bill walked to the door, he felt his throat dry and his own heartbeat pumped against his ears.
WHen he mad it to the door he looked back to Louie.

Louie looked upset. "You don't..know me Bill..but if you would like too..I don't mind." he said suddenly. "You best be leaving though..after all....courting a black swan is a dangerous endeavor..I wouldn't want you to get hurt..and my whims are rather subject to change." he lay down on the bed now. "I wonder if you have what it takes Bill..you have passion but do you have the courage..the guts so to speak to court me?"

"I do have them..." Bill said standing on the doorframe, looking back to the darkness inside the room. He could not see Louie, it was too big contrast of light/darkness, but he was sure Louie could see him quite clearly, his face and red hair lit by the light of the hall.
"But.... would I be able to reach the heart of someone who longs for a third party..? Could I make you look at me when you are set up looking in another direction, even if that hurts you?"
Bill looked away, to the other end of the hall, from where the faint music downstairs could be heard.
"Stay and rest.... I'll tell Damien you're not feeling well if you want me too...." He wlked some steps away but then came back once again like if he had forgoten something, his face serious and in thought.
"Don't forget...." he said "that even black swans are lovely and deserve someone that loves them" and with that he walked away.

Louie watched Bill got and chucked darkly. "You've never met..this black swan dear." he said darkly fully aware Bill could not here him. He closed his eyes now thinking about what to do next. People wanted him but the person who's desire he was seeking could care less. It was endlessly frustrating and confusing why his charms could not work on someone that person.

Bill went back to the practice room lost in his own thoughts.
He knew that whatever he did to catch that man who called himself the Black Swan attention would end up fruitless and would oush him deeper and deeper in sorrow.... But he really liked Louie...
So he decided the best he could do was try to know the man first, simply knowing him as who he was, and getting his mind set up on his dancing and into improving to fit really into the troupe.
Bill stretched and got into the practice room, walking to Damien and telling him Loi¡uie seemed to want to be alone, that he was now resting, and what did Damien want him to do as for practice.

Adrian turned to Bill. Sharp man, he could tell Bill was slowly coming to like Louie, and to be honest, he was sick and tired of caring. Louie didn't like him, and he was getting tired after two years.

Louie sat up. He was just going to have to be bolder no more games it was a full on attack now. He got up and went back into the dance room his eyes ablaze. He walked right over to Adrian and stared at him intently. "You have a moment we need to talk." he more demanded then asked.
