"Simply because of the shocked look on your face! I put two and two together Rani!" Jared growled looking down at her. "And infact I have!! THat's what got me sent to slavery in the first place!!" He watched her walk away and felt his stomach twist as she spoke of Jay, Lurana's little pet and Lucifer's whipping boy. "Rani..." Jared clenched his fists and then ran his hands through his hair gripping it in frustration. If Lucifer ever found out he was back in Jay's shop all Hell would break out for both himself and Jay.
Jared quickly made his way back to the house and looked around for where Rani went. "********." He growled and started up the stairs towards the rooms.

Jared walked around the house frustrated and unsure of what to do. He wanted to go to Rani but he knew she just needed her own time to cool down and let it out of her system. He walked into one of the spair bedrooms and looked into the bathroom wondering if a bath would help him cool down in a sence.

As Jared relaxed into the hot water he remembered the time before he upset Lucifer...
Jared and Lucifer once used to be close friends and allies until the night Jared did something that ruined his life. He remembered the night like it was yesterday....
Lucifer enjoyed throwing partys where Master Demons and thier pets. He would even have some of his own pets walking around entertaining lonely masters. But there was one pet that Lucifer treated better than all the rest and never shared her, Selena. Ever since Jared had laid eyes on her, he wanted her. And since he was friends with Lucifer, he was the only other man permited to touch her but never take her.
The night of a grand party he had seen Selena sneek off so he persued her to keep an eye on her. But what he saw her doing made his blood boil. She and another demon where on the virge of a pleasurable deed. When he attempted to stop them for her sake, they both attacked.
Jared was forced to kill the male but when Selena continued to attack he did his best to fend her off. But when he had her pinned she began screaming and crying. And then all hell broke lose... Lucifer caught them.
Before Jared could explain, Lucifer took Selena's side and sentanced Jared to have his powers dulled and to be marked for slavery.
At that point Jared swore to never defend a female insuch a way ever again and he turned cold and ruithless towards most women...
And what made him more disscusted was the fact that Selena bore Lucifer's daughter, Lurana. But he was quite pleased when news reached his ears that the b***h was slaughtered when Lucifer finally caught her with another male.

Jared opened his eyes from the memory and looked up at the bathroom's ceiling. He sighed and stood up. He was gonna try to fix this one last time. And if it failed... oh well...
Jared got his armor back on and slowly made his way down the hall hoping to find her. "Come on... Where the hell are you...?" He whispered to himself peaking into several of the rooms.

Jared stood still and quietly listened to Rani's soft voice. He slowly fallowed it and peaked into the room where she sat. Jared slowly opened the door and stepped into the room. Jared leaned against the door frame and closed his eyes enjoying her soft voice and powerful words. As her song came to an end Jared straightened up and gently knocked on the door frame with his eyes on the floor to respect her privacey. "Rani..." He called in softly, so he wouldn't stardle her.

Keeping his eyes on the groung and holding his place at the door to give her space he slowly spoke, "I know... What happened hurt you and I know no matter how many times I say I'm sorry there is no taking back what I did." Jared said softly, "And no matter what I do, I can never make you forgive me. I just hope that you'll forgive me someday..." He bowed his head to her and started to walk away.

Jared's eyes widened slightly as he felt Rani's smal form grip him from behind and at the sound of her soft voice. He looked back at her and smiled softly at the sight. He gently paced his hand over Rani's hands and pried them from his body. "There is no need for you to be apologising to me..." he said turning around and looked down into her eyes. Jared gently scooped Rani up into his arms and held her close. "I won't leave you..." Jared whispered into Rani's ear and kissed her cheek gently.
